According to F4WOnline.com, TNA is being sued by the American Express Travel Related Services Company for unpaid bills dating back to this summer. The suit was filed in the Supreme Court of New York state on July 20th, and it claims nonpayment of $269,049.50 in travel-related expenses. The suit further claims TNA’s American Express Corporate account was charged various amounts for items and the bills were never paid. In total, American Express is asking for $269,049.50 and for all legal costs to be paid for. AMEX claims TNA agreed to payments on the receipt of monthly billing statements, as well as delinquency fees and finance charges. I feel bad for the wrestlers. they are busting ther ass to put on a show that's been blowing WWE out of the water. But because of mismanagement all you hear about is crap like this.

That puts the total (known) dollar amount from the lawsuits against TNA, and other debt, at 3.6 Million.
To help Dixie with her debt, or legal fees, I am willing to pay the very generous amount of $50 for all digital media, related to, or containing within, TNA Knockouts Taryn Terrell and Brooke Adams(aka Brooke Tessmacher). Including, but not limited to, all photos and video from matches, interviews and photo shoots.

So not only does tna have no money and dixie is pulling some crap with billy corgan, they probably won't be able to fly people in for tv tapings after it was revealed just today a nonpayment of $269,049.50 in travel-related expenses. Where is that jean luc picard facepalm meme when i need it ?? TNA needs to file bankruptcy now before its too late...

Wow. TNA is in a load of s*** and its mostly due to one incompetent person who wants to remain in control even though she shouldn't. I feel bad for the wrestlers who are under contract with TNA. They deserve must better than to be in a company ran by some incompetent person

I don't think TNA ever really stood a chance at being profitable with the bigger names they brought in starting with Angle. If they had kept it to him and Sting and Christian, maybe, but they started adding too much salary. The way things worked out with them and the indies didn't help, as it became impossible to share talent when they needed it, and anyone who was a mid tier talent could make more money on the indie/japan circuit.
As sad as it is, the company should have gone bankrupt years ago, they've spent basically their entire existence borrowing from someone else ot pay back the others, it was bound to catch up
This is like if you noticed that your home's roof was leaking a bit of water when it rains, and instead of properly fixing it, and cutting expenses where you need to, you decide to buy that new flatscreen TV you don't really need, and then just put some tape over the hole. Then a new hole starts leaking, and you tape over it as well and buy that new car you don't need. And eventually the entire roof just begins to collapse.
