WWF Monday Night RAW - December 11, 1995 Wicomico County Center - Salisbury, MD
Segment | Description | Timeline | 1 | The opening video package for WWF Monday Night RAW, as we cut to the Wicomico County Center, where pyrotechnics went off, and Vince McMahon alongside Jerry "The King" Lawler welcomed us to a packed edition of RAW, with just six days remaining until In Your House! They discussed what was happening during this hour of television, as in a WrestleMania IX and X rematch, the WWF Champion Bret "Hitman" Hart takes on the 600-pound Yokozuna in non-title action; six days before Bret's battle with fellow Camp Cornette member, the British Bulldog! Plus, "Big Daddy Cool" Diesel is scheduled for competition, and not to mention the debut of Steve Austin! But also, rumours have it that Shawn Michaels will be phoning in tonight with further comments, responding to Dr Unger's announcement last week, that Shawn must retire from the ring!
| 00:02 | 2 | WWF Intercontinental Champion "The Bad Guy" Razor Ramon & Marty Jannetty def. The Bodydonnas (w/Sunny) [08:02] [+00:02 for entrances] A high-impact opening contest to Monday Night RAW tonight, as the "Bad Guy" teamed up with the former Rocker to take on Skip and Rad Radford of the Bodydonnas. Sunny seemed extremely poised to have the Bodydonnas get a big upset victory over Ramon and Jannetty, as she tried her best to distract both men during the match. Ramon and Jannetty teamed up well, but Jannetty soon became distracted by Sunny, leading to Radford taking advantage. The Bodydonnas worked over Jannetty, before Ramon managed to make the hot tag, the WWF Intercontinental Champion making the save, and causing mis-communication between Skip and Radford, sending Radford flying straight into Sunny on the apron! Ramon then managed to put Radford away with the Razor's Edge for three!
Razor Ramon and Marty Jannetty celebrated their victory to cheers, as the "Bad Guy" was prepared seemingly for battle against "Sycho" Sid on Sunday at In Your House; as Sid will challenge Ramon for the WWF Intercontinental Championship! Meanwhile, Skip and Sunny were outraged by their loss, that they left Rad Radford behind in the ring! | 00:12 | 3 | An advertisement aired, promoting WWF In Your House: Season's Beatings, live on pay-per-view this Sunday. | 00:13 | 4 | We returned from Monday Night RAW, as the "King of Harts" theme played, bringing out Owen Hart, Clarence Mason and James E. Cornette to loud boos. Owen led the way, as Vince McMahon was baffled to see Owen out here tonight, given that Owen hasn't even been signed for competition tonight. Owen got on the microphone, as he talked about how last week, he may have struck a nerve with "Big Daddy Cool" Diesel - but with good reason, he can understand that he doesn't want to mess with the same man that literally knocked Shawn Michaels out of the World Wrestling Federation just three weeks ago! Owen laughed as Cornette supported him, talking about how cowardly the former WWF Champion was - citing this as being why he lost to Owen's inferior brother, Bret Hart at the Survivor Series - but now he's scared of Owen as well! Suddenly, the theme of "Big Daddy Cool" himself hit, as the crowd cheered loudly for Diesel's arrival, as the big man was clearly sick and tired of hearing Camp Cornette provoke him, so it seemed! Diesel hit the ring as Owen, Cornette and Mason bailed, Diesel taunting for his followers in attendance, Diesel awaiting action tonight, on RAW.
| 00:17 | - | Commercial Break | 00:20 | 5 | We returned to Monday Night RAW, as Vince McMahon and Jerry Lawler discussed what happened prior to the commercial break, with Owen Hart, Clarence Mason and James E. Cornette provoking "Big Daddy Cool" Diesel, leading to Diesel interrupting and running Camp Cornette off! Lawler stated that Diesel feared Owen, so he wanted to seem like a tough guy - but he's just a giant chicken!
| 00:20 | 6 | "Big Daddy Cool" Diesel def. Rick Stockhauser [01:40] [+00:01 for aftermath] "Big Daddy Cool" was not in a pleasant mood tonight, as the former World Wrestling Federation Champion made short work of Stockhauser, managing to put him away in near record timing with a big Jackknife Powerbomb! Meanwhile, James E. Cornette joined commentary, running down Diesel further, as Cornette talked about how weak Diesel was, and how if he came face to face with Owen Hart, Hart would knock him out of competition with his enzuigiri as well!
The crowd cheered, as Diesel celebrated his win; Diesel seemingly with his eyes set on James E. Cornette. "Big Daddy Cool" left the ring and confronted Cornette, although Jerry Lawler made a point of standing in the line of attack between Diesel and Cornette. With that, Owen Hart then came from behind with a lead pipe, as he struck Diesel in the back of leg! Owen followed up with his sharp enzuigiri, as for a second week in a row, Owen Hart had left Diesel dazed! Owen and Cornette taunted Diesel, as Camp Cornette reigned supreme; but will they continue to reign supreme later tonight when Yokozuna takes on Bret Hart!? | 00:24 | 7 | Dok Hendrix appeared with several cut-outs of WWF superstars, here for another edition of the In Your House Report. Hendrix talked about the current card for In Your House - as Bret "Hitman" Hart makes his first defense of the WWF Championship against brother-in-law, the British Bulldog; plus, the "Bad Guy" Razor Ramon will defend his WWF Intercontinental Championship against "Sycho" Sid! Not only that, but the Undertaker will take on King Mabel in the infamous Casket match; and the high-class Hunter Hearst Helmsley will take on the hog farmer, Henry O. Godwinn! Hendrix then added, talking about the Casket match further, having received tapes from both The Undertaker and King Mabel regarding Sunday's In Your House event. King Mabel was shown alongside the "Million Dollar Man" Ted Dibiase, as Dibiase cackled, Mabel talking about how the Undertaker cannot treat the King like royalty; talking about how he's the premiere individual in the World Wrestling Federation...that he is greatness! Dibiase talked about how Mabel is to be a future legend, because on December 17th, Mabel will make a name for himself once and for all for being the man to lock the Undertaker inside of a casket! Suddenly, the screen flickered as we went to the Undertaker with Paul Bearer, Bearer talking about how Mabel tried to break the Undertaker's face and his pride; he made him into a phantom menace! And then Ted Dibiase decided to steal the urn, and side with him - but the Undertaker would not let this slide! The "Phenom" spoke, talking about how Mabel would pay immensely for his sins, talking about how Mabel will not want to show his face again after what the "Deadman" wants to do to him - he's going to lock him in that casket, and King Mabel will be...no more. Hendrix concluded the segment, telling the fans that they can order In Your House now, live on pay-per-view on Sunday, December 17th!
| 00:27 | - | Commercial Break | 00:30 | 8 | We returned to Monday Night RAW, as Vince McMahon and Jerry Lawler discussed Shawn Michaels' doctor's comments from last Monday night on RAW, as Dr Unger talked about how Shawn was in a bad mental state, and that his in-ring career could be very well over after suffering an enzuigiri from Owen Hart three weeks ago on RAW. "The King" hoped that this was it for the "Heartbreak Kid", before Vince announced that they had Shawn Michaels calling on the phone from home, in San Antonio, Texas. McMahon asked Shawn how he was, as Michaels told Vince that he was feeling a little bit better, but that he was still feeling dizzy. Michaels talked about how Dr Unger has told him that he should hang up his boots and give up - but that he doesn't want it to be all over just yet. Michaels talked about how he's still got his eyes set firmly on one prize, that prize being the World Wrestling Federation Championship - the belt that he never was allowed to touch! Michaels then announced that he'd be watching WWF In Your House from home, this Sunday night, before stating that he was to appear next Monday night on RAW as well, with an update on his condition, hopefully!
| 00:32 | 9 | Vince McMahon and Jerry Lawler discussed the possibility of Shawn Michaels wrestling again, as McMahon confirmed that Shawn Michaels was to appear next week on RAW, hoping that Shawn was enjoying RAW tonight and would enjoy In Your House this Sunday. Jerry "The King" Lawler objected, talking about how Michaels was stupid for considering a return after what damage Owen Hart did to him three weeks ago! Suddenly, the discussion was cut off by the theme of Ted Dibiase, as the "Million Dollar Man" himself came out, happily introducing the newest member of the Million Dollar Corporation - "The Ringmaster" Steve Austin! With that, a bald man appeared with a brown goatee, as the "Ringmaster" wore black trunks, accompanying Dibiase to the ring for action tonight on RAW, where Austin was ready to make his debut against Matt Hardy.
| 00:33 | 10 | "The Ringmaster" Steve Austin (w/Ted Dibiase) def. Matt Hardy [02:45] [+00:01 for Austin's entrance] The "Ringmaster" appeared as an intimidating individual, as the once calm Steve Austin soon shook into hard-hitting action as soon as the bell rang, practically. Matt Hardy tried to put up a fight against Austin, but Austin managed to take him down with a Lou Thesz press, as well as numerous stomps and kicks. Austin soon cemented Hardy with a firm jawbreaker, followed up by the Million Dollar Dream, as Hardy soon passed out!
