Anybody know how to open and reseal packages without damaging the bubble and/or the card?

someone told me u take a knife, then cut slowly around the bubble, then like glue the carding back onto the bubble, hope i helped.

iheard you can steam them open but i am not sure how i think the knife would be your best bet

i use a low setting hair dryer as if you use a high setting you'll deform the packagaing just keep doing that until you can just pul it off and BINGO no nasty tears.
