I've never done a custom before.
I got an Elite Ultimate Warrior that doesn't have a left hand.
I pull out a Basic Cena left hand and heated the Warrior arm with a blow dryer for 2-2.5mins, it doesn't seem to fit. Just the peg is in but the wrist isn't.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

sounds like that warrior figure had a broken off peg inside it not allowing the cena hand to go in

Could it possibly be anything else?
It doesn't look like there is a peg in there.
If there is a peg, is there a way to remove it?

Broke a hand off on Elite Bret Hart trying to give him his signature "cool" pose and using Steamboats karate chop hands.
Took a very thin/fine drill bit and carefully ground it down inside the wrist. Inserting the new hand was no problem after that. Just be careful.
