Something I made up while waiting for the final Wrestlemania 30 card. Bruce done a concert in New Zealand recently (best concert I've been to) so I decided to create this case. Its only the second music based blu ray case I've done since they're much harder to do than wrestling ones. I'm not as satisfied with it as I'd like to be. I can't seem to get rid of the bootleg look the cover has.

Thats a great cover man, One thing I would change but its kinda just a personal pet peeve of mine, I just don't like anything with outer glows, I think it could work well without it. Other than that, looks like something I'd expect to see at a movie store.

Rather than using the Outer Glow in the Blending Options, I prefer to copy the layer, give the bottom one a Gaussian Blur then feather the top layer about two pixels. The last comment is much appreciated as well.

Honestly, it's good to see some actual graphic design being posted.
I can tell you put a lot of work into this piece. Overall, I think it's a very cohesive piece. Here are the things I'm not too fond of/would change:
- Every piece of text is white! Is the text cohesive? Yes. Is it boring? Yes! Your usage of different fonts is pretty good and definitely breaks the text up in a good way. You also have a good eye for text placement. But it needs some color big time. The text on the front is a little too close to touching the bottom edge for my liking as well but I do like the text placement and font choice otherwise for the front title. - Overall the graphic is just cold and dark. I think this has a lot to do with the picture choices being pasted on the all black background. I think if you would have gone with a navy blue or even a blue/gray for the background, it would make the graphic a little less dark and also provide you with more opportunities to bring some good color into the font. There's red in the flag and some red hue in the skin tones that give you the chance to add that color back into some of the text work to make the piece more cohesive. I think going with a gray or navy blue background would really make the red pop more in your piece as the red already pops with the blue in the flag image. I would carry the color scheme of that flag throughout the whole piece even if it's subtle. - I'm also not a fan of the halo glow around Bruce but I can see how the image would be very flat without it since it's a somewhat dark image on top of more dark images. I do really like the way you outlined and lined up the images behind the main image of Bruce though. - The back to me is just a little too simple and boring. I think if the color scheme was tweaked then it wouldn't bother me as much. But since it is all black and white, I can only look at this as one pic pasted at the top and then a lot of white text added underneath. I would have done something big with "The Boss is back" tagline. It's kind of small and just lost in the sea of white text. I would have made it into a bold text statement and maybe even overlaying across the bottom of the Bruce pic. The synopsis font is okay but I would have put it in italics. The set list is ok as well but again it's just boring with the white text over a completely black background. It takes up such a big part of the back (rightfully so) but it makes no graphic statement in my opinion. I think this could easily be avoided with some sort of image blended in behind it in a navy blue color scheme.
Those are just a few things I would have done. Overall though, the piece is nice. Like I stated at the beginning, it's good to see some good graphics being posted on here. It's a shame there aren't more pieces like this and more comments and appreciation for work that obviously had time put into it.

I had the cover in mind for a while but hit a creative roadblock when it came to doing the back plus it was heavily rushed (as you can probably tell). The original plan was to have stars on the tops and bottoms of the foreground cover images with a bright red, white and blue colour scheme but they ended up clashing with the stars on the flag. Now that you mention it, the flag's stars could have been brightened up a bit too, the only reason they're darker is so they werent too distracting from the foreground. The glow was mentioned in a previous post, I didn't really want the main image of Bruce to look like it was just placed there, hence the glow. The back is rather boring, I will agree with you there. I didn't realise how little space I'd have to work with once everything had been added otherwise more images would have been added. I do appreciate the long comment. In the works at the moment is a Wrestlemania 30 case (preview in the link below) and in the planning stages is a Taylor Swift one. tinypic.com/r/opuz7/8

I plan on replying to some of your other threads as well. The Wrestlemania cover is looking great. Does the bottom of the X's go under the Brock and Wyatt layers or are they just extremely close? I would probably have it overlap their photos a little bit more like it does into the Cena and Taker photos on the sides. You could probably just move those bottom images up a little bit and then add a drop shadow onto the logo. It looks really really good though so far.
