He has to head to the performance center for training lol? Did Randy Savage need any of that Titan training when he showed up in 85? Oh wait, you just went out did your deal. Let these guys sink or swim. I get that there are nuanced to working on WWE TV to be specific, ya gotta know where the cameras are in relation to your ring work, but that takes specific training? Vince McMahon has his company so over produced it plays like a damn episodic TV series, without the great character archs of course. /rant Did you just compare Adam Cole to Randy Savage? Eww. It's silly to me that Mike Bennett of all people bypassed NXT but Adam Cole doesn't. Adam Cole is miles better as an in ring talent and as a promo but isn't married to some sort of Ex-Diva. Oh well, I guess we're going to get another golden age of NXT with Roddy, Roode, McIntyre, Cole, O'Riley, Fish, Almas... He said on Stone Cold's podcast himself he wants to go to NXT... |

I know that, I listened to the podcast. What I'm more saying is that there's no reason why Mike Bennett bypassed it entirely. I don't think many people are given the choice as to whether they want to go to NXT or to the main roster, I think the general rule of thumb has always been NXT first with AJ Styles being the only true exception to that. |

Adam Cole is in no way a star like AJ Styles, so I see why Nxt is the place to start. Bobby Roode & Drew McIntyre wouldn't need Nxt either but they chose to. Adam Cole could walk onto RAW tonight and people would go "Oh, that's Adam Cole!". Bobby Roode couldn't. I needed a good laugh today. Thanks. |
