what is the safest way to take apart Ruthless Agression figures without breaking them?

I want to take the NWO shirts and heads off hall and nash and replace them on other legs and arms. I just need to know what steps there are to taking the bodies apart and putting them back together.

look at the board rules and custom faqs, thats where i got mine. u put a screwdriver under the top of the shoulder, u may want to boil the fig, there are directions @ where i told you and pics
