it is actually the way the figure came as I used and entire Steven Richards body except for the arms and head. It is one of those things I didn't notice until you said something because it is not noticeable in person but the flash always makes things like that look ridiculous. It is just one more way that technology is trying to stick it to me!

Yes it is, because the bottom half is RA 17 Stevie Richards, which Jakks painted like that.
I wish you would've just used the lower legs of it or maybe the boots of a Hart Foundation figure instead of the Richards figure. Since his boots aren't that high. The use of the Spanky head is the best but the hair seems off. Needs to be a little bit longer. The painting on the tights seems off to me. I'm not sure why.
It's good for a simple custom of someone we may not get a figure of.

Drew is an amazing talent. As eddieguerrerorules said the tone is a tiny bit off.

The skin tones are way off, just because Jakks did it doesn't mean it's ok, good customs are always better than alot of actual Jakks figures. I'm not bashing it though, I think the head works perfectly and the painting looks good, the white triangular bit on the side should be a bit wider and the boots should be slightly different but overall it's pretty good.
