Sorry to here that. you don't know me but Iv'e been following your post since the start. I was pulling for him. but what you said in your first post didn't sound good.
When my Father died he had a stroke he was awake but by the time I got to the hospital he'd had another one he was in a coma so I didn't get the chance to say goodbye to him , think he had Pneumonia as well cos he was gargling you could here water on his lungs. He had 8 sons but I was the only one there he burn't bridges with us all , but I couldn't let him die on his own. He had 3 ex-wifes and they all hated him . He was only 60 but it was the way he lived smoked at 11 , Alcohlic . was laying in the cornor of the room in a ball next to his bed the nurse came in about 8 in the morning said he's gone about an hour ago. me Mum said it's better this way you know ya dad he wouldn't want to be paralyzed/ not speaking.
