The show begins with the rest of the card being announced by Vince Mcmahon. The Commentators for the Royal Rumble are Gorilla Monsoon and new WWF Commentator Jim Ross. They get right to the action,
Match 1:
The Headshrinkers and Money Inc vs Steiner Brothers and The Natural Disasters
A great match to kick off The Royal Rumble with Scott Steiner and Ted Dibiase starting the match off for their respective team. Dibiase and Steiner put on some great wrestling moves together. A lot of frequent tags in the contest and it's the heels who regain the momentum against Rick as they wear him out. Rick then makes the hot tag to Earthquake as Earthquake goes in there to clean house. Quake does his Rumble Shake as the fans go nuts. IRS and Fatu then double team Earthquake as they set up for a double-team back suplex which surprisingly works. But it's not enough as Earthquake kicks out. The Match ends when Fatu and Scott Steiner are in the ring. Fatu attempts a superkick but Scott reverses it into a T-Bone Suplex to get the win against Fatu. The Natural Disasters and The Steiner Brothers may have worked together but theyr'e going to be in the Royal Rumble Match so it's going to be every man for himself.

Backstage, Sean Mooney interviews Razor Ramon about his match with The Undertaker. Razor says that he ain't afraid of The Undertaker and he's certainly not afraid of the dark nor not afraid of caskets or being in a dark-six feet hole it's The Undertaker that needs to be afraid of Razor Ramon. Mooney refers to another match Razor is going to have and that's The Royal Rumble. Razor says when he gets done with The Undertaker. He's going to drag him back in the ring later tonight and toss the dead carcass of his and all others over the top rope. Razor says that 1993 will be the year of the bad guy.
Match 2:
Razor Ramon vs The Undertaker
Razor doesn't seem intimidated at all at the mere presence of the Man From The Darkside nor does he seem scared as Undertaker does his lighting entrance. After Taker takes off his coat and hat. Razor charges at him and hammers away at The Undertaker. But the shots don't faze The Phenom as Razor gets backed into a corner. Undertaker stalks Razor as Razor hits Taker again with heavy shots but Undertaker grabs him and hits a few body shots and even uppercuts. Taker hits a headbutt and whips Razor into the corner but Razor hits a reverse elbow and Razor sends Taker out of the ring with a Clothesline but The Undertaker lands on his feet. That's what Razor might do at the Royal Rumble Match later tonight if he were to eliminate The Undertaker. Undertaker pulls Razor out of the ring and Undertaker hits a big uppercut to the throat of the Bad Guy but Razor hits an elbow and attempts to take Undertaker's head into the steps but Undertaker reverses and slams Razor's head into the steel steps. Taker tosses Razor in the ring and Undertaker picks Razor up by the arm and we all know what's next the ropewalk. Undertaker crashes his gray-gloved fist down across Razor's shoulder. Undertaker stalks Razor as he attempts to go for a tombstone piledriver but Undertaker looks like he's not going for a tombstone instead he hits a bodyslam on Razor. Taker runs off the ropes and attempts the elbow drop but Razor ducks and Undertaker sits up. Razor then takes back momentum as he hits Taker with a clothesline knocking him down. Razor gets the upper hand as he works on Undertaker's legs. JR says that with Razor working on Undertaker's legs. Undertaker cannot perform a Tombstone Piledriver or a Chokeslam either. Undertaker mounts a little comeback against Razor. Taker whips Razor into the ropes and attempts a backbody drop but Undertaker puts his head down and that allows Razor to pick up Undertaker can Razor really hit the Razor's Edge on The Undertaker. Razor lifts The Phenom up and nails The Razor's Edge that is unbelievable. Undertaker sits up after Razor does his taunting and Razor looks stunned. Razor then hits Taker in the gut and attempts to hit the Razor's Edge but Undertaker fights out and backdrops Razor to the mat. Taker then runs off the ropes and hits a flying clothesline on Razor. Unbelievable agility by The Man From The Darkside. Taker poses with the urn as Taker sets Razor up but Razor hits a low blow. And the referee saw it so that's a disqualifaction. Razor then exposes the turnbuckle pad as Undertaker slowly gets back up. Razor attempts to grab Taker's head into the ringpost and Undertaker ducks and Razor's head collides into the ringpost. Undertaker picks Razor up and chokeslams him to the mat. Razor rolls out of the ring as Paul Bearer holds his Undertaker back.

