Just pointing out, NXT is a level of WWE. This board’s obsession with UE Nakamura is so damn strange. When he was pencilled into the line, he was super over, had just won the Royal Rumble, and was in a marque match with AJ at Wrestlemania. Plus he has a unique look and quirky movements that fit the extra articulation. Truthfully, it makes sense for him to have been on the short-list for current character inclusion in the UE line, Bill or no Bill. It’s not Mattel’s fault WWE started booking him terribly, likely because - 30 years on - a certain quasi-senile billionaire thinks that someone who’s foreign and doesn’t speak English can’t be over as a top-tier babyface. HE'S KILLIN TEH LINE Meanwhile Nak's the only UE I own. You'd think people would be more amenable to the figure now that there's a whole NJPW line to mix it in with. There's a lot of focus here on one or two figures in whole waves of pegwarmers. And shockingly it always fits the narrative that people only want retro junk. UE would definitely be flying off those shelves with $30 Greg Valentines! |

Defending the choice for UE Nakamura.
1. His DM was probably the only DM since they relaunched the series that didn’t sit on the shelves warming for months.
2. He was a huge star in NXT.
3. He just won the Royal Rumble and was going on to WM to challenge for the WWE title.
4. These lineups are planned out over a year in advance. Bill, Steve, etc couldn’t have predicted how he would’ve been used post WrestleMania.

The Hammer is my most wanted figure of what was shown.
Glad the legends line is back so we can get more flashbacks.
Razor repaint is cool and warranted but I don’t need that figure when I already have the DM. The vest is cool and could go well as a substitute on the Walmart one instead did Hawaiian shirt for those who thought that shirt was too big.
The thuganomics Cena is cool but similar to the DM Cena already released. The UE Cena looks cool but don’t know how high demand it is.
So yeah no macho warrior or anything I personally need except Greg Valentine. But it’s just a preview of what’s to come this year. Mattel will have more reveals throughout the year like they always do.

Valentine looked great but i think his legs could have been bigger...
razor looks like hot garbage, that head scan needs to go and he needs bigger parts. Scott Hall was a Big Man.
That 96 sting is awesome. Very cool
Crazy that the legends line is back, hopefully they can stock it with exciting legends and keep it going for a long time, also hope that means wwe signs more guys for legends contracts.

The odd obsession with Nakamura has to stop. It'd be different if he had been booked well in WWE and gotten over, but he hasn't...like at all. He's been a failure at every level in WWE. I know I'm not the only that's complaining about ricochets lack of kneepads w/ logo A minor gripe about the strowman, I personally think that they should give him the smaller boots like the Chad gable elites, if u look at live action shots of braun with his timberlands boots they Dont even touch his calfs. |
