RSC can do whatever they want. They are running a business and not a charity. If you don't like it then you will just have to buy elsewhere. Same goes for all the business sellers on ebay too though |

This one has a ladder lol Even the variant has a variant! Mine didn’t have a ladder, guess I gotta drop $35 more since I collect all including package variants. |

I'm taking the risk of paying retail. I don't think that's a bad risk to take. It's not like the upcoming Chase figures where a specific figure is store exclusive, specifically the Pete Dunn figure being a Target exclusive. I would not want to take the chance of finding that one in retail, so hopefully RSC will sell that one, too. I think you have a better chance of finding this one in stores with a lot more options. I just didn't feel like taking the chance and waisting all that time looking for it. |

Tempting but $35 for Shelton Benjamin is too much for me. Will take my chances out in the wild. Exactly, with tax and shipping your looking at $50 for the damn thing. |

It's not scalping. I dare you guys to go out there and easily find this one...go ahead... 1 in 4 cases it's going to be a sinch to get. Just remember, if you don't, and you wait until Ringside sells out, you're going to end up spending quite a bit more than 34.99 plus S+H Good luck selling a curt Hawkins for $35 This. The difference between the two only being the color seems like a weak choice for a chase. At least Shelton has different attire and is from a different era. |

but there's a reason why guys like Hawkins and Benjamin have chases and Sting doesn't. It's all about sales! Sting will sell no matter what but Hawkins and Shelton need incentives...like 1/4 of his being a chase figure

Scalping...not scalping...all I know is have fun hunting a first time elite flashback themed chase figure that is .25 cases at retail during the Christmas rush at stores that might have notoriously bad distribution. Or this could possibly not hit until after Christmas when stores stock is pretty much boo until maybe March. Meanwhile, I'm sitting here comfortably with my Gold Standard by normally high noon tomorrow.

Got mine with a big order i made, the $34.99 price tag isn't a bother for me, being in Australia, it's near impossible to get an Elite for under $30
