I think the modding works well, but it seems to be quite heavily painted and over done in a way. The skintone is quite dark for him aswell...
Anyway if we're doin ratings 6-7/10 for me. If you worked on the detail a little more and lightened the skin tone I think it wud be a decent figure!

The skin tone is a little dark and the head is  ed, from the neck down it's great modding wise though 8/10 |

i hate painting eyes it just so damn hard and i think the only flaw on this custom is the head and the tattoo
everything else is good i love the torso mod

Like others have said use Goldbergs actually head. Repaint the body but leave the modding on it. it is just to dark the body hair kinda sucks and the tat is not good. It is way to big.

From the neck down it looks pretty well done but the head mold could be better, the Paint job is pretty smooth but maybe too dark.

I despise the Goldberg head, personally, its not him what-so-ever and I really wanted to capture his wCw look.
