Thanks to Geoffrey and Nathan Topping for the following TNA Impact Wrestling spoilers from today's tapings in Manchester, England. These will air on February 13th:
* Austin Aries defeated Kazarian in a match taped for Xplosion.
* Dixie Carter, Magnus, Ethan Carter III and Rockstar Spud kick off Impact. Team Dixie is once again met by huge heat. Our correspondent was surprised that the UK fans booed Magnus as bad as they did. Magnus praised Dixie. MVP interrupts to a big pop. MVP speaks from the stage, runs down Dixie and says she has "excess miles, wear and tear" on her. Out comes Gunner and Samoa Joe. Gunner speaks and will be cashing in his World Title briefcase in one week, he says. MVP rips Ethan Carter and calls him C3PO, which gets a huge reaction. MVP makes Gunner vs. Ethan in a Ladder Match with Gunner's World Title briefcase and Ethan's Tag Title briefcase on the line and that is next.
* The crew quickly hangs both briefcases from the chain and brings out ladders. James Storm and Magnus end up getting involved. MVP comes out and makes it Gunner and Storm vs. Magnus and Ethan in a Ladder Match with both briefcases on the line. They REALLY messed up by having the briefcases so low above the ring. You could reach them by pretty much stepping on the first rung of the ladder, and as a result when false attempts were made to grab the briefcases they had to put the ladder way out of position very obviously. Didn't spoil the match, but it did look a bit silly. Storm get the win when Gunner climbs up and gets the briefcases. Apparently even though it was a tag match, only Gunner or Ethan could be the winners. There was once again tension between Ethan and Magnus.
* The Wolves and Samoa Joe defeated Zema Ion and BroMans in what was described as an amazing performance by Joe and The Wolves.
* Bully Ray vs. Mr. Anderson in a Casket Match is announced for later.
* Abyss comes out but he's not wearing his mask, so it's like Joseph Park in Abyss attire. Abyss rips Young for making him Abyss again, how he couldn't stand being the monster because of all the things he's done as the monster, and how Young never should have got into his business. The segment closed with Abyss leaving saying he was going to "fix this", which came off very much as 'get rid of Abyss again'. Young was left alone in the ring shaking his head looking disappointed.
* MVP squashes Rockstar Spud.
* Chris Sabin vs. Velvet Sky is up next. The match doesn't happen as German women's wrestler Alpha Female debuts and takes out Velvet. Alpha is Sabin's new bodyguard.
* Mr. Anderson vs. Bully Ray in a Casket Match is next. Bully gets instant heat by wearing a Liverpool jersey out. This was described as a really good brawl with chairs and tables used, but a screwy finish. Anderson ended up getting the win by hitting a Mic Check into the coffin.
* Gail Kim defeated Madison Rayne in a Street Fight.

Seems like an OK show, but there's a few things that sound dumb to me IMO. First, MVP makes a ladder match (ugh again with the gimmick matches) for both briefcases, then James Storm and Magnus gets involved, which why would the World Champion wanna get involved if in storyline Magnus doesn't like EC3, so MVP makes it a tag team ladder match. I was looking forward to the Monster's Ball match, until I read that he was going to fix this an get rid of the Monster, ugh again with Joseph Parks............. Also, why is the investor wrestling on the show? If he's supposed to be "an investor" to TNA, shouldn't he stay outside of the ring. If he's gonna be in a wrestling match, what's gonna stop him in storyline to book himself against Magnus for the World Title and make it a no DQ match and have that no one interferes for Magnus and people interfere for MVP and MVP gets the World Title? I'm nitpicking a bit much, just my honest criticism. I'll wait till the show (or shows by the looks of it cause I doubt all these matches will air 2/13) I'm looking forward to the Wolves and the debut of Alpha Female, who I've heard a lot of good things about.
