They aren’t happy with my opinion and I should seek out a therapist, may not be a bad idea. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. Saying a figure is bad is an opinion. Saying a figure is too expensive is an opinion. Big difference between opinions and accusations. Big difference between opinions and trying to spread lies/incorrect information as truth.

I labeled it as an opinion. Still a fan.

Matt how come anytime you guys are called out for shady business practices you go on the defensive, just own up to it. It’s all about money with you guys these days. You have been caught out many times with this, a guy on Instagram caught all 3 of you pod guys getting special treatment with the AEW chases (well documented, informative) so stop acting like it’s everyone else with the problem and your still continuing this trend with the Micro Brawlers, you of all people should have no say in product development. Just own up to it and what you all are doing. Also stop thinking you represent this community, you don’t, your an embarrassment to it. That little Pod from what I have been told it is nothing but a charity case and you are all quick to have your hands out wanting listeners to buy cheap products, but god forbidden you are called out for special treatment and finding ways to line your own pockets. Enjoy it while it last Matthew. Will give you guys another 2 years and you will be done. Your listeners afford you to pay your bills and feed your family’s and you are taking them for granted and for all they have. People will continue to feel disrespected by you and all of your actions and will switch off eventually. Also before you pull the “your so negative” card, it’s not, it’s my opinion on you and your business partners and your business dealings. Lol

I was gonna let this all go, until I saw this post from Cardona. Good for them -- but I think it definitely has to influence what they do/say about merchandising, etc. Matt Cardona on being able to make money outside of WWE - "I don’t know the net or the gross, I’m not a businessman, or whatever! I don’t know it in those terms, but the amount of money that did come in for the podcast? It was more than I made in WWE [per year], it was more than my contract." www.reddit.com/r/SquaredCircle/comments/lo9pdd/matt_cardona_on_being_able_to_make_money_outside/

Haven’t gotten the email yet for Feb crate shipping but PWT tweeted out that notifications are going out. I think I get the email like the day before the crate arrives. I’m expecting it midweek. If I get the Owen chase I’ll delete my account and retire happy.

Did anyone preorder the majorpod crate? $50 was too steep for me, I have their stomp brawlers that will be hard to beat (although they keep falling in my display) so couldn’t justify it. Just listened to yesterday’s majorpod. Cardona mentions that he received a text from Ryan one night saying the crate was selling so well that as a reward he thought they should add another brawler and one more day to the preorder. If it was really a “reward” it should have been just a surprise when the box arrived and no extra time added to the preorder. Don’t buy it for a second, the second brawlers plus one extra day drop is a common marketing gimmick used everywhere. It was already planned. In fact if only 500 were sold in the initial publicized opening/closing dates those 500 people should be pissed bc the 1/500 crate just became an unadvertised 1/1100 crate. Is it worth an extra brawler? Maybe. Again I’d like to submit it is my opinion that more than what are preorder are produced for later drops/secret secondary market listings. They always mention “transparency” on the show. Transparent people don’t mention transparency, it’s a given. Lol. Just saw this and it made me laugh. You are beyond delusional and ignorant. Keep spreading negative lies on the internet. Best wishes. Here you go talking down to people again. This is your MO when people dont agree with what you say.

This thread is about the crates not hit pieces, I blame myself. Let’s get back on track.
Besides the brawler what is everyone’s favorite item in the crate?

For me it's the tshirts. Even when I don't love the wrestler or design, they're perfect to wear around the house or for cutting the grass. Super soft, haven't had any issues with shrinking.

Some friends collect sports pins and I've seen them use basically a shadow box with a foam insert for display. Cork boards also work, though they're not as nice looking, imo.

I enjoyed the autographs but like the shirts they were hit or miss. Shirt wise I dont like a whole lotta "action" on them and it seemed they were doing more and more stuff on the shirts..I like simple and the 8x10s were starting to be of people Ive never really heard of/watched...Everything else tends to be flea market bullshit....mini comics, tape measures, fanny packs whatever.......Ultimately I just wanted the brawlers so I just cancelled and will buy Brawlers off ebay.

So far, every crate has had at least one that I've added to my regular rotation of shirts, and the ones I don't are perfect for gym/working out/sleeping shirts.

Do you think it’s cheaper to just buy the brawler off eBay or buying the crate and flipping everything but the brawler? Let’s do some math... A years worth of Brawlers on eBay: 12 x $25= $300. And if you wait a month or two to pick up a previous one or a loose one probably even cheaper. A year subscription + shipping = $382.80. You get all 12 brawlers, 24 shirts, autos pins, etc. Doesn’t look like the shirts or other items have much resale value. In conclusion, if you want the shirts and pins, etc the crate is definitely the way to go. If you are only a brawler collector my advice would be pick up the brawler a month late on eBay. The pain from flipping the items and shipping them would hardly be worth the time, energy, risk.

Its much cheaper for me to buy brawlers as I only guy golden era (80s-new generation) so when a crate comes that has say, Rhyno as a brawler...Its ultimately a loss of money as chances are I dont want anything in the crate. So I could go 2-3+ months not having to spend/waste money.

Between PWC, That Wrestling Club (rip), and WrestleCrate(rip), I have a hell of an autograph collection. That's pretty cool to me.

I really enjoy the autographs overall, but I feel like it's become very hit or miss. At one point they were doing a lot of HoFers and main event level stars. The last few months have been pretty lame, with Kalisto, TJP, and other lower end autos. You're not going to get a star every month, but I am hoping we see some more variety.

I actually don’t mind a unknown or low carder in the hopes they become a star or have a name change.
