For a first, they're not bad. Its about what you'd expect from a first attempt.
If a render is cut off on any side, like Cena in the top image or Miz in the second then its best not to use it or place the cut off side against that side of the canvas.
Blending a render can greatly improve the look because each one currently has no form of blending. They literally look like they've been cut and pasted in. A simple duplicating of a render layer, giving the duplicated layer a blur and feather the original is an easy starter point. Looking up tutorials can help you improve and learn little techniques here and there.
