Ill be honest, I was on the fence of doing this for years and for whatever reason this pushed me over the edge to purchase the DVDs so I should be getting them in a few days and excited to try it out. It’s too early for me to be like “life changing!” but I do feel the best I have in years.

It’s too early for me to be like “life changing!” but I do feel the best I have in years. Yea I mean im not looking for life changing in one shot but something that can get me moving again to at least like 70-80% mobility of what I was in my youth. One step at a time. Like you said im excited about the fact of just potentially feeling better, especially as someone who’s had back issues for years.

Had energy after tonight’s workout so I decided to try the Red Hot Core 2.0. Very short but also kicked my ass. I’m a little less than two pounds around for my goal weight. Loving the program so far.

I tried it a couple years back. The only problem I had was I started using it while I was on vacation for a week and found myself too worn out to function when I went back to work. I'm sure I would've gotten better if I'd stuck to it, but eh. It certainly made me feel good after the first few days, though!

It’s tricky because my work schedule through the week is essentially 530pm-4am. So, I generally have to do the workouts after work. It helps get me to sleep but at the same time I wake up with little free time before work. I feel amazing though. Less than a pound away from my goal weight and flexibility has improved greatly. I’ll take the pros over the cons for sure.

I took two months off due to a combination of traveling, illness, bad dieting, and depression. Not happy about it but it is what it is. I restarted tonight with the Diamond Dozen and it kicked my ass but was great at the same time. I’m hoping I stick with it all the way through this time. I haven’t gained a lot of weight back but my muscles have decreased as well as my daily energy. So here we are, round two.

I've been thinking about getting it for years. For context I'min good shape, 5/6 bodybuilding workouts per week but I'm very inflexible and a lack of stretching alongside a back injury hinder my gym progress. From what you've all done with the programme do you think it'd work for me and if so how do I get it?

It sounds like it would be up your alley and would make things a lot easier on your body in the long run. I just downloaded the phone app and subscribed. Works best for me as I’m often on the move.

I am new to yoga but I really like it. I do yoga every day for the last month, and I have already noticed some changes. First of all, my well-being improved and I lost 5 lbs. I also follow this meal plan betterme.world/articles/1600-calorie-meal-plan/ and find it perfect for me. I want to improve my health so I'll do my best to achieve the goal.

Does anybody experienced weight loss practicing yoga? I need to lose about 25 lbs as soon as possible. I was recently prescribed ozempic, I've already got some ozempic coupon but I also need to exercise. So I thought about yoga. What type of it is useful for weight loss?

Going to restart the program tonight and alternate between doing it and the gym. Trying to get ahead of seasonal depression as well as get rid of these tits.

Does anybody experienced weight loss practicing yoga? I noticed my jeans loosened up a bit fairly quickly. That was doing the Diamond Cutter workout every day which is about an hour long.
