But which "defining moment" would that Flair represent?

But which "defining moment" would that Flair represent? It's the Nature Boy! Wooo! He defines every moment he's apart of! Woo! *Elbow drops jacket*

Thanks for confirming MDT re: the figure Now - here's hoping DM is back. Simply put it was the best line ever, and if they bring it back, I'm all over it again... That said, if its a one off once a year deal for people like hogan and flair, that's okay too. Basically I don't care what line it's in, it's a awesome figure and its real...

But which "defining moment" would that Flair represent? The "moment" when Flair finally gets a Mattel figure is "defining" enough for me. Plus, the Defining Moment line was never about the "moment", it was about the attires. The line is really called 'Figures with attires or accessories that are too expensive to be produced in the regular Elite line', but that wouldn't fit on the box. Also, the figure is back up on Kmart's site, but you still can't order it.

Love it. Need it. Even though I don't think I've ever seen Flair come out in the black robe while wearing the Carolina blue trunks & boots.

Not a SDCC figure. We do not sell figures at SDCC anymore. Not in any upcoming Elite lines. But yes is real. cats kinda out of the bag now. Not that I'm not thankful but why is the trunk and boots such a mishmash with this robe? Flair was always pretty methodical in his attire. I mean maybe you'd see him in red or purple trunks in a pink robe----but with the black robe? It was either all black boots and trunks or or maybe his red and black boots. His ring attire on this figure screams Starrcade 83 while the robe is late 80s. I'm nitpicking, but really, what match is this from? Personally, I'm torn because I do like them to match, but at the same time, I'm pretty stoked because this is my favorite attire and my favorite robe. I just wish it didn't look like '80s/early '90s Flair wearing a mask of current Flair.

Sooooo if it's not a sdcc exclusive and it's not in an elite line there are 2 things that pop to mind. 1. There never was the infamous entrance Greats Flair...There was a defining moments Flair made all those years ago. 2. Defining moments is making a comeback. -I'd love for this to happen, but it doesn't seem to make sense when Mattel is always talking about how certain things work and certain things don't work at retail. - the outfit isn't a "defining moment" Don't get me wrong I love the figure but it's an attire from when he beat Race for the title with a robe he won the 92 rumble. No matter what it is, I'll definitely be picking it up.

Can some one please confirm where and when this fig will be sold? In what stores? Kmart only or will it be sold elsewhere too? Will it be available internationally - Mattycollector maybe?
There's already one "stolen loose" Flair fig going for big money on line.

I'm hoping we see a release date soon. Haven't been this pumped about a figure in a while.

Its probably a Kmart exclusive. Or maybe its a Matty Collector exclusive like Andre The Giant was. But since its only seen at Kmart's website, then there is a high probability that its a Kmart exclusive. I doubt its a Ringside exclusive since the upcoming one would be The Rock. Its perhaps too soon for yet another Ringside exclusive seeing as that Rock RSC exclusive isn't even released yet.

I personally think it's a great looking figure. I think it was made for an earlier release but it never happened. I don't think it's going to be exclusive to Kmart. I just think that they put it up on their site without any confirmation that it was even being released. Just my opinion

If they were bringing back defining moments, wouldn't they have a new box since the main Elite boxes changed? I'm thinking it's gonna be a Kmart exclusive Elite figure. Either way, I can't wait. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO,

I highly doubt Mattel would make their first Ric Flair figure a K Mart exclusive. If nothing else he'll probably be released similar to what HBK & Hart WM xXx figures were.

I hope it is released like this and is ready available. I don't want it to be an RSC exclusive not available in stores that I have to pay an astronomical shipping fee for!

Yeah I was gonna say mattel should just ship out cases of only Ric Flair and Hulk elites, similar to what they did with Bret and Shawn, only I would expect Hulk and Flair to fly off the shelves way faster...
