Live from the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio!
::The Opening Video Plays, followed by a huge pyrotechnics display on the stage::
::I’m Back, and I’m better than ever blasts over the PA system::
::Howard Finkel- Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome Eric Bischoff!
::Bischoff- Here we are again! Over two years have past since the last episode of EWWE Television, but we’re finally back, and we are better than ever! Now instead of starting from scratch and crowning new champions, we are taking off right where we left off, if you don’t recall, The EWWE Cruiserweight Champion is Chavo Guerrero, the EWWE Tag Team Champions are Doug and Danny, the Basham Brothers, and The United States Championship, and World Title are still vacant. So that takes us to tonight. Throughout the next few weeks, there will be a Gold Rush Tournament to crown the World Champion. The final two superstars will compete at Fully Loaded in May!

:: Howard Finkel- The following Contest is scheduled for One Fall, and it is for the EWWE United States Championship! First, making his way to the ring weighing in at 235 Pounds, Hardcore Holly!
And his opponent, weighing in at 241 Pounds, Finlay!
This match started out with the two men tying up in the middle of the ring. Finlay gained the upper hand, hitting Holly with strong left hands to the forehead and chest. But Hardcore quickly turned it around brawled it out with Finlay. The match then quickly turned into an all out brawl. Hardcore and Finlay make their way to the outside of the ring, fighting through the crowd, they don’t realize that the referee is counting the ten second time limit and both men get counted out.
Winner: No Decision
::Backstage, John Bradshaw Layfield is shown lacing up his boots for his upcoming match::

::Howard Finkel- The following contest is schedule for one fall and it is the first round of the Gold Rush Tournament for the World Title. Making way to the ring weighing in at 290 Pounds, John Bradshaw Layfield!
And his opponent, weighing in at 327 Pounds, The Big Red Machine, Kane!
Two huge men going one on one. Kane took control of the match early, hitting JBL with powerful moves like a huge sidewalk slam and a strong clothesline. As Kane is arguing with the referee, JBL regains his strength and takes down the unsuspecting Kane with a clothesline from hell for the win!
Winner- John Bradshaw Layfield!
::Eric Bischoff is shown backstage, and announces that next week, Hardcore Holly and Finlay will go one on one again, this time in a Hardcore Match to decide the United States Champion::

::Backstage, Kurt Angle is shown telling someone who wasn’t shown that he is going to win the Gold Rush Tournament and become World Champion::
::Howard Finkel- The following contest is scheduled for one fall. Making his way to the ring, Road Warrior Animal!
And his opponent, weighing in at 485 Pounds, Viscera!
Again, two large men go at it. Viscera got a quick win when he took down Animal with a body slam, and body splashed him for the win.
Winner- Viscera
:: All of a sudden, the lights go out, and fog and flashing lights fill the arena. On the titon tron a message appears that says NEXT WEEK: HE’S COMING
Out of nowhere, flames shoot up from the stage and from the ring::

::Howard Finkel- Ladies and Gentlemen, it is now time for our MAIN EVENT! And it is the first round match for the Gold Rush Tournament. Introducing first, weighing in at 220 Pounds, Rob Van Dam! And his opponent, weighing in at 260 Pounds, The Game, Triple H!
The men tie up in the center of the ring. Struggling to get the upper hand, Triple H finally did, and hammered RVD with stiff punches to the ribs and head. RVD counters and nails Triple H with a DDT. Triple H is down. Van Dam goes to the top rope and hits Triple H with a leg drop. He goes for the pin, but only gets a 2-count. While RVD is doing his R-V-D pose to the crowd, Triple H comes from behind and hits RVD with a low blow. The finish to the match came when Triple H hit RVD with a suplex, followed by the Pedigree for the three count
Winner- Triple H
