I've already commented on the Nailz.
The bossman looks very clean. The two major things I do not like are the hair, it looks lopsided. And he should definitely be much heavier set. Great job on both of these.

Big Bossman should be fatter. The painting is nice and smooth though. Besides that, there's nothing wrong wit him. Nailz looks awesome except for the hair off too much to one side. Again, the painting is nice and smooth. Keep up the good work. Also it looks like Bossman's left arm looks like a right arm. I guess it's too late to fix that now.

Good work on Bossman although I think he should be fatter.
However, I don't like Nailz, the attire is fine but the head isn't great, first of all I don't think the head choice is great, I think a Kane head might work better and also Nailz was kind of balding and his remaining hair was darker and usually slicked back or parted.

Bossman's arms appear to be inside out (the biceps are on the wrong arms so the outside of the arm is actually the inside of an arm). I don't think the head choices work at all, Nailz's hair was balding and slicked down, yours looks like a blonde flat top. Bossman is way too thin too which makes the inside out arms look even weirder. Maybe you were just making do with what parts you had because apart from the bad part choices both figures look really nicely painted and neatly done.

yeh dude just change the head to a kane and ur nails would be perfect - bossman had a more fatter face - maybe use one the gymini heads

Painting looks to be nice is smooth, the only thing I would change is Bossman's torso.
