I figured that since the negative 'This is pissing me off!!!' thread where people vent and rant about stuff is now 21 pages strong, that it would be nice to have a positive counterpart that can hopefully go the same distance. Rather than dwelling on everything that pisses us off, let's focus on things that we're grateful for in our lives and things that make us happy!
I'll start with something nice and simple: I just finished another week of work, 5 days, and they flew by! Looking forward to Raw tonight.
I guess since I mentioned work, I'm also thankful for my job. I enjoy it, I like the people I work with, the regular customers that I get to talk to and the new people I get to meet. It's also afforded me to buy nice things and do cool stuff over the past year(I started last April) and is currently funding my savings for WrestleMania next year, which will be a dream come true. I'm very grateful indeed.

I worked all day on my Lego Train board that I have created for myself. I just added on more boards to make it even bigger so I have a lot more work to do on it, but I am loving every minute of it!

I’m starting to get busy lining up work, now that it’s getting warmer.
NFL draft starts Thursday.

Had a couple of enjoyable experiences with customers at work today. The first was a roughly 80 year old guy who wanted a custom birthday card made for his friend. Walked him through various designs as I went along and tailored it to what he liked the look of. Since I didn't have much else to do I even photoshopped some creases out of a photo he wanted to use on the front of a card. We usually charge a fair bit for that kind of thing but I thought screw it, it's easy and I'm not charging him for that and the cost of setting it all up. Just the basic price of the card itself (£6.99.) He was a nice guy.
Second person was a woman who needed documents printed to sign, then scanned back in and sent via email. Had some technical issues but I got around it by using my own phone to receive files and email account to send stuff. She was pretty happy 'cos she gave me more money than I had quoted and was all "I'm recommending you to EVERYONE!" as she walked out the door. Makes me feel better about my day.

I woke up. Worked. Ate. Sat outside for a bit on this beautiful day. Let the dog out. Fed & played with my Cat & Dog. Watched TV with my Wife.
...never take anything for granted, be happy with just the simple things that you are fortunate to have. JS

I was scheduled to work during a concert next Sunday, and one of my coworkers volunteered to take my shift so I could still go to the concert.

I saw a trash panda today when I went to Target this afternoon. It was right in front of my parking spot as I pulled in - eating away at a pile of dog food someone left out. Made eye contact for 2 seconds before it scurried behind a wall.
I've only encountered possums at night hissing death at me as I shined a flashlight on them, so to see a cute raccoon for the first time was a welcome sight.

Sunny and 70 degrees My kids play baseball/softball and they are good and have a lot of fun doing it. Every day it makes me happy for all the work I put in with them catching and hitting in our yard since they were 3 years old.

Legos have always been impossible for me (when comes to creating something unique with 'em, and not just following the instructions A-Z) but I love looking at others' creations. Do you have pix of this?

We're finally getting some beautiful spring weather after dealing with bitter cold, rain and snow for the entirety of March and the better portion of April. That alone is bringing my mood up.
