Oh I agree. It's not like Owens cheated to win, but at the same time, I'm almost positive it will come up.

My thoughts on the show:

-Breeze/Itami was a fun opener. Nothing we haven't seen before from them. Breeze, hands down has my favorite gimmick in NXT. I'd love for the girl that ran out become his spokesperson or assistant. It'd add even more depth to his character.

-It's clear Corbin needs a lot of work. The look is there, but in ring, not so much.

-Why are they running the free month of February promos?! People are already watching on the network!

-I've never been a fan of the Lucia Dragons. Sin Cara/Hunico/Mistico, I don't care. Not a fan. I'm still undecided on Blake & Murphy. They seem lost out there at times. Just a bad, bad match. Best part of the match? The Crowe promo!


-I assumed Balor/Neville would be MOTN, & I guessed right. Balor's entrance has the chance to being on par with the Undertakers. Just awe inspiring. Watching the crowd reactions was a lot of fun. Neville needs a Jumpstart. He's constantly being overshadowed. It's not his fault, but put him in there with a heel.

-The women's match was very good. I'm glad Sasha finally got the belt. I'm guessing this will start up Sasha/Bailey & Charlotte will be heading to Raw soon.

-The main event had great storytelling. I'm wondering how much of the title change had to do with Zayn leaving tomorrow? Either way, we get Owens/Balor, followed up by the Owens/Zayn rematch.

Overall, a good show with the last 3 matches being great.

Thought the show was awesome top to bottom outside of Bull vs Corbin. Was a little surprised we didn't get an actual Crowe debut but obviously that's going to happen tomorrow (or next week, whatever). Opened well, the tag match was on par with what we've seen around those titles and then Balor vs Neville stomped on the gas and that changed the entire atmosphere of the show. The Divas were great, and Owens beating the hell out of Sami was polarizing. Meaningful title changes are nice to see.

Great stuff imo. Mrs Foley's baby boy's baby girl even got some face time in the audience lmao.

I accidentally overslept and missed the live broadcast of the show. Absolutely gutted since NXT specials are what I look forward to the most in pro wrestling nowadays.

With that being said, I just finished watching. Here was my response to the main event.

That was a good show. I enjoyed every match except for Bull and Corbin. Neither of them really do anything that excites me.

I was impressed with Kevin Owens. I'm interested in seeing what kind of match he will have with Balor.

One of the best shows I've seen. Awesome show,in a 2 hour event I enjoyed every match (outside Corbin/Bull). Hell, I thought the Womans match (Not Divas) was the match of the night but damn that Neville/Balor mach was sick. Id say those two were tied for MOTN.

Hideo/Breeze was a great opener. I hope that crazy fan becomes his manager. He could use an cray uggo to assist him in wins every now and then lol.

The next two matches were the low points of the show for sure..

I am not a fan of either Bull or Corbin and their matches for me have not been great at all and this was no exception (although I guess it was their best together).

The NXT Tag Title match was pretty botchy which is always sad to see. Hopefully it was just a one time thing because I expect better from Blake and Murphy.

Finn/Adrian was awesome. Of course Balor won but that was the right call because Neville is probably going to the main roster next anyways. I really look forward to more big time singles matches with Balor.

The Fatal 4 Way for the NXT Women's Title was amazing and for me the highlight of the night! Every woman looked really strong and it had the correct winner for sure. The crowd loved it which always makes me happy and sorta sad that the main roster divas are not given chances like this to have great meaningful matches.. Anyways I ing love Sasha Banks and I liked how she ended up pinning Charlotte for the belt because she has been beat by her so many times.. I can't wait to see what the future holds tomorrow for the women especially but all the NXT superstars. BTW I loved how they all had new attires and Sasha/Charlotte's respect moment was great. WOOOOOO!!!

The main event match was great but I was sorta hoping for more. I also didn't really care for a new champion already. Poor Zayne is seemingly always going to be chasing that belt with not many successful reigns (sorta like Bryan and Ziggler) but I don't want that to be the case because he deserves a long reign! Idk I guess they are writing him off for a month (isn't he doing promotional work in the Middle East?) so that sucks but it makes sense I guess. He should get his rematch after Balor's NXT Title match which I would think would be at the next NXT Special.

One thing that stood out to me was that she didn't look like she was helping the person lifting her onto the top. It's minor in the grand scheme of the match; but it was odd that she just kinda went dead weight on people for those moments, especially when she went along with everything else in the match.
