Well, I will see the cardiologist on August 29 to go over the tests I have taken over the last two months and talk next steps. But after the echocardiogram today the tech did say I had a good strong heart. Now I know she was only the tech and the cardiologist has to look at the results first, but I’ll take it for now.

I saw my endocrinologist today and I lost 11lbs since my last visit six weeks ago. So that was good. My blood pressure was the same as the last appointment but he said it was good. (Where it should be) and he was happy with my progress. So that was good

Left my job today. And now got 11 days off before I start the new one.

SD card in my phone bricked. Years of stuff gone. After 12 hours, got a chunk of things restored, plus got the music I originally wanted in the first place. Still lost a good bit, will have to put in time to regain everything. Pain in the butt. |
