It's okay, just a little sloppy and rushed, your part choices are great and it is accurate (with the exception of the custom shirt) the head is pretty cool so 3/5

I would'va opted to not use the kneepads, because it makes the figure look like you just used workout pant thighs with big boot bottoms. It makes it seem like he ISN'T in shorts.
Clothing looks decent and alright, for playable. Not really high on the shirt design, looks kinda sloppy. But simple enough, and that's cool. Tats looks great.
The only thing i have a problem with is the head/neck. Neck looks like it has black shading down it. The head, not sure if it works that well or not. Pic aint that great. BUt looks okay. The headband is okay too, kinda can't tell.
Better head pics would make me have a better response, but for a playable fig, it doesn't look too bad at all.
