So last night when Vince booked Shane in the HiaC match, he mentioned if Shane lost, Vince would get what was in a lockbox that Shane had possession of. I'm surprised no one else is really talking about it, because it must be something important in there if it would be brought up for storyline purposes. Any idea what it could be in there that Vince would want so bad?

Sounded like evidence/proof to 'ruin' Vince? I think it's just a McGuffin and don't expect it to come up again.

I took it as just physical documents of the "deal" Shane was talking about that gave him control of the company.
I don't think it's anything specific but I'm sure people will take it literally like The Rock saying he was never leaving again.

Who knows. Initially they implied that Shane had bailed Vince out financially, and that he could take control or at least part control if he wanted to. But if that were true, why wouldn't he just do it, instead of fighting the undertaker. They didn't really think the details through, but that probably shocks maybe one person in the world.
