While I haven’t read the story design wise They all look Great! I will be adding them to my collection for sure! It wouldn’t be the first time. When Bob Kane created Batman he used guns and killed criminals. That was why I didn’t mind Affleck’s Batman not worrying about the harm and maybe death the the criminals would have suffered at his hands in that Batmobile scene.

I just received an email from BIg Bad saying one of my BtAS the Adventures Continues Batman figures came in. Hopefully my second one comes in stock too. I wonder if this means the DCC Essentials will also be in stock soon. I guess I will leave him in my PoL for now. Funny I had just dusted and took a new pic of my DCC BtAS/TNBA/JLU setup this morning. lol

I guess the best way to describe Grim Knight is that he's basically what you get if Batman was a completely bad version of Frank Castle.

Anyone know where I can find a DC Essentials Superman? Seems to be sold out online. I think he and Reverse Flash are the current HTF ones and mostly just available via E Bay n the like. At a premium.

Can someone help explain the different DC toy lines? I have been off the radar with collecting for a long time and I can't figure out why there are so many DC Universe waves.
It seems like Mattel, DC collectibles and Mcfarland all make their own lines and I am confused on scale and which is best. Any help is appreciated!

McFarlane took over the license from Mattel starting this year. NECA also had a Supes, 2 Batmen and GL come out last year. “Best” is really arguable based on what you value most. For me? The overall best DC line we’re getting is the Essentials Line from DC Collectibles. (It’s future is up in the air after the zombie characters we get later this year though) There isn’t a DC line that scales perfectly with Legends or other lines in that realm.

I recently got this figure because I am obsessed with the whole aesthetic and love Ivy a lot. It seems their line is out of scale with most but I would like to get some Batman characters to display with her. Any suggestions on lines that would fit in scale? She is about 6.3 inches.

She’s a DC Collectibles figure? If so sh’s bigger than Mattel’s which are 6”. DCD/DCC are 6.5”-7”. The Neca comic styled figures are 7”, but were comic con exclusives. McFarlane’s are 7” also. Your best bet is going with DCD/DCC figures (avoid the Icons line as they are smaller figures compared to other DCD/DCC lines)

The McFarlane series looks great but I hope they come out with better characters in the future. It seems like its always the same characters in every line! Shocked we still haven't gotten a bumblebee figure! Also why was there no Birds of Prey figures? I think a Black Mask and Victor Zsasz movie version would be awesome!

My brother just forwarded an email to me that he had ordered the 1/6 Catwoman Mondo Exclusive for my birthday but hasn't gotten shipping confirmation. I didn't even know it was a thing until he said anything about it.

So my Mafex Justice League Aquaman figure I bought from Big Bad for $55 should be here within the next few days. And then this morning I just bought the Mafex Aquaman movie figure from Amazon and it should be here tomorrow.