Mean Gene Okerlund interviews Shawn Michaels and Diesel. Michaels says that Jannetty was the weak link of the Rockers and The Heartbreak Kid was the one carrying the team. And look where it had gotten him. The Intercontinental Title. Michaels says that Jannetty is going to be on his knees crying like a little baby. Okerlund points out that Sherri is in the building. Michaels says that if Sherri bothers to interefere tonight and cost him the Intercontinental Title. Then Sherri will be joining Jannetty too. And He's going all the way to the top.
Match 3:
WWF Intercontinental Championship
Shawn Michaels vs Marty Jannetty
it's been a long time for revenge as Jannetty wants to claim the Intercontinental Title and more importantly put Shawn Michaels on the shelf. Jannetty regains momentum in this match by attacking Michaels. Michaels then makes a comeback against Jannetty as Diesel attacks Jannetty from behind as Michaels has the referee cornered. Diesel tosses Jannetty in the ring as Michaels continues to work on the eye of Jannetty that was injured since HBK threw him into the Barber Shop. Jannetty gets a little bit of a comeback going in him but Michaels pokes Jannetty in the eye. Jannetty fights back as he nails HBK with several ten punches. Jannetty wants the Intercontinental Championship tonight and a little measure of revenge as this is a back and forth contest. Jannetty hits a powerslam but not enough as HBK kicks out. HBK battles back and shoves Jannetty into the referee then the crowd goes nuts as Sherri enters the ring to a loud ovation. Sherri picks up a mirror the one Jannetty used to accidentally hit Sherri with. Sherri picks up the mirror and attempts to hit HBK but Diesel enters the ring and takes the mirror away from Sherri. Diesel gets in Sherri's face as Jannetty gets back up hitting Diesel with right hands and dropkicking him over the top rope but HBK gets back up and knocks Jannetty right into Sherri. The Referee is still down. Michaels sends Jannetty into the ropes and goes for a backdrop but Jannetty hits the rocker-dropper on Michaels. Jannetty's going to win the title but wait a minute. Sherri is in the ring again. Sherri picks up the mirror she had earlier and looks to hit Michaels but she ducks and Sherri hits Jannetty by accident. Jannetty is out cold and the referee calls for the bell. After the match, Sherri checks on Jannetty but HBK and Diesel see Sherri checking on Jannetty. HBK gets in Sherri's face and Sherri being the woman she is slaps her former ex. Diesel then grabs Sherri and shoves her to the mat that is total disrespect. Diesel just shoved down a woman. Diesel picks up Jannetty and powerbombs him to the mat. Diesel and Shawn leave the ring laughing at the carnage they just ensued.

Bobby Heenan enters the ring as he introduces his newest client Lex Luger. Lex Luger enters the ring as a mirror is set in the ring. Luger says he's going to do some poses. The Fans give Luger a total boo as the lights dim. Luger shows off his muscles for the fans. Heenan says that they are looking at a potential World Wrestling Federation Champion. Luger and Heenan leave the ring.
A video package is shown of Bret Hart and Macho Man Randy Savage
Mean Gene Okerlund interviews Bret Hart as Mean Gene puts over how a fighting champion Bret has been. Bret says that he's been the greatest of all time defeating any comers who has come in contact with him. But Macho Man Randy Savage will be a real test. Bret says that he's has the upmost respect for him, and regardless of the outcome he will shake his hand. Bret says that he will prove once and for all that he is the best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be, and my the best man win.
Match 4:
World Wrestling Federation Championship Match
Bret Hart vs Macho Man Randy Savage
This is our first of Two Main Events. One of these two men is going to Wrestlemania as the WWF Champion to face the Royal Rumble Winner. Bret and Savage start things off with a lockup as Bret hits a shoulder block on Savage. Bret gets the early offense in this matchup attacking the Macho Man and also his back. Savage fights back as Bret misses a charge in the ropes on Randy and it hurts his leg. So Savage can apply the figure-four leg lock. Savage continues to work on the leg of Bret as Bret is writhing in pain his reign as World Wrestling Federation Champion could come to an end here shortly. Bret the fighting champion fights back against the Macho Man. This is a back and forth contest. Savage attempts to go to the top rope but Bret hits a superplex taking down Savage. Bret goes for the cover but Savage kicks out. The fight continues outside the ring and both make it back in before the count on ten. Savage then enters the ring and continues to weaken Bret. Savage attempts to go for trademark elbow off the top rope and nails it on Bret. Savage goes for the count, but Bret kicks out a two. Nobody can believe what they just saw, Bret Hart became the first person to kick out of the Macho Man's elbow drop. Savage then works on Bret's knee and hits the figure-four but Bret hangs on to the ropes after three minutes of being locked in the hold. Bret reverses Savage's figure-four into the sharpshooter. "What a match!!!" shouts Monsoon. Bret has the sharpshooter locked in tightly. Savage tries to make an escape but Bret still has it locked in and Savage breaks the sharpshooter and Bret falls right into the referee. Both men are down when Ric Flair and Lex Luger makes their way the ring. Flair picks up the WWF Title Belt and hits Savage with the belt and Luger nails Hart with his steel plated forearm, the referee sees this and calls for the bell. Luger and Flair go to work on Hart and Savage. McMahon and Monsoon are angry about Luger and Flair ruining a great championship match, but Heenan is looking on in amusement as he appluds both men. But the fans go nuts when Hulk Hogan hits the ring. Hogan nails Luger with right hands sending him out onto the mat, and delivers a boot to Flair sending him out also. Hogan checks on both Hart and Savage. But the question is, will Savage be able to compete in the Royal Rumble match later on?