The crowd booed as Ted Dibiase climbed into the ring and raised his newest client's hand in victory, as Steve Austin was dominant in his debut here, in the World Wrestling Federation. Jerry Lawler boasted a huge future being in front of Austin, especially being under the wing of the "Million Dollar Man". | 00:37 | 11 | In the backstage area, Todd Pettingill was standing by, as Pettingill talked about how WWF President Gorilla Monsoon wanted his attention with him, to announce an extra match for In Your House, as Pettingill approached the President, who was stood alongside Pat Patterson and Jerry Brisco. Gorilla talked about how there've been tough times for Shawn Michaels recently, with him being on the shelf, and his career potentially hanging in the balance; this, Monsoon respects. However, what he doesn't respect, is Owen Hart walking around claiming the credit, and provoking several WWF superstars that are friends of the "Heartbreak Kid"! Therefore, Gorilla decided to announce that at In Your House in six days, Owen Hart will go one on one with the man he kicked in the head last week and tonight, "Big Daddy Cool" Diesel! Suddenly, James E. Cornette and Clarence Mason appeared, getting in Gorilla's face, as Clarence threatened to sue Gorilla! Gorilla told the Camp Cornette administration that their best bet is to back off or they'd wind up unemployed! Cornette and Mason continued to argue.
| 00:38 | - | Commercial Break | 00:41 | 12 | We returned to Monday Night RAW, as Vince McMahon and Jerry "The King" Lawler talked about the argument moments ago with James E. Cornette, Clarence Mason and Gorilla Monsoon, after Gorilla Monsoon decided to authorize Diesel against Owen Hart for In Your House, this Sunday on pay-per-view. They also promoted the rest of the card, scheduled to feature Bret "Hitman" Hart defend his WWF Championship for the first time against brother-in-law, the British Bulldog; also, the Undertaker will go toe-to-toe one more time with King Mabel in a Casket match; not only that, but the WWF Intercontinental Championship will also be up for grabs, when "the Bad Guy" Razor Ramon defends the title against "Sycho" Sid; additionally, Hunter Hearst Helmsley will go up against the pig farmer, Henry O. Godwinn! All of this, plus more, this Sunday on pay-per-view, In Your House: Season's Beatings!
| 00:42 | 13 | WWF Champion Bret "Hitman" Hart def. Yokozuna (w/Mr Fuji and James E. Cornette) [12:29 - exceeded a commercial break] [+00:03 for entrances; +00:02 for aftermath] The gigantic rematch between Yokozuna and Bret "Hitman" Hart, a match that occurred at both WrestleMania IX and WrestleMania X for the WWF Championship. The "Hitman" had a big obstacle in his way of Sunday's In Your House encounter against fellow Camp Cornette member of the big 600 pounder, the British Bulldog. Bret tried to use a hit-and-run strategy, but whenever he got some momentum forming, it would be Mr Fuji or James E. Cornette to interfere somehow; or simply Yokozuna using his big physique to take down the World Wrestling Federation Champion. Bret finally formed some momentum against the sumo, managing to work over the tree trunk-like legs of Yokozuna, allowing Bret to go to work to perhaps set up the Sharpshooter. However, at every attempt, Yokozuna managed to kick Bret away, bringing Bret to try once more. Yokozuna made a comeback and attempted to give Bret a huge Banzai Drop - but Bret managed to overcome it and drag Yokozuna down from the second turnbuckle with a big backdrop, which was followed up with the Sharpshooter - that the "Hitman" actually managed to get synced in, and with that, Yokozuna tapped!
The audience in Salisbury cheered loudly for the "Hitman", as Bret Hart's hand was raised in victory. The World Wrestling Federation Champion with a lot of momentum going into the WWF Championship match, Sunday, but suddenly, the theme of the British Bulldog hit! Bret readied himself for the Bulldog, but that's when Mr Fuji came from behind, delivering a low blow to Bret! Yokozuna had recovered, getting to his feet, as Yokozuna delivered a big body slam, before preparing for the Banzai Drop! Jim Cornette then decided to pull on Bret's arms, giving him no optional escape, and Yokozuna splashed the WWF Champion to a big 'OH!' from the crowd! The Bulldog then appeared, wearing his "I BEAT BRET" shirt, a big grin on his face from the aisleway, as Monday Night RAW went off the air. | 00:58 |

WWF Superstars - December 16, 1995 Wicomico County Center - Salisbury, MD
Segment | Description | Timeline | 1 | A replay of Monday Night RAW aired, as it recapped Yokozuna and Bret Hart going head-to-head in the main event, as the World Wrestling Federation Champion was victorious - until Camp Cornette ganged up on Bret, Yokozuna landing the Banzai Drop on the "Hitman", with just six days until Bret's match with the smirking British Bulldog, who came out to have a look at the broken Bret Hart himself! They collide tomorrow night. We cut to the video package introducing WWF Superstars before going to the Wicomico County Center for the final edition of Superstars before In Your House! Vince McMahon and Jim Ross were on commentary, as the theme of the "Million Dollar Man" hit to loud boos, Ted Dibiase making his face well known, as Dibiase cackled and made his way to the announce table, as McMahon and Ross announced that Dibiase would be their special guest this week on Superstars; before announcing that tonight, we would hear from the WWF Champion, Bret "Hitman" Hart; plus, "Sycho" Sid and the 1-2-3 Kid in action; Savio Vega in action; plus, Jeff Jarrett will be in action for the first time since July, as he takes on Billy Gunn of the Smoking Gunns!
| 00:03 | 2 | "The Bizarre One" Goldust (w/Marlena) def. Aldo Montoya [05:07] [+00:02 for entrances] The "Bizarre One" was in action tonight against the masked crusader, Aldo Montoya, as Marlena decided to take a seat in a director's chair at ringside this week, smoking a cigar as she has been seen doing in recent weeks since her first appearance with Goldust, two weeks ago. Goldust seemed extremely seductive tonight, stroking Aldo Montoya after delivering a harsh shoulderbreaker to him, as Goldust continued his dominance, finally putting Montoya away with the Curtain Call. Meanwhile, Duke "The Dumpster" Droese appeared in an insert promo, talking about how he's been watching Goldust talk and act with unconscious WWF superstars in an unmasculine way, and as a blue-collar employee, it boils his blood watching a fellow man not act like it! Droese called Goldust out, talking about how he'd take Goldust out with the trash, and then maybe he wouldn't be so gold anymore!
The crowd booed as Goldust celebrated his win, and Ted Dibiase seemed to question who the "Bizarre One" was, calling him mysterious, and a potential future buy for the Million Dollar Corporation! Goldust thrusted against Aldo Montoya before leaving with Marlena, a big smile on her face. | 00:10 | 3 | Vince McMahon, Jim Ross and Ted Dibiase discussed In Your House tomorrow night, as the "Million Dollar Man" joked about how In Your House would feature a new WWF Intercontinental Champion by the name of "Sycho" Sid, to which Vince stated that that remained to be seen. Dibiase cackled, as McMahon and Ross talked about how on Monday Night RAW, we would have Shawn Michaels with us in attendance, which should definitely be interesting after hearing the news about Michaels possibly having to hang up his boots two weeks ago from his doctor, Dr Unger. A tribute video aired, showing the best of the "Heartbreak Kid".
| 00:11 | - | Commercial Break | 00:15 | 4 | Hunter Hearst Helmsley def. Rich Meyers [02:38] [+00:01 for Helmsley's entrance] The blue blood was in action tonight, and was still visibly fuming after last week on Superstars, where Henry O. Godwinn decided to slop the Greenwich native, as he was on commentary. Helmsley made short work of Meyers, as Helmsley managed to put away Rich with a thunderous Pedigree! Helmsley boasted that Henry would suffer the same fate tomorrow night at In Your House. Meanwhile, Henry O. Godwinn appeared in an insert promo, as Henry talked about how Hunter has disrespected his profession, his hobby, his lifestyle and his friends! Godwinn talked about Helmsley disrespecting him, and so Godwinn decided to disrespect the Greenwich snob last week - just like he will tomorrow night when he slops Hunter Hearst Helmsley one more time!
Hunter Hearst Helmsley celebrated his win to a symphony of boos, as the Greenwich blue blood celebrated his win. Meanwhile, Vince McMahon, Jim Ross and Ted Dibiase talked about how Henry O. Godwinn wants a piece of Helmsley - Dibiase siding with Hunter naturally, talking about how Helmsley reminds him of a younger person of the "Million Dollar Man" himself. | 00:18 | 5 | Dok Hendrix appeared with several cut-outs of WWF superstars, here for another edition of the In Your House Report. Also, as announced last Monday night on RAW by President Gorilla Monsoon, Owen Hart will have to put his dangerous foot where his mouth is, so to speak, as the "King of Harts" is faced by "Big Daddy Cool" Diesel!; not only that, but the Undertaker will take on King Mabel in the infamous Casket match; and the high-class Hunter Hearst Helmsley will take on the hog farmer, Henry O.
| 00:21 | - | Commercial Break | 00:25 | 6 | We returned to WWF Superstars, as Vince McMahon and Jim Ross discussed Owen Hart, and how he put Shawn Michaels out of action possibly for good, as Ted Dibiase decided to put the "King of Harts" over, talking about how he did it with good intentions - getting the win, and he did! And he got a big bonus for injuring the "Heartbreak Kid" as well, so it seems! Ross and McMahon talked about how Owen has talked a lot about how good he is, and how dangerous his feet are after that enzuigiri, even knocking out Michaels' friend, Diesel twice with it in recent weeks! They discussed how Diesel is not in a good mood recently anyway, considering that he lost the World Wrestling Federation Championship last month at the Survivor Series - but now, Owen Hart will have to pay the consequences when he goes up against "Big Daddy Cool" tomorrow night at In Your House! This brought us to a promo with Diesel, as "Big Daddy Cool" talked about how this wasn't even anything to do with Shawn Michaels - that this was all about Owen Hart's confidence and poise, especially after thinking that he can take him out as well! Diesel Power rolls on, as he claims, and how Diesel doesn't let anybody walk all over him, because now Owen Hart will have to pay the price, and rightfully so! Diesel talked about how he couldn't wait to get his hands on the "King of Harts"!
| 00:27 | 7 | Hakushi def. Jason Arhndt [02:42] [+00:01 for Hakushi's entrance; +00:01 for aftermath] The martial arts expert from the land of the Rising Sun, Hakushi was in action tonight on Superstars, in action against Arhndt, as Hakushi has not been a happy man recently, due to the amount of losses that he has suffered, including two losses against the British Bulldog. Hakushi was cheered in this match by the fans, growing support for Hakushi, as he managed to take down the bigger Arhndt, and put Jason away with the moonsault for the win!
