I spent $100 for the Legends Rockers and $70 for LOD. I can't see myself spending beyond $30-40 for anything else. Those two teams were my absolute favorites as a kid, and my collection felt incomplete without them. But I can't justify paying anything beyond that for a mass produced toy.
And there's absolutely no chance that Edge figure gets paid for. It's either a seller trying to draw attention using shill accounts or somebody running up the bidding for their own amusement.

I spent $80 on Brian Pillman Legends MOC a couple months back. Really can't see myself going any higher than that.

Wouldn’t spend more than 60$ on a figure

I would not spend much above retail for a figure. With a baby and us trying to buy a new house next year, I've got to be responsible with my money. I got into Mattels later in the game and know some figures I'd like are going for high prices. But I can live without having them in my collection.

$75 is the most I’ve ever spent for one figure. (Sdcc taker and L6 warrior but I resold the warrior for $135) When did you sell your L6 ultimate warrior? Was it right after he died? Ummm?! No, I don’t think so. It was immediately when we heard about the lost legends rerelease coming out

I sold my L6 ultimate warrior 5 months before he died for only $34 🤦♂️ but I bought the lost legends version later on

I paid around $40 for Gorilla on e b ay. I'd rather keep my dignity than spend more the $60 on an action figure.

I've talked about the figure before but I don't believe I've ever shown pictures This is the pride of my collection, a custom WM14 DX Shawn Michaels. AKA one of only three pre-made custom figures I ever purchased. I only paid about 70 bucks for him (US) and frankly that's a steal IMHO. It's also the most I've ever paid for a figure and I doubt I will ever go above this. Overall, though I shudder when I have to pay above retail. It's why preorders bug me so much. But my resolve has been weakening and these days it's nothing for me to put out 40 bucks on a figure. That's definitely a steal for you. I painted those chaps on my HBK the same way back when it was released and it took forever to paint the tiny details. I love how it looks on display now and would never sell it for any amount. Well, maybe if it was an insane offer. Personally I've never bought a custom from anyone else but depending on who it was I would probably go like £50-£60.

If it's loose no more than 25. For moc elites no more than 45. And if it's a older elite like legends no more than 120 but those are rare purchases.

One day I want to own one of every Jericho figure, loose and MOC (preferably signed)
I think I’ll have to top £100 a few times to do that, and then include shipping and taxes too :/
There will be eye watering moments along the way but it will be for the greater good (the greater good)

The most I’ve spent on a wwe figure since I’ve re started collecting is $75 just recently on a mint only displayed and complete Elite 5 Chavo Guerrero. It’s pretty hard to find and when you do it’s usually beat up or missing the bandana or poncho. So I bit the bullet on it. I’d probably spend up to $150 on a figure depending on what it is, what condition, and how much I want it. I’m in the market for an elite 31 Vader and I’m gonna end up spending a bit for it.

Just looked it up and that is a really good custom, the face is better than the official headscans but I wouldn’t get it.
Most I’ve dropped for one is $115 and that was the RSCE Brock elite. I regretted it a month later when they rereleased it with that awful screaming head.

This thread makes me feel crazy.. I bought Harley Race, that was the most expensive, but I have spent over $100 more than I care to admit and close to $100 even more than that..

So I was just doing my daily eBay (Bay) searches and stumbled upon some custom elite figures. There's a specific 2020 custom Edge elite that's currently on there right now going for almost $7000 with still 5 days left of bidding. I certainly wouldn't never in my lifetime, pay over $100 on any wrestling figures past or present. It's crazy enough to think how much someone would pay for a such a small little plastic that retails for $20. I know there's a lot more figures out that goes for even more, but what would be the maximum amount that you guys and gal would ever spend of an action figure? I think this listing could be part of a sex trafficking ring. Look what is going on with wayfair.

The most I ever paid for an action figure is $41 for the Storm Collectibles Hulk Hogan in white. I usually balk at paying more than $30 for a figure.

I don’t think I would ever pay above retail or RSC prices if I really wanted something. I don’t touch customs on EBay, odds are Mattel will make what’s out there someday, its just about patience. Royal Rumble Edge will be made at some point, It’s too iconic of a moment not to be made. I’d bet that we see a prototype at SDCC in a few weeks.

Wrestling figures - no more than $25. But I pretty much have everything I want except Monsoon.
The most I paid for a "figure" is $300ish each for the Sideshow Premium Format Figures of Catwoman, Zatanna, Power Girl, and Jessica Rabbit. Not sure why they label them as figures, they are more like statues.

A wwe figure...I'd say $50. And that would have to be a rare event.
Marvel legends my max would be around $75 for something I'm playing catch up with.
I've spent in the $130-140 range for a couple of storm MK figures.
But I usually stick to retail and below

I think the most I have ever paid for a wrestling figure (by itself with not package deal or ring) has been around $35 prior to shipping. And that is a stretch for me. It has to be really special.
