I got my Archangel, Cyclops, and Mecha Hulk in the mail. I ordered Good Friday, and they came on Tuesday after Easter. Shipping was $20 US, but it was quick. Amazing service. www.littleplasticmen.com Definately reccomend them.

Are the stores where anyone else lives being bombarded with more cases of Series 4? TRU, KB and at least one Target each just got at least one case.
Also, here's a press statement made by Toybiz about Marvel Legends I saw at action-figure.com. I don't think it's old news. My thoughts: Crap in a hat. Only two new lines this year instead of three. Read on:
Our highly anticipated 2004 Marvel Legends Line has been the subject of much discussion throughout the collector community, which speaks volumes to the immense popularity of this amazing collection. The new 2004 line will consist of three diverse assortments as opposed to four as initially proposed during this year’s Toy Fair. The decision to scale back on assortments was clear once we realized the great array of figures now being offered through our production of variants.
Toy Biz will continue to offer chase figures for this line starting with The Red Skull in the first assortment. Following this first assortment, Toy Biz will distribute a finite amount of previously released chase figures into subsequent assortments throughout the year. In order to further enhance the collectibility of this line, Toy Biz will also manufacture a selection of beautifully crafted art deco variants for certain figures. These variants will be produced with scarcity in mind, making fewer available than their mass-produced counterparts. We realize the demand for our figures continues to be at an all-time high and feel this strategy will satisfy mass consumers while at the same time offering higher value figures for our collectors.
Details for the 2004 line can be found below:
MARVEL LEGENDS 6" FIG ASST 5 (Available Now) Blade II (Movie) Colossus Mr. Fantastic Nick Fury Saber Tooth Silver Surfer The Red Skull (Chase Figure)
MARVEL LEGENDS 6" FIG ASST 6 (Available June 2004) Cable Cable (Variant) Deadpool Juggernaut Phoenix Phoenix (Variant) The Punisher (Movie) Unmasked Wolverine (Chase Figure) Wolverine (Brown Costume)
MARVEL LEGENDS 6" FIG ASST 7 (Available September 2004) Apocalypse Classic Ghost Rider Goliath (Chase Figure) Hawkeye Phasing Vision (Variant) Silver Centurion Iron Man Vision Weapon X Wolverine

Yeah, Target insists on restocking ML 4, totally oblivious to the fact that they don't sell anymore. I think that their distributor much just be out of touch,

Is it me, or are these "shortpacked" figures crud? Honestly, I remember going to Toys R Us almost every day in search for Elektra. I finally found her last July in Florida, and was contemplating buying two of her since I thought she'd be so rare.
Now, 9 months later, I find her for $5 everywhere.

That is very interesting. Amazon is so intellectually- disabled. I won't order from there just because there is no proof it will actually be in.

Yeah I don't like Amazon. I pre-ordered one of those Jason masks that had Hodder's auto' and all that on it. Then I got an email saying they "got in a different product" and they will be getting it in. They only made 1000 of them so how did they plan on "getting more." Anyway after a fuss from them, I finally got my money back.

The current issue of Toyfare has a nice spread about the upcoming ML assortments and loose/MOC price guide for already released ML figs.
The pics are great and I think the price listings are also decent. Worth picking up for ML fans, IMO.

Actually, that came out about a month and a half ago, but it is a really good reference for ML and the other super-articulated Marvel figs.

Hit Wal*Mart and Target early this morning. I found a few random ML4's at Wal*Mart. Target was a little better, had some ML5 including 3 Blades. I was tempted to get a Fury, but passed. They also had a Fixit or two, and a Smart Hulk. Smarty doesn't appeal to me too much, so again, I passed.
I just picked up a new baseball glove, hamster bedding, Lays Stacks, and a Mother's Day card.