Hakushi celebrated his win to applause, meanwhile an unmasked Avatar watched on from a tier in the Wicomico County Center, laughing evilly at Hakushi, who he surely has his eyes set on to face in the near future. | 00:30 | 8 | An advertisement aired, promoting WWF In Your House, live on pay-per-view tomorrow night, December 17th!
| 00:31 | 9 | We returned to WWF Superstars as the theme of the "Hitman" hit to a loud ovation from the Salisbury crowd, as the World Wrestling Federation Champion hit the ring, Jim Ross already stood in the middle of the ring for this in-ring interview with Hart. Hart wasn't dressed for competition, as Bret climbed into the ring and was immediately asked about what it was like to be a wounded WWF Champion. Bret talked about how he wasn't feeling too great tonight, having suffered two broken ribs as a result of Yokozuna's Banzai Drop, this past Monday night. However, he's a fighting champion, and he knows that if he doesn't wrestle tomorrow night at In Your House, he'll be stripped of his WWF Championship for not defending it in 30 days! But not only that, he knows that the British Bulldog would rub a forfeit win in his face forever - and he's not about to let Davey Boy Smith win the war! Bret talked about how Bulldog is egotistical and is warped - he thinks that because he got that fluke win in London - three years ago no less, that he can easily take that WWF Championship from the "Hitman"? Bret talked about how he never gives up, and he knows that Camp Cornette's agenda all along was to hurt him to the point that he was to be taken out of the game. But that's not happening, like it happened to one Shawn Michaels last month. Bret talked about how Davey would be going down tomorrow, because he truly is the "Best There Is, the Best There Was, and the Best There Ever Will Be"! Bret got a loud ovation from the crowd in the Wicomico County Center, as he taunted to the crowd with his World Wrestling Federation Championship. Meanwhile, Ted Dibiase talked about how foolish Bret was for deciding to go through with this match with the British Bulldog - with broken ribs!
| 00:34 | - | Commercial Break | 00:38 | 10 | "Sycho" Sid and the 1-2-3 Kid def. Jerry Faith and Titus Dunning [00:53] [+00:01 for Sid and the Kid's entrance] The monstrous "Sycho" Sid was in the right mindset tonight, twenty-four hours away from his encounter with Razor Ramon for the WWF Intercontinental Championship, come In Your House. The 1-2-3 Kid used his high-flying expertise to outrun Titus Dunning, before teaming up well with Sid, who decided to finally put away with Faith with the Powerbomb! Meanwhile, from commentary, the "Million Dollar Man" Ted Dibias endorsed Sid and the Kid, members of his Million Dollar Corporation faction. Meanwhile, the "Bad Guy" appeared in an insert promo, talking about how Sid would struggle to put him away tomorrow night on pay-per-view! The "Bad Guy" was ready to take down "Sycho" Sid.
The crowd booed as Sid and the 1-2-3 Kid celebrated their win to boos, as Ted Dibiase obnoxiously stood up on commentary and clapped for his men, the "Million Dollar Man" talking about how Sid would do the same thing to Razor Ramon to win the WWF Intercontinental Championship tomorrow night at In Your House! | 00:40 | 11 | A promo aired, this time with the British Bulldog, as James E. Cornette was stood at his side. Cornette talked about how tomorrow night on pay-per-view, we'd see a new World Wrestling Federation Champion, that man's name being Davey Boy Smith! Bulldog talked about how Bret Hart is a man that he's defeated before, he's a respectful man, and he has a "never say die" attitude...but that could very well be his downfall! Cornette and Bulldog talked about what Yokozuna did to the "Hitman" this past Monday night on RAW, the 600-pounder broke two of Bret Hart's ribs, and he doesn't want to give up the match this Sunday? Bulldog talked about how Hart has a huge target on his ribs, and that tomorrow night, Bulldog would defeat the "Hitman" once again, to make things 2-0, as we will crown the first ever British WWF Champion!
| 00:41 | 12 | Savio Vega def. Scott Taylor [03:02] [+00:01 for Vega's entrance] The Puerto-Rican was in action tonight, seven days after his double count-out battle with Bob Backlund, as Vega wanted to regain some momentum tonight. Vega made short work of the rookie, Scott Taylor, managing to put him away swiftly with the Caribbean Kick! Meanwhile, Bob Backlund appeared in an insert promo, where Backlund apologised for his actions over the past couple of weeks, wanting Savio to know that he respects him really. Backlund then decided to take the time to challenge Savio to a rematch from last week, next week, right here on Superstars - where this time, they will have a much friendlier encounter, he's sure! Backlund had seemingly reformed his ways, as Ted Dibiase talked about how much of a gentleman Backlund was.
Savio Vega celebrated his win to cheers, as Vega was all ready for this upcoming match with Bob Backlund - an apparently friendly match between two professionals, here next week on Superstars! | 00:45 | 13 | Commercial Break | 00:49 | 14 | Meanwhile, Jim Ross, Vince McMahon and Ted Dibiase were on commentary promoting WWF In Your House, live on pay-per-view tomorrow night, as it's scheduled to feature Bret "Hitman" Hart in his first WWF Championship defense against his brother-in-law, the British Bulldog of Camp Cornette!; King Mabel, the winner of the 1995 King of the Ring tournament taking on the Undertaker in a Casket match to finally settle the score!; Additionally, the "Bad Guy" Razor Ramon puts his WWF Intercontinental Championship up for grabs, when he defends against "Sycho" Sid of the Million Dollar Corporation; Also just added to In Your House, it will be the "King of Harts" Owen Hart going one-on-one with the man he's laid out twice in consequtive weeks, a fuming "Big Daddy Cool" Diesel!; Not to mention, Hunter Hearst Helmsley will take on the hog farmer, Henry O. Godwinn, plus a lot more! They then promoted our main event, as "Double J" Jeff Jarrett makes his return to the ring for the first time since July, taking on one-half of the WWF Tag Team Champions, Billy Gunn!
| 00:50 | 15 | "Double J" Jeff Jarrett (w/Dean Douglas) def. WWF Tag Team Champion Billy Gunn (w/Bart Gunn) [05:44] [+00:02 for entrances; +00:01 for aftermath] "Double J" seemingly hasn't missed a step in the past five months, as Jeff Jarrett worked his way against Billy Gunn steadily, but surely overtaking the WWF Tag Team Champion, as Bart Gunn watched on from ringside, in case Dean Douglas attempted to get involved - which he did eventually, as Bart and Douglas then ensued in a brawl at ringside! Billy then managed to regain some momentum, getting in some offense of his own on the former multi-time WWF Intercontinental Champion, as Billy nailed Jarrett with a legdrop across the back of the head for a near-fall! Billy continued, but it was distraction from Douglas on the apron that caused Billy's downfall - as Jarrett managed to put Billy down with the powerslam, which he decided to follow up with the Figure-Four Leglock, giving Jarrett the win in his return to in-ring competition!
The crowd booed, as Jeff Jarrett celebrated his win with Dean Douglas, Douglas raising "Double J"s hand in victory, as Douglas had helped Jarrett get a big win tonight, against one-half of the WWF Tag Team Champions no less! But suddenly, the theme of Ahmed Johnson hit, and out rushed the "Pearl River Powerhouse", as Johnson hit the ring and cleared Jarrett and Douglas! Jarrett and Douglas retreated to the backstage area, as Johnson closed the show, WWF Superstars going off the air. | 00:58 |

Ramon/Jannetty vs. The Bodydonnas sounded like a pretty decent opener. Obviously Ramon was going to get the win to build him up for his title defense against Sid. Sunny and Candido (possibly?) turning on Radford comes as no surprise as it was always going to happen at somepoint. I always loved Camp Cornette so to see them here is great and I like Owen basically taunting Diesel and being cocky before bailing when Diesel actually shows up. Love Owen standing tall over Diesel - even if it was with assistance from a lead pipe. Only problem with Owen laying Diesel out 2 weeks in a row now is that I wonder if this will lead to Diesel getting the win when they face off? Owen's Enziguri sure is lethal as it possibly ended the career of HBK.. Will be interesting to see what Michaels has to say next week on RAW. Nice debut of Austin. One of my favourite things about pre-Attitude Era diaries is to see what route people go down with guys like Austin and Rock who, obviously, went on to be huge stars. Huge main event for RAW between Yoko and Bret. My only problem with this match is Yoko losing via submission as I hate when big guys - especially someone of Yoko's size and status - tapping out. Yoko standing tall at the end did redeem the submission loss though, I guess. Nice touch with Bulldog and his "I BEAT BRET" shirt.

