Hey, Tomorrow, I am going to The Great Canadian Wrestling Expo in Oshawa to meet some of the legends of wrestling and I was wondering something. If you go to their web-site @ www.canadianwrestlingexpo.com/main.html and click the "live wrestling" link, it will list a TON of Superstars scheduled to be there. Under the Legends section, it will show Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart, Kamala, King Kong Bundy, Koko B. Ware, Ricky Johnson, and it shows a mystery superstar with a big ? Now, I was wondering if anyone went to the expo today possibly knows who that mystery person is. For all I know, that mystery person could have shown up today at the expo. Whatever the case may be, I would VERY much like to know who that mystery person is, so that I could bring some stuff to get signed. Any help or info would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!!

Well, I went to the GCWE yesterday for pretty much the whole day. There were two sessions for yesterday. A 10 a.m.- 5 p.m. session and then followed by a 2-hour intermission of sorts and then a 7 p.m.-10 p.m. session.
When I got there, I've got to admit, it was virtually dead. There probably wasn't even 50 people there and yet, those poor wrestlers were still putting on matches which made it almost hard to sit and watch because there was no crowd reaction or anything.
I'm tellin' ya, crickets would've made more noise than the crowd did earlier on in the day!! It was brutal, but I still enjoyed the wrestling despite the lack of crowd or crowd participation.
The highlights of that night were when I met King Kong Bundy again for the 2nd time. He was real nice. I got him to sign a few magazines as well as my MOC CS #5 figure and my MOC WWF LJN figure.
It was funny. Once I handed him the LJN one, he was like "Where did you get that one"? And I told him I held onto it for a while. Then he said "MOC baby, MOC!! What does MOC mean anyway?"
I then told him MOC meant Mint on Card. Then, I also met Koko B. Ware and got him to sign a magazine, the WWF LJN figure poster, CS #6 MOC figure and MOC WWF Hasbro figure.
He wasn't really that friendly. All he pretty much cared about was getting the money for his autographs, which was $5 each for your own item. Plus, I also think he was either on something or drunk. He was acting a bit odd, I thought.
Still, it was neat meeting "The Birdman" Koko B. Ware. It's not over yet. A bit later on in the night, Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart and his daughter Nattie Neidhart who is also a wrestler were there signing autographs and meeting the fans.
I got "The Anvil" to sign a few magazines and he also gave me a free-bee, which was a signed 8x10 as well as a black & white non-signed photo of The Hart Foundation of Neidhart, Jimmy Hart and Bret Hart. He was an alright guy and it was nice that he gave me something free.
Then, the highlight of my night came when they announced that The Ugandan Giant Kamala had entered the building and was making his way over the autograph table.
It was funny. Kamala was wearing a black leather jacket, a white Yokozuna memorial t-shirt and jeans and of course, was wearing the traditional face paint.
I made sure I had Kamala sign everything I brought along which was a few magazines, the WWF LJN figure poster, a Figures Inc. MOC Legends figure and my MOC WWF Hasbro figure.
Kamala was a really nice guy and it was just awesome meeting the man who I grew up watching all those MANY, MANY years ago.
Out of all the wrestlers in the world, I never thought I'd end up meeting Kamala, but I did and it was great.
Overall, the local indy wrestlers such as Cody Deener put on a great show and The Great Canadian Wrestling Expo was a great time and I can't wait for the next one!!

Did you catch El Reverso or even Phil Atlas?

Yeah, Phil Atlas was pretty decent, but I don't think I caught El Reverso. It was kind of hard hearing the ring announcer over the P.A.
I might have seen him, but just didn't notice as I am not too familiar with El Reverso in the first place.

I was so mad when I heard about the expo, I'm going to that area the week after. Anyway, anybody who gets a chance to see Nattie Neidhart wrestle definetely should, she amazing to watch in the ring.

Ya I went to it as well on the sunday. Like you said it was pretty dead, i feel sorry for the wrestlers because they still had to perform nonetheless. Ah well, it was good to see King Kong Bundy and the rest. Oh and yes I saw El Reverso, but he lost . Still a good time tho.
