every time i use that method that is on this site i get huge stress marks... are there any other methods that are easier

I find that method very helpful, You just need to take your time and dont rush anything.

ya, thats the method that is on this site and i always leave huge stress marks! thanks anyway u nee to do the stuff it says but before u need to put a tea kettl to boil with water and when its hot u put ur fig into a pot and pour th water directly on him then let it sety for a while then do what it says and if there are still stress marks boil it again and presss on the stress maks ;D

I've found that stress marks lighten up when boiled. And you dont have to heat up a tea kettle, you could just boil water in a pan. Use as small of a screwdriver as possible too.
