I hate this is a Target exclusive. I can never find anything at Target and I need 2 of these for a Dynamite custom

I got mine from JokerFC.  now I just need to find one here for a matching Dynamite Kid, because the custom I made is in the red tights with the blue trunks like the CS 24(?) figures. |