It is now time for the Royal Rumble Match as pre-recorded comments are heard from Randy Savage. Crush. Tatanka. Bam Bam Bigelow. Razor Ramon. Yokozuna. Owen Hart. Sid Justice. Mr. Perfect. The Undertaker and Hulk Hogan
Backstage in the locker Room. Sean Mooney interviews an upset Ric Flair. Flair says that Hulk Hogan made the biggest mistake of his life by sticking his nose in Flair's business and that Hogan will pay for his deceit. Flair says he could wish Hogan luck fighting 29 superstars but the truth is he's going to enjoy Hogan getting dumped out. Flair says that the night's not over as he has a big surprise for Hulk Hogan and that Hogan will never be the same again.
Howard Finkel introduces two Hawaiian dancers, one male and one female as they come out together. Both go over the Royal Rumble Rules as Howard gets the mic back to Howard and announces the #1 Entry
Match 5:
30-Man Royal Rumble Match
Mr. Perfect is the first man to enter the ring as he comes out to a big ovation but this isn't good for Mr. Perfect who is the odds-on favorite in this match. Perfect enters the ring and waits for the #2 Individual and it's Rick Martel. So Martel and Perfect are going to be the two men starting the match off. Perfect and Martel exchange punches as this Rumble Contest is underway. Perfect gets the upper hand taking Martel down to the mat with a dropkick. Perfect then goes for a clothesline over the ropes but Martel blocks the elimination with a right hand. Martel picks up Perfect as he nails a picture perfect clothesline. Martel does his taunting in the ring. The commentators point out that Martel lasted the Royal Rumble in 1991 as the third competitor rolls on the scene next and #3 is one of the Headshrinkers. Samu. Samu gets in the ring and helps Martel with Mr. Perfect. Samu hits a big clothesline knocking Perfect down as Samu and Martel try to eliminate him. #4 is Brian Knobs of the Nasty Boys. Knobs aids Perfect as he goes after Samu and Martel. But you gotta remember it's every man for himself. Knobs hits a clothesline on Samu as Perfect has Martel in the corner. #5 is Big Bossman. Bossman knows what it's like to enter this match. Bossman goes to town on everybody hitting stiff uppercuts. Bossman whips Samu into the ropes and hits the signature Bossmanslam but remember there is no pinfalls in this match.
#6 is Sid Justice. Sid enters the ring and goes straight for the #1 entry Mr. Perfect who he's been having problems with. Bossman helps Perfect go after Sid but Bossman pays for it as Sid eliminates Bossman to gain his first elimination. Sid picks up Perfect and chokeslams him to the mat. #7 is Skinner. Skinner wastes no time getting in the ring attacking Samu. While Sid and Martel go to work on Perfect. Knobs takes a break in the corner as all six men brawl in the ring. #8 is Jerry Sags. Sags enters the ring and Both Nasty Boys enter the ring to go after Sid. Sid fights them both off and scoops both of them up chokeslamming them over the top rope to the floor. Sid has eliminated both The Nasty Boys. Sid is making a statement tonight. Perfect gets his first elimination as he backdrops Skinner out of the ring. But Sid. Martel and Samu all over Perfect. #9 is Virgil to make the save. Virgil enters the ring hitting Samu and Martel with dropkicks and hammers away at Sid with right hands but none of them faze Sid. Sid goes for a Chokeslam but Virgil fights out of it and continues to hammer away at Sid. #10 is Hacksaw "Jim" Duggan and he's got the 2x4 in hand with him. Duggan enters the ring and starts going to work on everybody. Duggan goes to work on Sid and goes over to toss him out but Sid hangs on and #11 is Razor Ramon. Razor enters the ring going to work on Duggan. Razor picks up Duggan and sends him out of the ring with a clothesline. One of the odds on favorites Razor is making a statement here tonight. Razor goes to work on everyone in this match. Razor doesn't care who he fights he just wants to go to Wrestlemania to fight for the World Wrestling Federation Championship. #12 is Rick Steiner. Steiner enters the ring and begins to go to work on Samu. Yes both Steiner and Samu are in the match at the same time. Sid and Perfect continue their brawl as Razor tries to get Martel over the top rope but Martel hangs on. #13 is Owen Hart. The Brother of the WWF Champion. Owen enters the ring and hits Razor with a flying dropkick. Owen goes to work on Sid and Samu. We got eight men now in the ring. Sid then suddenly gets Virgil over the top rope to the floor. That's elimination #4 for Sid Justice as he is dominating the Royal Rumble. #14 is WWF Tag Team Champion Ted Dibiase. Dibiase enters the ring and immediately flips Steiner and Samu over the top rope who are fighting in the corner.