I really like the Helmsley/Godwinn feud and the reasoning behind it with their contrast in gimmicks. Expecting Helmsley to pick up the win in their bout at IYH. Decent win for Hakushi. Possible Avatar/Hakushi feud? Interesting. Bret feeling the effects of Yoko's Banzai Drop is a nice touch! I wonder if it will play a big part in his title defense at IYH? M$ Corp. stablemates 1-2-3 Kid and Sid were always gonna be the winners in that tag bout. Holy crap a Dean Douglas/Jeff Jarrett pairing is awesome! I hope Jarrett pinning WWF Tag Champ Billy Gunn leads to an eventual tag feud with Douglas/Jarrett winning the belts!

WWF In Your House 5: "Season's Beatings" - December 17, 1995 Hersheypark Arena - Hershey, PA
Segment | Description | Timeline |
| Dark Match - The 1-2-3 Kid (w/Ted Dibiase) vs Marty Jannetty [+00:02 for entrances] A collision between two former friends, two former WWF Tag Team Champions, at that. Marty Jannetty was pumped up to take on the 1-2-3 Kid, who recently turned his back on his friends in the World Wrestling Federation to side with the corporate empire of Ted Dibiase's Million Dollar Corporation. Kid and Jannetty exchanged offense in a back-and-forth, competitive and high-paced affair, but the constant distractions of the "Million Dollar Man" led to Jannetty's downfall, as Dibiase tripped Jannetty coming off of the ropes, and this set up Kid to nail Jannetty with the 1-2-3 Kick, giving the Kid the victory. The 1-2-3 Kid def. Marty Jannetty [06:14]

| 1 | The opening signature aired, promoting the World Wrestling Federation. This followed up with a video package narrated by Todd Pettingill, focused on the thrilling rivalry between the World Wrestling Federation Champion, Bret "Hitman" Hart, and his distanced brother-in-law, the British Bulldog, correlating to references to the Holiday season; relaying events from SummerSlam 1992, where the Bulldog managed to win the WWF Intercontinental Championship in front of 80,000 fans in London, England, defeating Bret. They also relayed Bulldog's wife and Bret's sister, Diana Smith talking about how she thinks Bulldog will be victorious. Tonight, two family members collide for the biggest prize in this industry, the WWF Championship! The signature opening graphic for In Your House aired, showing the In Your House logo fly down the chimney of a house as snow descended diagonally. In the Hersheypark Arena, pyrotechnics were going off, as Vince McMahon loudly introduced us to the fifth edition of In Your House, live on pay-per-view! McMahon introduced Jerry "The King" Lawler as his broadcast colleague, as the two ran down the card, promoting several big matches, such as Bret Hart defending the World Wrestling Federation Championship for the first time against the British Bulldog; and the Undertaker taking on the 1995 King of the Ring winner, King Mabel in a Casket match! They proceeded to hand things over to the ring announcer, Albert DeFrusia for our opening contest. | 00:04 | 2 | WWF Intercontinental Championship - "The Bad Guy" Razor Ramon (c) vs "Sycho" Sid (w/Ted Dibiase) [+00:03 for entrances; +00:02 for aftermath] The "Bad Guy" won the WWF Intercontinental Championship on October 22, 1995 at our last In Your House extravaganza, but tonight Razor had a big problem, by the likes of the menacing 6'9 giant, "Sycho" Sid. Throughout this match, the 1-2-3 Kid was shown watching on a monitor in the backstage area, as the Kid was the one who started this vendetta against his former friend, Razor; after turning on him and Marty Jannetty last month to join Dibiase's evil Million Dollar Corporation. The "Million Dollar Man" was in the corner of Sid for this one, representing the first member of the Million Dollar Corporation in action tonight - as Vince McMahon and Jerry Lawler discussed how Dibiase could also be in the corner of King Mabel later tonight, when the 1995 King of the Ring winner battles the Undertaker in the big Casket match. Ramon managed to do a good job against the larger challenger in the opening moments, trying to do something not in Sid's playlist, and try to chain-wrestle the big man, attempting to outsmart the Arkansas native. Ramon was however cut off suddenly by Sid, who blasted right into Ramon with a thunderous shoulder block, after Ramon made the mistake of trying to quicken the pace. Sid began to dominate from this point, as Dibiase cackled on from ringside in joy. Sid began to pick apart at the "Bad Guy", applying a chin lock and landing numerous elbows and forearms across the crown of the champion's head. Sid tried to manipulate the hold, giving the challenger a bigger chance of winning the match, but Ramon managed to fight it, almost escaping with some elbows of his own, before Sid simply slammed Razor face-first into the canvas. Sid relied on Dibiase's instructions, as he connected with a thunderous sidewalk slam to Razor, almost putting away the WWF Intercontinental Champion early on. Sid continued to torment Razor with his offence, beginning to work the neck and jaw of the "Bad Guy", continuing with frequent chin locks and jaw-inflicting maneuvers. However, the Hershey crowd soon got more and more behind Ramon, as the champ began to react optimistically, absorbing all of the Pennsylvanians' support, so it seemed! Ramon managed to break free of the hold and nail Sid in the leg, the force of the kick landing Sid on his knees, as Ramon followed up with a desperate DDT, covering for a near fall. Ramon realised here that he had found a weak point in Sid's legs, nailing Sid with a big chop block to the back of the challenger's recently affected leg, before following up with repeated stomps and legs across it. Ramon was cutting away at the tree trunk-like lower body of the challenger, before he went for what appeared to be a figure-four leglock - just for Sid to send him into the turnbuckle. Sid came after Ramon slowly, but Razor got Sid with a drop toe hold, sending him into the top turnbuckle himself! Ramon followed, somehow nailing a big fallaway slam on the monster, as Dibiase screamed for Sid to get back in the game. Ramon soon continued his offense, as he nailed ten punches on Sid on the second rope in a corner, before connecting with a big bulldog on "Sycho" Sid! Razor was pumped up, as Ramon wanted to get the Razor's Edge in motion - but Sid easily back dropped Ramon! Sid laughed off the attempt and the previous offense of Ramon, as Sid went for the Powerbomb on Razor, just for Razor to land on his feet and once again chop block Sid in the back of his injured leg! Ramon kicked away at it repeatedly once again before going for the Razor's Edge - just for Sid to spontaneously nail a chokeslam on Ramon! Sid covered...but Razor once again kicked out! The fans were on their feet for the WWF Intercontinental Champion, as Sid was in shock - deciding that it was now time to try for the Powerbomb once again. Sid got Razor on his shoulders, and it looked like we were about to crown a new champion - but Razor somehow managed to land on the apron! Ramon punched Sid away with numerous lefts and rights before heading up top, connecting with a big diving crossbody to Sid, picking up the victory! WWF Intercontinental Champion "The Bad Guy" Razor Ramon def. "Sycho" Sid [12:34]
The crowd in Hershey were loving it, as the "Bad Guy"s hand was raised in victory after a hard-fought battle in the opening contest of this edition of In Your House! A replay of the finish was shown, as we returned to the ring to see referee Earl Hebner happily hand the WWF Intercontinental Championship to Razor Ramon. Meanwhile, Sid was in shock, as he began to kick the ring steps and toss television equipment up the aisleway, as Ted Dibiase followed from a distance, the "Million Dollar Man" attempting to keep the "Sycho" one under control. Meanwhile, Razor seemed to be one step closer to getting his hands on the 1-2-3 Kid, who also seemed poised with the idea of taking the WWF Intercontinental Championship away from the "Bad Guy".
| 00:21 | 3 | Meanwhile, Vince McMahon and Jerry Lawler discussed "Big Daddy Cool" Diesel, and his more violent nature in recent weeks, talking about an incident with a cameraman earlier today, as footage began to roll. Diesel was shown arriving at the Hersheypark Arena, noticing a cameraman with a camera in his face, as Diesel asked what he was doing. Diesel told the cameraman to buzz off, stating that he was busy, before yelling some obscenities at the cameraman, which were all bleeped out. McMahon apologised, as the "King" talked about how he's glad to see the old "Big Daddy Cool" back, but talking about how Diesel would be in trouble tonight when he goes up against lethal feet himself, the "King of Harts" Owen Hart.
