Anyone know why WWE stopped the XPAC and Gunn ones from being made? I know for sure Xpac was because it said Xpac on his tights and Wwe owned the Xpac character. Not sure why billy Gunn was pulled. Unless the back said mr ass? |

Pretty sure Beefcake and Demolition own their own names now, Xpac is probably an important IP to them due to DX Could be, I know Darsow and Eadie still use Demolition (and Ax and Smash) at indie events and signing shows, not sure about Brutus. Even if they haven't filed trademarks on the names (they may have, but I didn't see anything after a quick search), WWE's trademarks were all abandoned decades ago. If the trademarks aren't maintained or defended, WWE doesn't have much of an argument, even if they owned the name/character. And in the case of all three of those guys, they have been wrestling under those names on the indies for decades now, so there's probably not much of a legal leg to stand on. Billy Gunn owns his own trademark, so not sure what the issue there could be. The headband says "Badd Ass," so that may have been something WWE still controls the IP over. |

I bought my first Micro Brawlers a 6-piece mystery grab bag. They arrived today: Hitman, Beefcake, Eddie, El Genrico, Rey Fenix, Kota Ibushi.
I'm looking to buy some more. If I bought another 6-piece today would they be the same? Like the is this the 6-piece for the month or is there just a hug bin and someone sticks their hand in and God only knows what i'll get?
