12-Inch Action Figure Order Cancelled (Entertainment Earth)

I pre-ordered the WWE Daniel Bryan 12-Inch Action Figure on November 19 and it got delayed until February from a December delivery date. I just got an e-mail stating that it was cancelled because

"Unfortunately, the manufacturer just informed us that WWE Daniel Bryan 12-Inch Action Figure (Item MTGCP43), which you ordered, will only be offered to a particular retailer and no units will ship to us. We apologize for this, but again, the vendor just informed us and this situation is completely out of our control."

Does anyone know what retailer this may be?

Single release is likely cancelled. D-Bry is available in the Mega Event Set with True Moves Ring and 4 figs, including Bryan. They have been on clearance at TJ Maxx's and Marshalls. Check the bay, I got a Daniel loose...
