Warrior (Rumble 91?) with Brother Love seems like a given. Mattel must rectify the abomination of series 1! Iraqi Slaughter would be a natural fit with those two as well. Whatever the case may be, any themed set with Brother Love is gonna hit my personal sweet spot

I'd be surprised if there isn't at least 1 more figure reveal, even if it's just an image design.
I would imagine we will see 1 or the 3 from the brother love set!
Also we may see nothing else! 🤣

I think we might get some render reveals tomorrow - though I was a little surprised we didn't see protos of the RSC release. Maybe there won't be a second one this year?

I always assumed RSC was going to do more exclusives. But the NWO set was heavily clearanced during Black Friday, and DX seems the same. So maybe they won't...

Really hope that's not the case, this will be tedious if we go back to 8 figures a year. Especially when the real bangers seem to be few and far between. Brother Love might not be a Mattel Creations release. Bill said they aren't saying how it is going to be available yet in the RSC tour.

Don't all the Ringside exclusives end-up in the sales after the initial buzz? I'm sure the latest Defining Moments set was in the same sale as the nWo were? Did the DM set get released before the nWo set came-out? Looking at the site now then it seems only Cody is sold-out from the DM set, with the remaining Bret and Shawn being quite cheap for exclusive Elites - I'm not sure it means too much, but someone who studies these things closer might be able to comment better? I expect we'll get the third tag team set announced at SDCC, but can't see us getting that set this year, unless they're working on tag team line-up with the Brother Love? In the walkthrough video when Bill speaks about the DX Retros then they say that the line does well and Bill mentions there being a "bunch of possibilities down the road", so hopefully there's substance behind that, though could just some general comments. |

The NWO set was the 3rd best selling item for Ringside last year. If that isn't good enough sales RSC is in trouble.

That bit was really interesting - could just be Bill being deadpan about them not expressly confirming the obvious that he'd be in the January Mattel Creations set, but certainly sounds like they're working on something distinct with Brother Love. Given we've just got a ring then I don't think we'll get another one with Brother Love being included, but what about if they are working on a "The Brother Love Show" interview playset? It's a rather basic set IIRC but could be a test for something more detailed later like the Funeral Parlour or the Barber Shop. That could be carried on Creations, like the ring is. Otherwise Brother Love might appear in the tag team series with Ringside, but not sure who he'd be paired with unless they release another early Undertaker; debut probably rather than the grey gloves as the Hasbro is definitive, but we don't really need another Taker from that timeframe IMHO. Could be another Retros line with another retailer, which would be exciting but with the reservation that they would need to be easily available internationally - so Amazon, WWE Shop, etc., but preferably not Target and certainly not Walmart!! |

Playsets would be incredible, hopefully if sales are as good as the earlier post says it could be promising and more in the pipeline!
