The Main Event~!
Shawn Malakai & Cam Nitta & Mak Cross vs. Penny Shannon & Slanted & Enchanted
Shawn Malakai has been in some all out wars in his career here with the WFWF. He has thrown himself from cages, ladders and titantrons. He has bled by barbed wire, and lost most use of an arm due to the extremes he was willing to go in order to win one single match. Much to say, Malakai is willing to go to any extremes to win a match and make a point. Last week was no exception, Malakai having what may go down in history as one of the greatest matches ever against Thunder; and following it up with a scene right out of a thriller, both men having to be scraped off of the lower part of the arena floor after all was said and done. Teaming with Malakai is Cam Nitta, one of the WFWFs two resident Asians. Nitta has had a rough go of it as of late…hell…since Psycho Circus. But never has redemption tasted so sweet as he, along with the third partner, a returning Mak Cross, have a shot at the WFWF Tag Team Championships against two members of the opposite team, the same people who took him out a few weeks back. Slanted and Enchanted were never known for their ruthlessness, they were just drug doing hippies who happened to wrestle. But since consorting with the devil himself and his lesbian concubine, they have gained an air of violence about them. And what of that woman? Penny Shannon is going to spend most of the match hoping that Scarlett Quinn drives off of the road en route to the show and went into a ditch. And then her car explodes. Then that little part of the world explodes…just to be sure Quinn will not show up and try to kill her. FIGHT!
Hall of Fame Bout
Thunder vs. ZMaster
A match for the ages. It is not often that a match can be described as such, but Thunder had himself a barn burner last week, taking on Shawn Malakai in the main event. Thunder, coming away with a painful loss, suffered a fate worse than losing afterwards, Thunder becoming a part of a WFWF horror movie, an angry giant chasing him around with a weapon, ready to take off his head. Malakai connected, causing Thunder to take a HUGE powerbomb off of the stage, and the show ended with Malakai throwing his body off of a stage end onto poor Thunders corpse. Well, there ain’t no rest for the wicked, as Thunder is being forced to compete in what may be another show stealer this week, as he has to take on the man who may be the greatest ever, ZMaster. ZMaster has had himself a rather…interesting run here this last bit in the WFWF. The man once regarded as the best ever has yet to get a win, and has agreed to take on up and comer Dex in a Mask vs. Mask match at SuperBrawl. So with the mind games being played by Dex and ZMaster, and Thunder now having to look over his shoulder for one pissed off Pittsburgher, a match that needs no introduction gets another added layer. Thunder and ZMaster are of two different times, and were the faces of two completely different eras of the WFWF, and now what was once considered a dream match has come to fruition. Two Grand Slam Champions in the ring at the same time, one on one. Pinch me.
WFWF International Championship
Fatal Four Way
Crow (c) vs. Yukio Blaze vs. Joe Bishop vs. Dex
What do you get when a champion, two rivals and a mysterious man enter a squared circle? A hell of a match that is! Solomon Crow has been impressive since his debut where he not won the Scars and Stripes battle royal, but also captured the WFWF International Championship from Dave Demento. Following an impressive win over Hendrix last week, Lila Slaeter has demanded that he defend his International Championship. Involved will be Crow's stable mate Joe Bishop as well as Bishop's SuperBrawl date: Yukio Blaze. The hatred those two men have for each other has now boiled over into other's plans. And you got another ripple in the deck in the man they call Dex. Dex has been hell-bent, since he is from Heaven, to show off that he is the future and has what it takes to beat ZMaster at SuperBrawl. All these four men are hungry, but only one of them will be allowed to eat. Catering costs have gone up.
Tag Team Action
Andrew Carter & Mason Dixon vs. Chase Landon & Jayson Garrett
In what is yet another SuperBrawl preview, we have the two other teams set to face off in the four team TLC match for the vacant WFWF Tag Team Championships. On one side, we have Dixon and Carter who, despite being able to only pull together one successful match teaming together, have managed to impress the higher ups and earned a shot at glory. On the other side we have Landon and Garrett who have had a very…interesting run. Having first met due to their interactions at Scars and Stripes, these two have managed to have some decent success since coming to the WFWF, and now they have a tag team title shot. Landon had a rough outing last week, handing Yukio Blaze his first WIN in…who knows HOW long; meanwhile Garrett was able to make easy work of Joe Bishop. This should be fun.
Note from L.L.L.B.D. and Rated R: If Andrew Carter no shows, he will be fired from the WFWF.
Hardcore Match
Devilkiller vs. Davey Sanchez
A few weeks ago, Devilkiller made the return of the century (well…for that week. Schneider kind of just won for return of the century last week. Sorry, boo) coming out and defeating an unsuspecting Dex in what was a surprisingly decent match. Well Devilkiller, ever the troublemaker, has gained a new enemy. This past week, en route to defeating former WFWF Champion ZMaster, DK was stopped dead in his tracks by another returning face; that being Tommy Staxx; who, like DK, had not been seen or heard from since Psycho Circus, when Staxx joined Percy and that crazy bitch whose name no one remembers becoming sacrificial lambs as members of The Decaying Society, Schneiders old band of un-merry misfits. Well, Staxx is back and he wants Devilkiller at SuperBrawl. Will he accept? What kind of match will it be? Will Sanchez show? These are the questions that no one knows the answers to; so poutine. Hey. When in doubt, right?
Opening Contest
Triple Threat
Kyle Matthews vs. Hendrix vs. Ryu Hayashi
Opening Contest. What else can I put here? Pretty sure Hayashi is talented, despite being 1-1 in the WFWF. Umm…I think Kyle Matthews is a new face looking to make a name for himself in the WFWF. Yep. Oh, and pretty sure Hendrix is dead. Hope not, but yeah…pretty sure. But…positive thinking right? Or positively dead. Sounds grim. Should be fun.
Note from L.L.L.B.D. and Rated R: If Hendrix no shows, he will be fired form the WFWF.
