– PWInsider has some news on a major title match at the currently ongoing Impact Wrestling TV tapings in Birmingham, England. According to the report, Beer Money cashed in their Feast or Fired briefcase for a tag team title match against The Wolves. Beer Money has now defeated The Wolves to win the tag belts. This marks the fifth TNA tag team title win for Beer Money. The two reunited recently after James Storm returned to the TNA roster after signing a new deal with TNA Wrestling. Beer Money 2016 is as sad as DX 2006 was. Two old dudes playing a gimmick they are way too old for.

True to a degree, but Beer Money is a gimmick that older guys can do better than the DX one. A rich dude and a redneck who loves drinking beer is semi timeless

I wish James Storm would have stayed in WWE/NXT. He's a great talent, but I get it, TNA offered more money and you gotta do what you gotta do. The man has bills and a family and this is a business and the whole purpose of working for a living is to hopefully get paid as much as you can. No reason why he should take less.

Storm is far, very far from "great". He's a solid talent and can put on a match, but he's nothing special at all.
Glad he went back to TNA, as that money can be spent on someone who brings something unique to NXT.

It felt like these late DX reunions indeed...only that Beer & Money are things that works with 'older' people. But it still didn't realy feel THAT special to me when they reunited.
