Why do my streaming services continually shut off at random?

Simple post. Spotify and Apple Music continue to just randomly stop playing and the apps fully close themselves out at random points. Does anyone know why this is?

I don't have anything else running and I'm not using extra apps, yet they continually do it. I've been so close to breaking my phone recently because of this because it angers me that there's no identifiable reason why this happens. And when I go back in, the song that was playing restarts itself.

Any help or ideas to fixing this issue would be appreciated.

Don’t know but my Apple TV + stopped working on my Roku a couple weeks ago. Anyone have help for that? It loads, shows commercials of upcoming shows. But once the recap is done and it’s time to stream the show I get a “error this video can’t play at this time” message. It’s been like this for two full weeks now.