So Dibiase. Razor. Owen. Sid. Martel and Perfect remain in the ring. #15 is Earthquake. Earthquake enters the ring and goes to work on everybody. Earthquake whips Sid into the buckle and hits a squash in the corner. Earthquake is certainly one of the odds on favorites to win. Two years ago he was in the final two. #16 is Tito Santana. Tito enters the ring and hits a cross-body on his former rival Martel. Santana and Martel are exchanging blows in the corner as the ring continues to fill up again there is a lot of beef in the ring and speaking of beef. #17 is Bam Bam Bigelow. Bigelow gets in the ring going to work on everyone. Bigelow and Earthquake have a staredown as they exchange blows. Bigelow boots Earthquake in the gut and bodyslams him to the mat. Another elimination occurs as Martel attempts to toss out Owen but Owen skins the cat and dropkicks Martel out of the ring. Goodbye Rick. #18 is Scott Steiner. Steiner gets in the ring hitting clotheslines on everyone. Steiner goes at it with Dibiase in the corner and we got everybody in the ring right now this is turning chaotic as #19 is Jerry Lawler. The Ring has begun to fill up. Sid and Perfect continue to brawl. Perfect tries to eliminate Sid but Sid hangs on. Dibiase aids Sid try to get Perfect over the top rope. But Perfect fights out however Sid uses all his feet to eliminate Perfect. Sid has eliminated Perfect a good showing for Perfect but he ain't going to Wrestlemania IX.
#20 is The Undertaker to a loud pop. Taker enters the ring and Bigelow is the first man to go after Undertaker. Bigelow charges at the Deadman but Undertaker backdrops Bigelow out of the ring. Bam Bam won't be headlining Wrestlemania. Undertaker then picks up Owen as Owen attempts a move on Taker and Taker sends Owen out of the ring with a Chokeslam. Undertaker is just cleaning house. Sid stares down Undertaker as him and Undertaker exchange right hands. Sid and Taker both have each other by the neck but it's Sid who has Undertaker by the throat and hits a one-handed slam. #21 is Jake the Snake Roberts. Roberts who hadn't been seen since Wrestlemania VIII makes his return after nine months enters the ring and goes to work on Dibiase as the ring looks like it's beginning to fill up. Lawler and Sid double team Undertaker as they can't knock him down with anything. #22 is the surprise entry and it's Roddy Piper. Piper enters the ring and Lawler goes to work on Piper as he sees him. Piper hits Lawler with a right hand and knocks him out of the ring with another right hand. Santana gets thrown out by Sid as well. Sid gets his sixth elimination. Piper goes to work on Sid but Lawler re-enters the ring and throws Piper over the top rope. Lawler laughs as Piper chases him all the way to the back. #23 is Typhoon. Typhoon enters the ring. So Typhoon and Earthquake have entered the match. They go to work on Roberts as they attempt to toss him out of the ring. But wait Earthquake has eliminated Typhoon. Dibiase then sneaks up behind Earthquake and tosses him out of the ring. Earthquake and Typhoon begin to argue about it as #24 is Hulk Hogan. Hogan enters the ring going to work on everyone. Hogan tosses out Scott Steiner to get his first elimination. Hogan is on a roll as he hits everyone with right hands. Hogan and Sid begin to fight as #25 is WWF Tag Team Champion IRS. IRS enters the ring and goes to help Dibiase fight Undertaker. We have like seven men in the ring. Undertaker, Hogan, Sid, Money Inc., Roberts, and Razor. Razor charges at Hogan only for Hogan to toss him out of the ring with a backbody drop. #26 is Tatanka. Tatanka enters the ring and goes to work on Roberts. All seven men are in the ring now.
