Well, ...looks like when I get out of the hospital at some point I’m going to have to dig my dvd-r copies of Raw ‘96-‘05 out of storage. Such is life,

I will be a shame if they butcher The Attitude Era.
I've had the Network for 3 years and admittedly I didn't watch as much classic stuff as I could've. Kicking myself now.

I read something today about Peacock wanting to edit out Hulk Hogan entirely from the library cause of what happened a few years ago with him and the N word.
Can anyone else verify this that it's a real story or just poppycock??

And they are being serious.

American Psycho was on Peacock The attitude era will be fine I wouldn't be so bold. You're talking about A movie compared to HUNDREDS of hours of footage. There's a lot of racist & sexist stuff from every era in that catalog. It'll be interesting to see where Peacock draws the line.

Well so far there are quite a lot of different shows from different eras up and the Piper and the Vince moments remain the only ones that have been edited out so far.

Those aren't the only examples of racism in WWE's library. Again, my point is we don't know where Peacock will draw the line as far as editing out content. They said they'll have everything reviewed and posted by SummerSlam (which seems very ambitious). We'll know in due time, but it's a bit early to say definitively that those are the only things that will be removed.

Won’t hinder anything I’ve enjoyed in their history. My original point was towards people who think that violence will be edited as well as cussing. Despite plenty on violence being uploaded already including Edge/Foley and a few ECW ppvs.

ANYWAY, it'll be interesting to see what gets removed. Odds are, they're just getting started.
