I think the width is fine, he just needs bigger arms and as already said to be taller

this isn’t perfect by any means but I played around w these a little size wise just for some potential prospective to kinda mull over the bottom pics I tried to do reverse to see from both sides of the discussion
land top pics I just tried to lineup size wise as close as I could but gave it two different tries
 hopefully there helpful when I get figs in hand I’ll try to do something more in scale if I can or at least more straight ahead camera shots

No, they’re all incorrect. Cody is too short, Moxley is too tall, and Dustin is gigantic.

Dustin looks about right when you consider his height vs Kane in those pics? Moxley is maybe a little bit too tall, but again in those pics he’s taller than Triple H so is relatively correct vs Undertaker/Kane. In saying that though, Mattel figure heights are irrelevant to these as they’re not the same scale just purely based on the thickness of arms/torsos. Cody is clearly too short based on all those pics though

Everyone keeps bring up that pic of Kane and Dustin in suits, but look at Kane’s boots in the ring! The man would wear 2-3 inch lefts for his gimmick

Kane’s figures are made based off his height when he’s wearing boot lifts to be 7 feet tall

They told us from the beginning they would be in scale with WWE

Do mattel elite boots fit on aew figs? Is so, I'm thinking some stone cold steve austin boots on Moxley to fix the height...Would this work?

It looks to me that the bigger problem is Cody is too short, rather than Mox & Dustin being to tall (while the are slightly too tall) Cody is the bigger issue

Dustin and Mox are big guys, I don't see a problem with them. Cody is the issue.

Where are you getting Kane is wearing lifts to be 7 ft tall ? I’m guessing you didn’t mean this literally and if that’s true then no biggie but if this was a literal statement I’m pretty baffled as Mattel is either using the online heights and or real life height I’m sure they weren’t just handed a magical  kayfabe storybook of wrestling By Vince and followed it to a T 
Does he wears lifts and or wrestling boots that have very thick soles ... yes it easy to find in most any pic of him in the ring
but neither Kane  the character or Glen Jacobs are 7 ft tall lifts or not

also in regard to the second statement I’m open to the idea of this as it’s possible I haven’t found it yet and I have been watching through several of his interviews w you tubers and or at the toy events and other things he’s done but I’m not finding any where that Jeremy definitely said that this line would be exact scale to Mattel Elite figures ... in scale with your other wrestling figures as in 1/12 scale isn’t Apples to Apples
but again if it’s out there I would like to see it maybe I missed it

I just received my figures. While Dustin is rather tall, he doesn't look as off as Mox. Mox is not only too tall in comparison with the other figures but also looks bulkier.