| 00:22 | 4 | Back in the ring, Dean Douglas had surfaced, as Douglas was dressed in a suit tonight. Vince McMahon questioned why the Dean was even here, citing that he wasn't scheduled for competition. Douglas held a briefcase and a white package. Douglas had a microphone, as he shot down the Hershey, Pennsylvania crowd, telling the ignorant townspeople to shut up for a second, because the roadie had something to announce. Dean Douglas recited his announcement of managing "Double J" Jeff Jarrett in his both in-ring career, and his musical career, as he talked about how tonight was a big turning point in Jarrett's GREAT career. Douglas then invited Jarrett out to the ring, as Jarrett was met with loud boos! Jarrett arrived wearing his obnoxiously lit-up entrance attire, also sporting shades and a hat with "JJ" on top. Jarrett was in possession of an acoustic guitar, as Jarrett continued to walk to the ring noticing the boos - reacting to them like affection, as Jarrett blew kisses to the audience. Jarrett got into the ring and talked about how much better a roadie Douglas is than his old "friend". Jarrett talked about how Dean is more intelligent, has a better music taste, and has a genius mind for promotion in the music industry - hence why he chose him! Douglas then announced happily that Jeff Jarrett's hit country single, "With My Baby Tonight" had gone golden, talking about how a million copies of it had been sold! Jarrett celebrated, as Douglas asked Jarrett if he had any further comments to make. Jarrett talked about how he was putting the finishing touches on his newest album, "Ain't I Great", and how he was working on setting up a worldwide tour, "Greater Than Great! 1996"...until the theme of Ahmed Johnson hit, wooing the crowd! The "Pearl River Powerhouse" emerged to the ring, as Jarrett and Douglas seemed confused as to why Johnson was here - as Vince McMahon and Jerry Lawler argued about how Ahmed's interrupting was, in their books - Vince leading us into replays of Jarrett and Douglas' beatdown of Ahmed Johnson, two weeks ago on Monday Night RAW. Johnson was in a fighting mood, hitting the ring and scaring off Douglas and Jarrett. But when Douglas and Jarrett attempted to leave, President Gorilla Monsoon appeared on the tron on the set - telling Douglas that he could run but that he couldn't hide, because tonight he'd be facing Ahmed Johnson one-on-one after all! Monsoon told Douglas that he may be sophisticated as both a teacher and a roadie, but if he tried to get himself disqualified or counted out tonight, he'd be fired! Douglas was in shock, as Ahmed waited with a smile on his face in the ring. | 00:27 | 5 | Dean Douglas (w/Jeff Jarrett) vs "The Pearl River Powerhouse" Ahmed Johnson [+00:01 for aftermath] The Dean has been vocal about not approving of Ahmed Johnson in previous weeks, all beginning when Douglas outsmarted Johnson with a handshake which turned out to be a low blow. And when a match was made on RAW, allowing Johnson to get his hands on Dean Douglas, "Double J" Jeff Jarrett appeared, to the aid of Douglas - before the duo announced their relationship as business partners! Douglas was reluctant about this match, as he stood awkwardly in the ring wearing his best suit - Jeff Jarrett watching on from ringside, yelling motivationa words to Douglas - that could have also motivated Johnson to beat Douglas up even worse than imaginable! Douglas attempted to strike the "Pearl River Powerhouse" at first, but Johnson - in only his second pay-per-view appearance didn't seem to take any notice of it. Douglas managed to nail a neckbreaker on Johnson, but Johnson quickly responded by getting back up as Douglas pandered to the crowd, almost decapitating Douglas with a big clothesline! Johnson then decided to have fun with Douglas, toying around with the Dean - delivering a big gorilla press slam and a spinebuster to the new roadie of Jeff Jarrett. Douglas was down and out then, but Johnson decided to take it further, ripping the blazer and shirt off of Douglas' back! Johnson noticed that Jeff Jarrett attempted to get involved, which led to Johnson dragging Jarrett into the ring and nailing him with the running splash! Douglas wasn't totally done yet though, as he attempted to go for the Final Exam on Johnson - but Johnson easily overpowered Douglas and nailed him with the suplex before motioning for the end of the fun for Douglas! Ahmed then set Douglas up, and nailed him with a big double-underhook sit-out powerbomb! Vince McMahon proclaimed it to being the 'Pearl River Plunge', as Ahmed hooked the legs on his shoulders, picking up quite an easy win in this impromptu pay-per-view attraction! "The Pearl River Powerhouse" Ahmed Johnson def. Dean Douglas [02:17]
The crowd cheered as Ahmed Johnson was victorious, continuing his streak of dominance in the World Wrestling Federation! The "Pearl River Powerhouse" added further humiliation to Dean Douglas after his torment in the past couple of weeks - now ripping the pants off of Douglas, revealing the Dean to be dressed in only pink boxers! Douglas was out and on show, as Johnson tossed tons of pieces of Douglas' once classy three-piece suit into the crowd. Johnson left, as Jeff Jarrett managed to cover his roadie up in a towel that happened to be at ringside. "Double J" tried to help his new, humiliated business partner to the back as Johnson played to the crowd once more.
| 00:30 | 6 | In the backstage area, the "Bad Guy" was shown after his triumphant victory earlier tonight against "Sycho" Sid, as Razor Ramon was still trying to catch his breath. Todd Pettingill approached him, as he asked Ramon how he was feeling after his match earlier tonight. Ramon talked about how he told everyone that he would come out victorious against Sid, even against the odds of the "Million Dollar Man" Ted Dibiase. Ramon then talked about how his next target, of course would be the 1-2-3 Kid - talking about gaining a measure of retribution against his former friend the next time they meet. Suddenly, a stage hand appeared, handing an envelope to Razor! Razor opened it up and read it - but as Todd asked what it said, Razor tossed it away and stormed off in seemingly a sight of disgust!
| 00:31 | 7 | Hunter Hearst Helmsley vs Henry O. Godwinn [+00:03 for entrances; +00:01 for aftermath] The pig farmer had had enough of the Greenwich high-class disrespecting his career aspirations and lifestyle choices, and wanted to take the Greenwich boy to school in this match against Hunter Hearst Helmsley. Henry O. Godwinn started things off by immediately hitting the ring and attempting to slop Helmsley right there and then, just for Helmsley to dodge it by rolling out of the ring. Henry was in hot pursuit however, as he followed Helmsley around ringside and slammed Hunter's head into the steel steps, but Helmsley suddenly turned the tables, dragging the tough Godwinn face-first into the ring post! Helmsley taunted and mocked Henry as Godwinn was groggy, curtsying for the Hershey crowd, who responded in a loud chorus of boos. Helmsley then carted Godwinn back into the ring and began to pound away at Godwinn, delivering his high-jumping knee drop across the bridge of the nose of Godwinn, really attempting to do some damage to the hog farmer. Helmsley was in control from the official starting bell, as Helmsley continued to work over Godwinn with lefts and rights, soon also going after the leg of the Arkansas native. Helmsley applied a leglock and drilled several elbows into the side of the knees, in an effort to try and really soften up the hog farmer, as the fans cheered Henry on, trying to get the hog farmer to make a comeback. Godwinn finally made a comeback, delivering several haymakers to the gentleman from Greenwich, delivering a big back body drop and then trying to go for the Slop Drop, just to have Hunter once again slip out and cower in the corner of the ring. Henry went to work on Helmsley further, but Hunter once again took down Henry with a big spinebuster out of nowhere! Helmsley curtsied again before attempting to bounce off of the ropes, just to run right into Godwinn's big boot to the face of Helmsley! The fans cheered, as they got behind Henry in his battle with the high-class villain, Henry with several jabs before following up with a big pumphandle slam! Henry was rolling, covering Hunter for a two count, as Helmsley was desperately trying to recover. Henry had different plans however, going for the Slop Drop once again, but Helmsley this time slipped out and went for the Pedigree, just for Henry to trip Helmsley onto his back, following up with a legdrop! Godwinn wanted to go for the Slop Drop again, picking up Helmsley - but this time, Hunter lynched onto referee Jack Doan, which allowed Helmsley to slip out and low blow Henry with the referee out of position! Hunter hooked the arms and planted Henry face first into the canvas with a Pedigree! Hunter hooked a leg, and that was it! Hunter Hearst Helmsley def. Henry O. Godwinn [07:31]
The crowd hissed, as Hunter Hearst Helmsley had just stolen the victory against Henry O. Godwinn in a controversial fashion tonight on Monday Night RAW! Helmsley celebrated to boos, as he began to leave before noticing Henry's own slop bucket in the corner! Helmsley smiled from ear to ear, as he picked it up and delivered a despicable act, slopping the hog farmer! The crowd booed, as Helmsley curtsied before leaving. Henry had been disgraced by his own slop tonight at In Your House!
| 00:41 | 8 | An advertisement aired, promoting next month's annual spectacular, the Royal Rumble! Live on pay-per-view on January 21, 1996.
| 00:42 | 9 | We returned to the Hersheypark Arena, as Vince McMahon and Jerry "The King" Lawler discussed previous events on WWF television in recent weeks, all beginning when "Big Daddy Cool" Diesel lost the World Wrestling Federation Championship at Survivor Series last month. This led to Diesel turning his back seemingly on smiles and sunshine, and fame of being the WWF Champion. On the same night as Diesel delivering a fiery reaction to losing the WWF Championship, it was Owen Hart going up against Shawn Michaels in a hellacious match on Monday Night RAW - which dramatically ended after interference from Camp Cornette. Following this, Owen delivered a big enzuigiri to the "Heartbreak Kid", which led to Shawn collapsing - and in weeks after, Shawn was told to hang up his boots by doctor, Dr Unger. This caused the "King of Harts" and James E. Cornette to walk around bragging about how lethal Owen Hart was - which led to Diesel being provoked by Owen, after Owen potentially took Diesel's best friend, Shawn out of the ring for good. In recent weeks, Owen has delivered two big enzuigiris to Diesel, but tonight, "Big Daddy Cool" wants to avenge his humility when he goes one-on-one with the "King of Harts"!
