That Mezco Batman is pretty slick. I'm always torn on "real" clothes for action figures, but they blend it so well. Ah man, now the BTAS line will never be completed. Though admittedly it was seeming increasingly hopeless that they were going to do any more true BTAS characters anyway. I really wish DCD would have just focused on making the BTAS line comprehensive over the last few years, instead of constantly diverting into other DCAU shows or "redoing" previously released BTAS figures. I know they would never have covered everyone, but for me the gaps still feel significant. e.g. Rupert Thorne, Red Claw, Hugo Strange, Clock King, Lucius Fox, Leslie Thompkins... Stop! Just stop! It's too painful to think about. Just reading their names makes me realize what could have been... A Rupert Thorne? Holy crap, this was the line to do it, and it never happened. What about a Roland Daggett (along with all the rogues, of course)? What if the line had really gotten that extensive? Would have been incredible. |

I just thought of this but I'm surprised that DC Collectibles never made an Animated Series Bruce Wayne or Dick Grayson figure.

PJ does that Hawkgirl have a hard time standing up on her own? I've heard that a lot of the DC Collectibles animated women's figures don't stand up very well. Ok. The first day/night like I said no problems. But since then she has fallen over every single day! I finally said screw it yesterday and put her on a flight stand. lol Green Lantern and Aquaman also have very loose ankles. |

Via the Hollywood Reporter, talking about the Warner Media layoffs: Also a victim of the layoffs: DC Direct, the company’s in-house merchandise and collectibles manufacturer. The division has been shuttered after 22 years, another move that was rumored when Warner Bros. Consumer Products began taking a more active role in DC merchandising. A DC spokesperson declined to comment on the changes, which come less than two weeks before the planned Aug. 22 online event DC Fandome, which is set to showcase stars from DC's film, TV and comic book worlds. I've been working on my customizing skills, because as a Green Lantern collector, that's the only way that I'm going to add many key characters to my collection now. I'm aware that this hardly compares with those ex-employees who are now looking for work in a raging pandemic, but it's disappointing nonetheless. |

I just preordered from Amazon the McFarlane DC Multiverse....
Batman Dark Knight Metal (X2)
Azrael In Batman Armor - Curse of the White Knight
Infected Superman
Robin Earth - 22
Batman Who Laughs with Sky Tyrant Wings
Hopefully they price adjust these to $20 like the did with the White Knight figures, because they are listed at $25 each again.

My 5 year old niece loves those 12 inch DC Superheroes Dolls. She already has Batgirl and Supergirl. All I have to say is why did they give Supergirl a short bob haircut?

Yeah, after seeing your post I went and ordered Azrael, Batman Who Laughs, Infected Superman and Metal Batman. I noticed the BAF in all but Azrael. The four for $5 more make Batman the Merciless. I actually just spotted that the Flash and Rebirth Joker that were shown during SDCC are up now too, which I didn’t see them during my search earlier. |

Does anyone on here collect the spin master blind packs? I am having trouble locating series 2 only saw it once and now 3 is out in my area. I was just wondering if people saw them a lot or never really at all.

I guess I missed Joker because I am only seeing the Flash now. (And I just preordered Flash) He’s on the second page if you’re talking New 52, when I typed in McFarlane DC Flash...still up. Only one not is Robin. Would share the link but not sure how on my phone, options seem limited? |

Target has 4 of the McFarlane Detective 1000 blue variant figures today so I bought another one.  They also had the two new Spin Master Mega Gear figures. Batman in black armored suit with helicopter and Bronze Tiger so I picked up the Batman set. The Bronze Tiger looked exactly like the single carded figure.  |

PJ, are you getting the Mafex Dark Knight Returns Batman and Robin figures? They look amazing. They could easily be my first Mafex purchases.

Amazon has had all the McFarlane White Knight figures marked down to $15.88 over the past few days. It started with Joker and I got him. Then last night they had the other two and I jumped on Azrael but waited on Batman. Now Batman and Azrael back up. Oh well. I need to work on my Batman display and see if there is even space. I’m guessing it will go down again at some point.
