I'm surprised (am I though?) to see so many hating on the Last Man Standing match. I thought it felt legit and was giving plenty of time to tell it's story. Edge waited 9 years to have another match at WM, so let him go as long as he wants.
As for Braun, I hope they save his feud with Bray a lil while longer. I'd like to see Braun vs Sheamus first. Let them beat the hell of of each other all while giving Braun some good wins. Then maybe move onto Braun vs Lars. After Braun had a few months of good wins, move him onto Roman or Bray. I think Braun vs Bray could be a really good program with lots of backstory. If possible, I'd save it for WM next year.

I’m not a kayfabe whiner but the funhouse did nothing for me I prefer the whole sport presentation always have I am seriously thinking of just watching AEW for a bit (as long as there’s no silliness with hardy)

I like wrestling, not weird little student films that have wrestling jokes in them.

Forgot to ask last night, but who do you think the "entitled ones" in the locker room are that Cena mentioned in a now-removed promo he did on social media? Would it be those who value creative input? Those who are threatening to leave? Those who take veiled shots about their spots on social media (ironically enough)?

Tyler Breeze was one before he went back to NXT. The only time that anyone’s named is when they admit it themselves. New Day on their podcast have talked about those wrestlers a fair bit, but they never name names. Essentially, it’s wrestlers who complain in catering about not being on TV enough or not main eventing, but don’t work to improve their status. Woods and I think Big E admitted they’ve been those guys in the past, before New Day.

Honestly despite the obvious difference, WrestleMania 36 was very good for what it was. Delivered entertainment in a time where we need it. Gotta respect the superstars risking their health to perform when they didn't have to.
There was honestly very little on the show to complain about. For me, every booking decision (for the most part) was either good or meh.
That Firefly Fun House match was one of the best things I've ever seen! I love fan service, so all the references, the throwbacks, etc. Loved all that good crap!
Otis and Mandy!!! This is honestly the only storyline on RAW and SmackDown that has truly gripped me the past few months. And the climax was exactly what it needed to be. I'm actually quite looking forward to seeing face Mandy.
They're finally starting the main roster Bayley/Sasha feud!! (The proper one, 2018 stop and start doesn't count) Not going to lie, I was really hope we'd see one attack the other at the end of the match, but I'll take the slow burn. As long as it ends with Sasha walking out of Summerslam as the SmackDown Women's Champion, I'm perfectly happy to sit back and watch how it plays out.
Drew McIntyre!!! Very glad to see him finally win a World title, long overdue. I would say that hopefully this is the last we've seen of Brock with a championship, but I know better than to get my hopes up.
Only really had three gripes with the show:
1) Lacey being the one to eliminate Sasha was a big NOPE from me. 2) Drew McIntyre really should have come out to Broken Dreams. 3) That Edge/Randy Orton match was unbearably dull.

Does anybody see a possible New Generation with wrestlers like Bray Wyatt, Drew McIntyre, Braun Strowman, Roman Reigns, AJ Styles and Seth Rollins? They are elevating the young guys and wrestling is becoming fun again. I know AJ Styles is a veteran but he can still can put on great matches. The match with Undertaker was the highlight of Wrestlemania.

Edge waited 9 years to have another match at WM, so let him go as long as he wants. My problem with it was a couple things.... the lack of a crowd REALLY hurt some of the moments, like....why would a guy who wants to completely destroy the other guy just slooooowwwwly wait to hit a move or something? they were doing spots like the crowd was gonna pop, but there was no pop. it was a long match. LMS matches might usually be long in general, but this one just felt like they were walking through the PC throwing punches and occasional head slams. I'm not saying it should have been 5 minutes...but I'm pretty sure it was over 35 minutes, nothing really happened in the "Gym" part...they could have cut that out and it wouldn't have affected the match at all. With no crowd and low commentary, hearing Orton's moans and groans of pain was annoying after like 5 minutes straight. There's a difference between selling pain and making it sound like a cheesy drama piece. Edge wasn't much better, but Orton was way worse with it. I would have greatly preferred more trash talk, like what Rollins & Owens did the night before....THAT was masterful and distracted me from the lack of crowd or atmosphere I did get the "realism" of it, and I appreciate the effort both guys went to, I just feel like if they cut it down by 8-10 minutes it would have helped....and that was one match that REALLY suffered from no "atmosphere" Because they probably wouldn't have spent as much time backstage so it would have been easier to handle.

The Last Man Standing match was probably my favorite out of both nights. Never once felt like it was too long. It felt like a real fight and the person I was watching it with was grimacing the whole match.

With 95% of the match taking place backstage, I don't think the crowd would have made that much of a difference to me. I can admit they were missing for moments like Drew's big win, but for this match, meh.

I'm glad this match wasn't like most LMS matches, that's what made it feel more real to me. And honestly I never noticed the ref being loud.

The show was taped, they really should’ve dubbed over more exciting commentary

Thank God Paul Heyman was shouting.

Yes. They taped enough footage from the PC to cover Raw After Mania.

I'll have more complete thoughts later, but one that struck me immediately was this.
Apparently, by slaying the king of "jumping off sh*t", Kevin Owens has been forced to take up his mantle.
That was honestly the first thing I thought of when I saw that spot.

As show filler this week, WWE is planning to air the Boneyard and Firefly Funhouse Wrestlemania matches on Raw and Smackdown, respectively.
