I can bet that they will not have any matches on the kickoff show. They're gonna want that first entrance in front of fans back to be huge. They're not gonna waste it with the fans still filing in the stadium on a kickoff match.

I agree with most that this years mania card isn't the greatest of all time. But that Smackdown main event looks really good. And it's inspiring that two of these guys were told they would never wrestle again and one came back from battling leukemia. Pretty damn cool. And I'm kinda surprised that the WWE hasn't really capitalized on that.

I agree with most that this years mania card isn't the greatest of all time. But that Smackdown main event looks really good. And I'm kinda surprised that the WWE hasn't really capitalized on that. Edge has addressed that his 2020 injury forced him to confront the fact his return is ticking down, and his recent turn shows that desperation bubbling to the surface. Pretty sure the whole reason Bryan pressed the issue about becoming champion again was because he doesn't have much time left either. As for Reigns, I was actually surprised his battles weren't at the forefront of his 2019 return. One of the few things done right not forcing that narrative onto the audience, in my mind. Plus, Roman is meant to be a dastardly heel, or so I'm told... Maybe more of that will come the night of, but a lot of the story is driven by two guys wanting their opportunity before hanging them up for good. |

Wwe annouced that intended Wrestlemania matches the Andre the giant battle Royal and the fatal four way tag titles match will take place on Smackdown next Friday.

There was a Vince McMahon tweet and a Wwe tweet mentioning a Charlotte announcement at 4 as well but those were deleted so I deleted mine. |

I’m fine with them moving the battle Royal, but I feel bad for the tag title four way. They have actually been building this match for months at this point.

Dont agree with them putting the tag match on Smackdown but having the women’s tag number one contender and the women’s tag match take place on each night. Could have easily have the women’s tag number one contender match on RAW next week.
Jey Uso deserves more but at the very least should win the Andre.

Really... moving the fatal 4-way SD tag team title match, and Andre The Giant battle royal to the 4/9 Smackdown, is dumb. The battle royal could be the kickoff match on night two, and the fatal 4-way could be on the main card of night one, or night two. Like someone else above said, these better be extras on the physical releases (and digital extras for the digital release).

Apparently H turned down a match with AJ because he doesn’t have the time to properly prepare. Good on him. Younger Hunter wouldn’t have been left off Wrestlemania for anything if he could help it.

Doesn’t feel like wrestlemania at all. Seems like only 3 matches have gotten Mania worthy attention and it’s The Universal Title match, Fiend/Orton, and Smackdown Women’s title match
