The hair's a little sloppy, and I'm not liking the RA 28 Victoria scan.
The paint looks sloopy on the torso.
And also, it looks like you're using a Candice body. I'd use the RA 14 Trish body, if you could find it.

The hair is too yellow but Lord knows that is a problem I have had in doing bleach blond hair many times, it seems it always comes out too white or too yellow whenever I try. I am also not a big fan of the head scan because I think it doesn't really look like any of the diva's. That being said I also know how much of a pain it can be to find ANY diva figures or at least a spare one so I understand that often you have to take what you can get. I like your over all design and outfit choice. Like you said it is a start and not a bad one at that. How long have you been customizing? Keep it up and see where you go.
