How would I make the barbwire and barricade?

for barricades (WWE style) I'd suggest making a wood base, and then gluing a bunch of foamies to the base. Foamies are like, 20 cents for a sheet the size of a piece of notebook paper, and can be found at any craft store or Wal*Mart.
for barbed wire, I'd suggest craft wire, or maybe chicken wire

Paperclips work, if you don't want to go as far as spending money on chicken Wire.

craft wire can be obtained anywhere and probably at your local diy store or maybe in a wal mart. you can use video tapes for barricades some people find them ok, personally i dont like them i made mine out of wood dowels and painted them silver they're pretty sturdy so thats an added bonus.