| 00:44 | 10 | "The King of Harts" Owen Hart (w/James E. Cornette) vs "Big Daddy Cool" Diesel [+00:03 for entrances; +00:02 for aftermath] The "King of Harts" was egotistical at best tonight at In Your House, as Owen Hart came out wearing a T-shirt inspired by teammate, the British Bulldog's shirts directed at Bret Hart, this shirt reading "I ENDED SHAWN'S CAREER" on it. Owen bragged to the crowd and taunted them through his entrance, as James E. Cornette stood behind him, talking up Owen in addition - as this would not be Cornette's only appearance tonight, most likely. Of course, Owen's brother-in-law and partner in Camp Cornette, the British Bulldog will challenge Owen's brother Bret "Hitman" Hart later tonight for the World Wrestling Federation Championship, and you have to believe that Jim Cornette would be in attendance at ringside for that one. "Big Daddy Cool", as we saw earlier tonight of course, was not in a good mood as Diesel stormed to the ring just to be met with a baseball slide from Owen Hart, Owen following up with a big plancha through the ropes to Diesel, but Diesel caught him and slammed him head first on the ring apron! James E. Cornette tried to keep a considerable distance away from the monstrous Diesel, as there was no smiles tonight for the former WWF Champion - instead a scowl as he grabbed Owen and tossed him back through the ropes into the ring, Diesel then climbing into the ring and going after Owen again - who tried to use his quickness to outsmart the larger opponent. Diesel wasn't the most naíve person in the world, however, as Diesel delivered a big sidewalk slam to Owen before "Big Daddy Cool" decided that he wanted to go for the Jackknife Powerbomb! Diesel had Owen ready for it, but Owen managed to punch Diesel on his shoulders, before managing to gain some elevation, delivering a surprising hurricanrana to the 7-footer! The man from Detroit was shocked as were the capacity crowd here in Hershey, PA, as Owen tried to follow up with a big dropkick - once again using the "lethal" feet on Diesel, but this only stunned the former WWF Champion. Owen stomped into the leg of Diesel, trying what Razor Ramon did earlier on tonight, as Owen attempted to drag Diesel off of his feet for a Sharpshooter, but Diesel easily kicked Owen away, as Diesel once again regained his balance. Owen Hart attempted to hide from Diesel, before suddenly nailing the enzuigiri out of nowhere! Owen desperately hooked the leg, but Diesel managed to kick out at two - not totally out tonight! Owen was furious, as Owen continued to go after the leg before deciding to go to the top rope. Diesel was groggy, as he got back to his feet, but as Owen came off of the top with an axe handle, Diesel took him down and out with a big boot! Diesel decided to pull down the straps, as he grabbed Owen and got him ready for the Jackknife, it connecting! Suddenly, James E. Cornette waved out help - and out came Yokozuna! Yokozuna hit the ring, as Diesel managed to fight him off of the apron until Owen Hart low blowed Diesel, throwing the match away as Tim White called for the bell! "Big Daddy Cool" Diesel def. "The King of Harts" Owen Hart by disqualification [05:47]
The crowd booed as Owen Hart stomped away at Diesel, once again going after it, but the "King of Harts" wasn't thinking about taking Diesel down with the Sharpshooter - he was wanting to knock "Big Daddy Cool" out cold, with that enzuigiri! Owen steadied for Diesel to reach his feet, but Diesel suddenly grabbed James E. Cornette and tossed him at Owen! Diesel then engaged in a brawl with the 600-pound Yokozuna, before stunning him with a big boot to the upper body of the fellow former WWF Champion! Yokozuna was then trapped in the ropes, as Diesel turned and blocked Owen's fourth attempt at the enzuigiri! Diesel grabbed Owen and delivered a thunderous Jackknife Powerbomb to the "King of Harts"! But Diesel hadn't had enough just yet, once again setting the "King of Harts" up, and delivering a second Jackknife Powerbomb to Owen Hart! Diesel was furious, as he left the ring after taking out three members of Camp Cornette tonight!
| 00:54 | 11 | Vince McMahon and Jerry Lawler discuss the events of tonight thus far, before moving on to discuss the upcoming Casket match between the "Phenom" the Undertaker, and the 1995 King of the Ring winner, King Mabel. They discuss how Mabel has been a wrecking ball bent on destruction since turning his back on the fans, and winning the King of the Ring. Mabel continued to be supreme, even breaking the "Deadman"s orbital bone, and damaging the face of the Undertaker. Meanwhile, Mabel has gained a new manager, by the name of the "Million Dollar Man" Ted Dibiase - the same Ted Dibiase that orchestrated several setups which allowed the Million Dollar Corporation to repossess the Undertaker and Paul Bearer's urn. As of now, Dibiase still has the urn's remnants, but will he still have them once the night is over?
| 00:56 | 12 | Casket Match - King Mabel (w/Ted Dibiase) vs The Undertaker (w/Paul Bearer) [+00:04 for entrances; +00:02 for aftermath] This was it, the grudge match between two men that have been rivals for much of this year in 1995, set to climax on the final pay-per-view of the year. The Undertaker arrived with druids presenting the casket to the ringside area, as Paul Bearer led the way for them. As King Mabel arrived to the ring, he seemed more afraid than he was when he was simply walking out to the Hersheypark Arena, the casket seemingly igniting fear in the 1995 King of the Ring winner. King Mabel was resistant however, as the two men began to trade blows as the bell sounded, Mabel seemingly managing to get the upper hand, as he proceeded to lay into the masked face of the "Phenom", trying to possibly redamage his repairing face. Mabel managed to gain some momentum, but not long before the Undertaker began to fight back, firing lefts and rights, even managing to take Mabel off of his feet with a flying clothesline from the second rope! Meanwhile, Jerry "The King" Lawler discussed possibly negotiating with Mabel a partnership, to become kings of the World Wrestling Federation. Vince McMahon playfully shrugged it off. Paul Bearer watched on from ringside, but also kept his eyes on the urn remnants in the hands of the "Million Dollar Man" Ted Dibiase. Mabel soon managed to cut off 'Taker's momentum with a sleeper, dead in the middle of the ring, as Mabel wanted to put the "Deadman"s lights out before shoving him into the casket. Mabel thought that he had 'Taker where he wanted him, as Bearer screeched for 'Taker to revive, but Mabel decided to roll the Undertaker nearer and nearer to the casket, but as the casket lid opened, 'Taker sat up and grabbed Mabel by the throat! The Undertaker wanted to Chokeslam Mabel, but Mabel managed to break it, connecting with a big scoop slam - King Mabel then trying to go for the move that broke the Undertaker's orbital bone, the leg drop! But fortunately, 'Taker managing to sit up again, and take Mabel out with a ferocious series of lefts and rights! The Undertaker had lightened up, as Ted Dibiase was freaking out at ringside, the Undertaker soon firing up as Paul Bearer suddenly decided to charge at Dibiase, somehow managing to take Dibiase down! The managers at ringside engaged in a brawl, as Bearer desperately wanted his urn back! The Undertaker set up for the Chokeslam again on Mabel, but the distraction at ringside let to Mabel clotheslining him and then flattening 'Taker with the big leg drop! Mabel wanted to end it right here, as he began to roll the "Phenom" to the casket, as Dibiase meanwhile pie-faced Bearer down on the floor! Dibiase wanted the match to be over with, but as the Undertaker fell into the casket, Mabel got confident and posed for the booing crowd in Hershey, but that gave the Undertaker enough time to grab Mabel by the throat! 'Taker got out of the casket and got back into the ring, finally delivering a powerful Chokeslam to King Mabel! The Undertaker proceeded to roll Mabel over to the casket, Mabel falling into it and then having the lid shut on him! The Undertaker def. King Mabel [10:21]
The crowd cheered loudly for the Undertaker, as he had his hand raised in victory after a hard fought Casket match against his rival of many months, King Mabel. Ted Dibiase picked up his urn remnants and got into the ring, before the "Million Dollar Man" told the "Deadman" that he may have gotten the victory, but that he wouldn't survive the ongoing wrath of his Million Dollar Corporation! But suddenly, Paul Bearer came from behind, grabbing Dibiase by the hair! The Undertaker then grabbed Dibiase by the throat, delivering a huge Tombstone Piledriver to Dibiase! The crowd cheered once more, as Dibiase had been Tombstoned, Mabel had been locked away, and the Undertaker and Paul Bearer were both reunited with the remnants of the urn!
| 01:12 | 13 | Vince McMahon and Jerry Lawler discussed the outcome of the Casket match, as McMahon commented on how barbaric the Casket match truly is, and how we may not see or hear from King Mabel again for a while. "The King" spoke in sorrow, as Lawler seemingly had high hopes for the "Kings of the World Wrestling Federation" tag team. McMahon finally moved onto our main event, where we will see brother-in-law against brother-in-law, torn apart because of the World Wrestling Federation Championship, Camp Cornette, and mistrust. Tonight, Bret "The Hitman" Hart defends his title for the first time against a man that he has never defeated, the British Bulldog!
| 01:13 | 14 | Suddenly, an instrumental version of "Jingle Bells" hit, as the crowd began to cheer as a man dressed up as Santa Claus made his way down to the ring, Santa handing out presents to boys and girls in the front row, as McMahon was shocked at the appearance of Santa Claus at this great pay-per-view extravaganza. Lawler talked about how he received coal last Christmas, and so he may have a word with Santa face to face about it later on. Santa got into the ring, as the fans cheered louder, Santa being given a microphone, as he spoke with a strange, deep voice. Claus talked about how everyone was so excited for Christmas, and all of the Holidays this season brings. He talked about how everyone receives presents, such as toys, kitchenware, jewelry, even gold...at that point, Santa pulled off his wig, revealing Goldust! The crowd booed, as Goldust talked about how Christmas may not be coming this year, because he's not got any gold around his waist; he should be the WWF Champion right about now, but that doesn't seem to be happening. Goldust talked about how gold means a lot to him, a lot more than most of the pathetic boys and girls and men and women in the Hersheypark Arena tonight! The crowd grew louder with animosity towards the "Bizarre One", as Goldust was suddenly cut off by the theme of Savio Vega, as Vega hit the ring to cheers, before trading blows with Vega...until suddenly Bob Backlund appeared as well, jumping Vega and locking him tightly in the Chickenwing Crossface! Goldust talked trash to Vega, as Backlund refused to let go of the Chickenwing Crossface, numerous officials running out to try and restrain Backlund once again tonight!
