How do I open a torso to change the arms or the legs and re-attach it so the figure is still playable? please help

How do I open a torso to change the arms or the legs and re-attach it so the figure is still playable? please help Boil it in water on the stove. After about 5-7 mins. of boiling (wait until the water is boiling before you put the figure in) pull it out and remove the head and peg if RA. Use a flat head screw driver to pry in the spilit of the neck and also under the shoulder, between the arm and torso. Don't be too rough, but try and pry it open. Repeat boiling if necessary. Once you get one part pryed open, the rest will be a lot easier. Good luck! Karma is appreciated.  |

wow boil for 5-7 minutes? i will have to try that never boiled one for that long...