#27 is Yokozuna. Look at the size of this man. Yoko gets in the ring and attacks Tatanka. Roberts for no reason at all jumps over the top rope and eliminates himself. Yoko hits Dibiase and IRS with shots and nails Tatanka with a clothesline. But look Hogan and The Undertaker are staring down Yokozuna. Hogan and Taker team up to attack Yokozuna as they try to eliminate him. #28 is Crush. Crush gets in the ring and goes to work on Dibiase and IRS. Crush whips Dibiase into the ropes nailing a clothesline. Crush hammers away at Hogan going to work on him. #29 is Headshrinker Fatu. Fatu enters the ring and attacks Tatanka. We know Randy Savage is going to be the final man in this match. And once he will. One of these ten will have a shot of going to Wrestlemania. #30 is Randy Savage to a loud pop. Savage goes to work on the man who beat him down sadistically last monday night on RAW. Yokozuna. Savage hits Yokozuna with everything he has andknocks him off his feet with a big clothesline. Savage tells the crowd that he is going to eliminate him. But IRS stops that and tries to eliminate Savage but Savage reverses and IRS goes over the top rope it's down to Nine. But wait a minute here comes Ric Flair what is he doing. He points at Hogan and Hogan stares him down as he tells him to turn around. And there is three men in the ring. It's ARN ANDERSON. BARRY WINDHAM AND TULLY BLANCHARD. They both sneak up to eliminate Hogan. Hogan just got screwed. They both laugh at Hogan and Hogan sees who just screwed him and gets in and out of the ring chasing Anderson. Windham and Blanchard out of the building.
But now with Hogan out being the odds on favorite who is going to Wrestlemania. It won't be Fatu as Undertaker tosses him out with ease. Seven men are left in this match. Yokozuna stares down The Undertaker as he makes the cut-throat motion. Yoko and Taker go face to face as they exchange right hands with one another. Taker gets the better of them against Yoko. Undertaker misses a flying clothesline and it's Yokozuna that gives Undertaker the samoan drop. Undertaker rises up to his feet only for Yoko to hit a belly-to belly on The Undertaker. Undertaker sits up once again but Yoko's leg drop comes crashing down on The Undertaker. Savage gets back up and hits Yoko with right hands. Savage rams Yoko into the buckle as the crowd goes nuts. Sid tosses Tatanka over the top rope as six men remain in the match. Savage hits a combination of axe-handles but none faze Yokozuna. Savage finally takes Yokozuna down with another axe-handle. Savage runs off the ropes and hits a high knee and that knee makes Yokozuna fly over the top rope. Yokozuna is eliminated. But Sid and Dibiase sneak up behind Savage and toss him out.
So the final four is Crush, Ted Dibiase, Sid, and The Undertaker. Sid has been in the rumble for over 55 minutes since entering at #6. Crush has Dibiase on one corner while Undertaker and Sid fight in the other. Taker whips Sid into the ropes but Sid reverses it. Sid attempts a clothesline on Undertaker but Taker ducks and both men get each other with the big boot. Dibiase and Crush continue their brawl and it looks like Crush is going to get the kona-vice locked in on Dibiase but wait there's Doink The Clown the man who Crush has been having troubles with. Doink came hiding from under the ring and sprayed a bucket of water in the face of Crush, but ends up hitting The Undertaker. Because of that, Dibiase tosses The Undertaker out of the ring. Doink laughs at his behavior as The Undertaker gets up and makes the slash gesture at Doink who runs all the way back to the arena. Dibiase. Sid and Crush are left. But Crush is up and Crush tosses Dibiase out of the ring with a clothesline as Dibiase was taunting. It is down to Crush and Sid one of these two will go to Wrestlemania IX. Crush and Sid exchange punches with one another with one getting the upper hand. Crush picks up Sid and attempts a Powerbomb, but Sid ducks and hits a powerbomb of his own on Crush. Sid just may have won this Royal Rumble Match after that big powerbomb to Crush. Sid taunts saying he's the best. Crush gets up and Sid can't believe it. Sid whips Crush into the ropes and Sid goes for a clothhesline but Crush hits a big flying clothesline taking down Sid. Crush charges at Sid and goes for a clothesline. But Sid backdrops Crush and Crush continues to hang on. Sid thinks he's won the rumble but Crush returns to the ring and Sid charges at the big man from Kona, but Crush back body drops him out of the ring over the top rope. Crush has won the Royal Rumble

After the match. The two Hawaiian dancers celebrate in the ring with Crush. Crush will be going to Wrestlemania IX in his native Hawaii to face the World Wrestling Federation Champion. This is a big achievement for big man from Kona as he wins the sixth royal rumble match in the history of the WWF. Royal Rumble goes off the air with Crush celebrating with the fans.