| 01:17 | 15 | At that moment, Vince McMahon decided to cut away from the ring to provide the video package for Bret Hart and the British Bulldog's upcoming match, as on August 29, 1992 in London, England; 80,000 fans piled into Wembley Stadium, where hometown boy British Bulldog reigned supreme in winning the WWF Intercontinental Championship. Flash forward to September 1995, where the British Bulldog drastically turned his back on the fans and attacked "Big Daddy Cool" Diesel, revealing his hunger for gold - namely the World Wrestling Federation Championship. At the Survivor Series, Bret Hart finally uncrowned Diesel to win his third WWF Championship after a year long title reign - but the man that was the number one contender next to the "Hitman"s title reign, none other than Davey Boy Smith. In weeks following Survivor Series, James E. Cornette and Bulldog mocked Bret, talking disrespectfully about Hart's loss to Bulldog three years ago in London, and even an opinion from Bret's sister, and Bulldog's wife, Diana Smith, she revealed her alliance with Bulldog, claiming that Bulldog would win the WWF Championship at In Your House as well. This past Monday night on RAW, Bret managed to defeat the 600 pound Yokozuna in a hard-fought match, but with the assistance of British Bulldog and his distraction, Bret was attacked afterwards by Yokozuna, breaking two of Bret's ribs six days before his first title defense with two massive Banzai Drops. Tonight, these two men collide! | 01:20 | 16 | WWF Championship - Bret "Hitman" Hart vs The British Bulldog (w/James E. Cornette, Clarence Mason and Diana Smith) [+00:02 for entrances; +00:02 for aftermath] The main event was here, as the World Wrestling Federation Championship was at stake in this contest; the British Bulldog having only ever received one opportunity to claim the WWF Championship, back at the last edition of In Your House, where Bulldog unsuccessfully challenged "Big Daddy Cool" Diesel for the WWF Championship, winning by disqualification - hence why Bulldog remained the number one contender after Bret "Hitman" Hart won the WWF Championship. Diana Smith was out at ringside, proving that this match would be an important occasion for the Smith family, standing at ringside to watch her husband hopefully claim the World Wrestling Federation Championship for the first time tonight. With the inclusion of Diana, Clarence Mason and James E. Cornette to ringside, as well as Bret's two broken ribs, the odds were stacked against the "Hitman" at a very high-stakes match up in the main event of In Your House. Both men started things off with a series of chain wrestling holds, Bret managing to get the better of the Bulldog early on with a side headlock, until Bulldog managed to come back, effectively going to work after the damaged ribs of the "Hitman"! The British Bulldog had seemingly found an opening, as Bret tried to fight back, just for Bulldog to suddenly outwrestle Hart, and connect with a winding stalling suplex! Bulldog then proceeded to apply a bear hug to Hart, as Hart rived in pain, as 9,000 fans in the Hersheypark Arena cheered on for the World Wrestling Federation Champion! The "Excellence of Execution" then proved why he is one of the best around today, as he carefully fought out of it, connecting with an atomic drop, following up with a leg whip, avidly trying to lock in a Sharpshooter, just for Bulldog to reach the ropes. Bret was frustrated, as he was weak, the WWF Champion trying to breathe through two broken ribs, as Bret attempted to go back after Bulldog - just for Bulldog to headbutt Bret repeatedly in the ribs, causing the WWF Champion to fall through the ropes to the floor. Hart was in pain, as Bulldog managed to find some time to take a breather before rolling out as well, planning to level Hart with some more punishment. Bulldog, sent Bret ribs-first into the guard rails at ringside, before distracting the referee, allowing Clarence Mason to get in a few lefts and rights to loud boos! Bret was in trouble, as Bulldog then went for what seemed to be a Running Powerslam on the floor - but in actuality, Bret managed to slip off of Bulldog's shoulder, then shoving Bulldog shoulder first into the ring post! The "Hitman" then laid Clarence out with a big right hand, a move that Jerry Lawler noted that Bret will regret doing when he has lawsuit papers at his door in Calgary! Hart proceeded to get back into the ring with desperation, nearly even getting himself counted out, as Bulldog was there to make a comeback of his own, swinging at Bret with lefts and rights, before Bret managed to come out of nowhere with a big German suplex after ducking a punch! Bulldog somehow managed to land on his shoulder from the German, as Bret had found an opening in the Bulldog as well, as Bret decided to take advantage of his own, delivering a shoulderbreaker on Bulldog for a near fall! Bret strongly went after the shoulder as a priority, as the fans got behind Bret, the "Hitman" still struggling however with his broken ribs. Bret soon went for the abdominal stretch, but Bulldog managed to get out of it, slamming Bret with a hip toss! Bulldog then followed up, managing to take his brother-in-law down with a clothesline, before egotistically looking at his wife and nodding his head, picking Bret up and attempting the stalling suplex - but Bret cradled Bulldog with a small package, just for a very close two count! Bret then walked into another bear hug, as Bret struggled to try and find a way out of the hold, Bret fading by the second, as Bulldog attempted to desperately take the life out of the "Hitman" to claim his first ever WWF World Heavyweight Championship! Bret soon managed to regain life in the tank, as Bulldog squeezed hard, but Bret then tripped Bulldog up and went for the Sharpshooter again for another close fall! Bulldog followed up, attempting the Running Powerslam, but Bret once again slipped out and made another comeback! Bret seemingly targeted the shoulder, but Bulldog managed to slip out and get the military press slam on Hart, covering for another close fall! Bulldog was ready for more though, as he picked Bret up and went for the stalling suplex again - but Bret this time slipped out and managed to tactically reverse it into the Piledriver, nailing it perfectly! The crowd erupted as Hart slowly covered Bulldog, feigning further injuries to both mens' shoulders and ribs (respectively), as Bret covered Bulldog for another close two count! The fans were in shock, as the "King" wanted Bulldog to get the win and take that WWF Championship away from the "Hitman", Lawler's rival! Bret and Bulldog returned to their feet slowly, as Bulldog managed to duck a punch and attempted a German suplex, bridging it for yet another near fall - before Bret rolled onto his front as Bulldog turned onto his front as well; Bret then rolling Bulldog up with an oklahoma roll, covering for the one-two-three! WWF Champion Bret "Hitman" Hart def. The British Bulldog [28:39]
Bret Hart's hand was raised in victory, as the fans in Hersheypark erupted for the "Hitman"! Official Earl Hebner handed him his World Wrestling Federation Championship in the "Hitman"s first title defense of his third reign as WWF Champion. British Bulldog was shocked, as he shook his head in rage, Diana Smith and James E. Cornette telling Bulldog that there's always the Royal Rumble, as Bulldog left the ring with members of Camp Cornette; meanwhile, Clarence Mason held his jaw in pain. Bret Hart celebrated his win with the WWF Championship and his hands held high, as pyrotechnics went off in the rafters of the Hersheypark Arena, as In Your House went off the air!

| Dark Match - Bob Backlund vs Savio Vega [+00:02 for entrances] Another feud continued tonight, as Savio Vega attempted to make the save for the fans in Hershey, Pennsylvania, attempted to attack the gold-obsessed, Christmas hating figure that is Goldust, who was dressed as Santa Claus. This however was designed to set up Vega apparently, as Bob Backlund arrived, blind sighting Savio with the vicious Chickenwing Crossface. Savio was not in a good mood anymore, as he went straight after Backlund, Backlund managing to fire back at Vega, in going to work on the shoulder of the Puerto-Rican, as the American worked over the arm, ready to apply the Chickenwing Crossface at any moment. Backlund finally got it synced in, but Vega managed to reverse it, rolling through and hooking the legs of Backlund for the three! Savio Vega def. Bob Backlund [08:20]

| Dark Match - "The Beast From The East" Bam Bam Bigelow vs "The Bizarre One" Goldust (w/Marlena) [+00:03 for entrances] The "Bizarre One" was in action against the man he defeated last month at the Survivor Series, on pay-per-view, as rumours have become rampant that Bigelow will be leaving the World Wrestling Federation in the New Year. Goldust was at a disadvantage at first, Bigelow managing to use his size as an advantage against the film critic from Hollywood, California. Goldust had Marlena at ringside to serve as a distraction to Bigelow, but this did not stop Bigelow from getting in a lot of momentum, connecting with a cartwheel at one point, followed up with a big headbutt! Bigelow seemed to be setting up for the Diving Headbutt, but Marlena pulled the rope and tripped Bam Bam, as he dropped face first into the canvas! Goldust followed up with the Curtain Call, picking up the victory against Bam Bam! "The Bizarre One" Goldust def. "The Beast From The East" Bam Bam Bigelow [05:49]

Really good show especially for an IYH event. The main event was great, and I think the feud with Bret did a lot of good for Bulldog. I like the direction you seem to be going with Diesel and his new attitude. I hope Undertaker can now move on to bigger and better things after finishing his fued with Mabel. The Goldust segment did kind of confuse me a bit. Are he and Backlund alligned, or did Backlund just attack Vega to set up a feud with them? It appeared that you are setting up for a Razor/Goldust feud, but the Santa segment threw me for a loop. Good show, though, and Ive enjoyed reading the diary thus far.

THE CHEAT SHEET Written by Marc Pearson on Monday, December 18, 1995
- Steve Austin made his official WWF debut this past Monday on RAW, after over two weeks of promotion. It appears that the WWF is attempting to move away from hyping up a new superstar in promos for numerous months, and go for more off-the-wall approaches. Austin's reaction was met with mixed feedback, however, as nobody in Salisbury, Maryland seemed to recognise Austin from his Hollywood Blonde days in World Championship Wrestling. We will have to see how Austin's character develops on television, given that not a lot of his character was revealed, other than his ringname and moveset.
