Are the Tna Legends of the Ring figures released in 2010 in scale with the Classic Superstars series? I noticed an eBay listing that said the Sting from series one is 7 inches tall

Heads may be a little larger due to the company's changes when they made the switch, but yes; overall, same scale, same parts, same company.

Where they only available at Toysrus? They sold them at Walgreens also. I don’t think those were the Legends ones though but rather just RA styles TNA figures. I only saw the Legends at KMart. And speaking of the Legends I was so pissed when the old school Scott Steiner was canceled.
