So my Jake Roberts figures I preordered are now on backorder. I'm never doing this again. A total disgrace. Target's customer service is a joke. An absolute joke. you think target is bad with preorders you should check out the whole debacle with the decade of dominance preorders from Walmart, besides that’s all you do is complain about the target preordering system for these leading me to wonder why you bother preordering them if you just gonna talk about how bad it is. |

Just received an email saying estimate delivery date is delayed to Nov 16th

I was hoping to find Warrior in-store to cancel my pre-order, but each Target around me that shows them having them in stock via PopFindr keeps telling me they don't have them in the back. I went to the Target closest to me early last week, and the guy searched for Warrior, said it was showing but street-dated, so he couldn't grab it. Went to the same one this morning, a different guy was helping me, went to the back, and said they didn't have it. I guess I'll just have to keep checking over the next few days.

They aren't just bad. They're a disgrace. And I will continue to complain about them as long as they pull this nonsense. Why did I do it? I did it in good faith. Keep in mind, this line just got revived a few months ago. I wasn't pre-ordering these from Target before. AFA with Mattel was on here hyping it up and was imploring and encouraging us to preorder this line. So like I said, I did it in good faith. I didn't realize they were going to be so horrendous. Needless to say I'm done preordering with Target and will never do it again. Lesson learned. Major Wrestling Figure Pod knows it too. |

I found them all in stores then canceled my preorders. This is a common tale and exactly why I don't preorder from Target. |

the only hope is they put them back up for sell eventually like they did with Heenan and Razor. otherwise this line might not survive again. the stores arent stocking enough for people who want them like always. until they can expand those aisles for WWE, this will be the norm. this is why i gave up even trying. i went the day they stocked them in store, i was there too early , they didnt even put out the shipper till later that day. and i wasnt making a second trip...there gone already. so i just dont even give a Chocolate Shark anymore tbh about exclusives.

 Update: I had to run to pick something up at Best Buy on the other side of the city, and stopped at the Target down there. They had a few non-chase Jakes, a few Orndorffs and one last Warrior! I was pretty excited. Grabbed him and cancelled my pre-order. |

i mean why is anyone surprised? they did this with Legends 7 too
Target isn't a toy company, the person who sets up the website probably has no clue whats going on in stores. then they got all this inventory and blew it out on the store shippers.

I'm in Canada and pre ordered the figures from Target not expecting to see these here anytime soon or ever. Toysrus here started bringing them in to stores last week out of the blue completely bypassing series 7. I'm not going to bother finding them in stores because they bring in one case at a time only in certain stores and don't get new stock for weeks. I'm sticking with my Target order unless they pop up on the toysrus website and I can get them from there.

Yeah, I wish RSC could get full access to every figure. It'd make it so much easier. So unless it's some crazy must have figure, I'm done with Target/Walmart orders. If I see it on a Target shelf like I did Orndorff, ok. My city doesn't even allow Wal-Mart so that will always be out.

I was encouraged when I heard they were doing this with Legends 7. AFA made it sound like this was a big deal. I was misled and sold a false pack of goods. That's on them. There isn't a good excuse for this. I made the pre-orders in good faith thinking their act would be together for this. It wasn't. |

Both of my were back-ordered. Crazy thing is, I got a cancellation email for my first pre-order, which I put in the night that went up at 3 in the opening, but the order never actually cancelled on Target.com. So now I have two pre-orders, both of which got pushed back to mid-November.

I still have a preorder for Jake the snake on target.com. I found maroon tights jake in a store and bought it but I want green tights too. Is it worth it to keep the preorder? What are my chances of getting the chase? Am I better off canceling and hunting in the stores?

I kept my Valentine preorder going for this very reason. Only to have it eventually canceled through no choice of my own.

Even if you keep looking and find the chase, you can still return the preorders if they do get delivered and get a refund. If you don't find green tights and they deliver them to you and it's not green tights, you can always return your order at any target store and get a refund. |
