Jim Schoenfeld has been announced as the Rangers new assistant GM. I really wanted Messier to get it, but with what Schoenfeld has done with Hartford, I really see why he would get the job, and I still think Messier will be Sather's successor.

I find it hilarious that this is the worst trouble NHL players get into. In the NFL, MLB, and NBA you have guys getting arrested on a regular basis for drugs, beating women, DUIs, killing dogs, and in the NHL you have 2 guys who were arrested for being too loud at a bachelor party, lol.
This just proves the type of class all hockey players have.
