That's actually not bad. The modded Orton head really captures his babyface. Now if you combined your maskless version with the fabric mask that came with the AD Guerrero/Mysterio 2-pack it would be even cooler.
The tattoos are pretty good, but the back tat looks wrong. It looks like 2 seperate tats on each side of his spine rather than one complete design. The rest of the tats looks good, from what I can tell.
The pants do seem a little bland, though.

I like that custom alot, the Orton head is pretty good for a unmasked Rey, I dont think you should of added his newer tattoos though, cause Rey never had them when the used to wrestle. Another cool idea would of been if you added Hillybilly Jims? overalls.. what Rey used to wear back when he was in the filthy animals.. none of the less a good custom, great work on the necklace tattoo.

The Orton head does work. You did a good job on the tattoos but I don't remember Rey wearing those pants back then. You should of made him in the camouflage pants. He used to wear them a lot.

Should Rey ever leave WWE and go back to wrestling in Mexico, that's exact what I think he will look like as he's not allowed to wrestle masked there. A mix of eras but the Orton head works astonishingly well and i never thought of it. Well done.

I reallly love the head mods on this, probably my favorite part of the figure... really worked perfect for Rey. The tattoo painting looks to be real nice for the most part too. Good job.

looks good the tat on the back could be better but still good all the other tats look great and the head is awesome
