I'm assuming that these are supposed to be fake characters?
In any case, I'm not a fan of customs of fake/ original characters. The paint on these seems sloppy, and it would also be a better way for us to judge these if you took clearer pics.
That's really the only thing to rate and comment on. I can't really rate how they're supposed to look since there's nothing to compare them to...

The Paint looks very bad on these. Like sloppy and some areas look unpainted or the paint came off. I mean a new camera wont help a bad custom/customizer. Becuase both are lackluster I am giving them at 3 out of 10. It looks like you did some part swapping and some painting.

No offense but they are terrible. The painting looks extremely clumpy plus some areas on the figs are not even painted over. Work on your painting skills because the paintjob is sloppy and a better camera might do them some justice.