- Leading on from Steve Austin making his WWF debut, someone else that could be making a debut in the World Wrestling Federation is a man by the name of Mick Foley. Mick Foley is better known by his alternative ringname, "Cactus Jack". Mick Foley has worked all over the world, being renowned for his classic deathmatch appearances in Japan, where, in August of this year, he prevailed as the winner of the King of the Death Match tournament in the International Wrestling Association of Japan promotion. Additionally, Jack previously competed for World Championship Wrestling, where he became infamous for his roughhouse appearances, and brutal matches with Big Van Vader on WCW television programming, and winning the WCW World Tag Team Championships with Kevin Sullivan; he also worked for Extreme Championship Wrestling, winning two ECW World Tag Team Championships alongside Mikey Whipwreck. What makes this signing strange, is that a man like Mick Foley - who is missing an ear thanks to a brutal match in Germany - does not appear to have the look of someone that fits in with the broader and attractive stars in the World Wrestling Federation. Not to mention, Foley is renowned more recently for his antics in the King of the Death Match tournament, and with the WWF being an extremely watered down company in terms of in-ring style (dedicating itself to a younger audience, and a more family-orientated viewership), Mick may fail to fit in with the rest of the wrestlers on the roster. Only time can tell.
- We have reports that both members of the original Demolition tag team, Bill Eadie (Ax) and Barry Darsow (Smash) were both backstage at In Your House. I am under the belief that they could be staging a comeback in the tag team division, but it could just be dropping by to see old friends, or even negotiate a deal for them to become road agents, or personalities on-screen.
- World Championship Wrestling have officially signed the pair of Rocco Rock and Johnny Grunge. Collectively known as the Public Enemy, the two tried to sign with the World Wrestling Federation a month ago, even competing in a tryout dark match before the Survivor Series pay-per-view event. Rumor also has it that there is interest in negotiating with Sid of the World Wrestling Federation from WCW, whom hasn't been with the company since 1993. Sid was released on the grounds that he allegedly attacked Arn Anderson with a pair of scissors on a tour of England, which massively effected build to WCW's biggest pay-per-view, Starrcade. Because of Sid's release, he was replaced in who would win the WCW World Heavyweight Championship that night against Big Van Vader, with Ric Flair. Sid's contract shall expire on March 1, 1996, and so only time will tell if the WWF plans to extend his contract.
- We received word during the week that Tom Prichard will be replacing Rad Radford from now on in the Bodydonnas. Prichard has been Skip's partner on several occasions on television, but moreso on the live event circuit in the past couple of weeks; it appears as though Prichard will become Skip's new partner, with the breakup of the Bodydonnas angle made this past week on RAW.
- This past Monday saw WCW Monday Nitro take the win in what is being called the "Monday Night Wars", for a third consecutive week in the ratings against WWF Monday Night RAW. Nitro scored a 2.7 rating to RAW's 2.3, almost similar to last week.
- Bam Bam Bigelow made his last appearance for the World Wrestling Federation last night at In Your House, in which he appeared in a dark match, losing to Goldust. Bigelow will be a free agent as of January 1, 1996.
- There have been reports of complaints directed towards the World Wrestling Federation as a result of the unprotected chair shots and Diesel's swearing during the No Holds Barred WWF Championship match between Bret Hart and Diesel at the Survivor Series pay-per-view event. This has reportedly alienating several sponsors of the WWF due to the racy nature of the product.
- WWF Monday Night RAW this past week aired on 12/11/1995. In results from the card: - Bret Hart def. Yokozuna in a non-title match. - Steve Austin def. Matt Hardy. - Diesel def. Rick Stockhauser. - Razor Ramon and Marty Jannetty def. The Bodydonnas.
- WCW Monday Nitro this past week aired on 12/11/1995. In results from the card: - Hulk Hogan and Sting def. Ric Flair and Arn Anderson. - Lex Luger def. Jim Duggan. - Paul Orndorff def. Disco Inferno. - Eddie Guerrero def. Mr JL.
- WWF In Your House aired last night on pay-per-view, on 12/17/1995. In results from the card: - Bret Hart def. British Bulldog to retain the WWF Championship. - The Undertaker def. King Mabel in a Casket match. - Diesel def. Owen Hart by disqualification. - Hunter Hearst Helmsley def. Henry O. Godwinn. - Ahmed Johnson def. Dean Douglas. - Razor Ramon def. Sid to retain the WWF Intercontinental Championship. - The 1-2-3 Kid def. Marty Jannetty. - Savio Vega def. Bob Backlund. - Goldust def. Bam Bam Bigelow.
MOTN: Bret/Bulldog (like there was any doubt...) DUD: Undertaker/Mabel
- WCW Starrcade airs on pay-per-view on 12/27/1995. The current card for the show is: - Randy Savage vs Hulk Hogan for the WCW World Heavyweight Championship. - Lex Luger vs Sting vs Ric Flair in a Triangle match to determine a number one contender to the WCW World Heavyweight Championship. - Sting (WCW) vs Kensuke Sasaki (NJPW) for the WCW US Heavyweight Championship. - Randy Savage (WCW) vs Hiroyoshi Tenzan (NJPW). - Lex Luger (WCW) vs Masahiro Chono (NJPW). - Johnny B. Badd (WCW) vs Masa Saito (NJPW). - Shinjiro Otani (NJPW) vs Eddie Guerrero (WCW). - Koji Kanemoto (NJPW) vs Alex Wright (WCW). - Chris Benoit (WCW) vs Jushin Liger (NJPW).

WWF RAW 12/11/95 Review: Well, great teamwork of Ramon and Jannetty defeating the Bodydonnas. Hopefully Jannetty and Razor will have big wins after In Your House. Diesel back in a squash match all i can say is look out Owen. Owen with that led pipe and enziguri on Diesel will it have an effect on Diesel at In Your House. It's already had an effect on Shawn Michaels. Will it have an effect on Diesel. Great promo by Undertaker and Mable. HBK returning next week on RAW. Here's hoping no one comes out and attacks him. A swell debut for the Future Rattlesnake defeating Matt Hardy. Cornette and Clarence trying to sue Gorilla. Ha Loved Gorilla's reaction about Camp Cornette being unemployed. A Great Wrestlemania IX and X re-match between Bret Hart and Yokozuna. Bret finally able to get Yokozuna with the sharpshooter and making him tap I don't know if it's ever been done before. But Bulldog showing up after Yokozuna finished his beating on Bret Hart. Can Bulldog become WWF Champion at In Your House.
WWF SUPERSTARS 12/16/95 Review: Definitely having Dibiase on the Commentators table so effective. Goldust with a big win over Aldo Montoya. Unusual promo by Droese talking about Goldust. A squash by the Future Triple H boasts him in a big win over Henry Godwinn at In Your House. I think give Helmsley a push man. A good promo by Diesel. Another squash by Hakushi but what is Avatar's deal i don't know. Great Interview with Bret. Hopefully he can retain the belt over Bulldog. Sid and The Kid's Victory has to build some momentum before In Your House. Can Sid become Intercontinental Champion. Will the Kid knock off his former tag team partner. A good interview for The Bulldog. Savio Vega with yet again another squash win over Scott Taylor. This has been a crazy feud for him and Bob Backlund. Jeff Jarrett getting a big win over Billy Gunn. Hopefully after their feud with Ahmed. Jarrett and Douglas will get a tag team title shot down the road.
WWF IN YOUR HOUSE 12/17/95 REVIEW: Great Dark Match between Jannetty and The Kid. The Kid got the win over Jannetty hopefully it will build him into an Intercontinental Title Match with Razor eventually. Razor showing Sid who the real bad guy is. Diesel getting some swearing in before his match with Owen. Diesel may have just begun the attitude era with that. Good win for Ahmed over Dean Douglas. Loved the way that he ripped his pants off too. An envelope from Razor. I wonder who it's from. Is it The Million Dollar Corporation playing more mind games on Razor. A huge win from Helmsley over Godwinn. Glad you didn't make it a hogpen match. Great DQ win for Diesel over Owen. Nice to see Diesel destroy Camp Cornette too. The Casket Match with Undertaker and King Mable. Great win for The Demon of Death Valley. But the ending was fun. Dibiase finally getting what he deserved from The Undertaker after 16 months of humilation planted down with a Tombstone Piledriver. The Urn is back and more importantly The Undertaker is back. Goldust dressed up as Santa and aiding Backlund beat on Vega. A strange alliance right there with Goldust and Vega. Bret and Bulldog. Fantastic Match with Bret retaining the title. Two good dark matches. Savio winning over Backlund and Goldust defeating Bam Bam. What a show you put on. I'm definitely excited for the Royal Rumble.

WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING WINS THE WAR!Written by Marc Pearson on June 16, 1998
The impossible has been made possible today, as out of nowhere, World Championship Wrestling has ran the World Wrestling Federation into an ultimate demise! The company that is headed by billionaire, Ted Turner has been in a war with the illustrious World Wrestling Federation for the past ten years, having formed WCW in an attempt to drive Vince McMahon's organization out of business...my legacy...In the 1980s, Vince McMahon changed the way of a once peaceful, and territorial based wrestling industry in the United States, annihilating all competition in an attempt become the first national-based wrestling promotion...this cannot happen, my father would not let this happen...And so the WWF succeeded, exploding into mainstream success in the States, with the success of Hulk Hogan as the World Champion, and including numerous celebrities, especially Cindi Lauper...I need to turn this around before this happens, i cannot let billionaire Ted win...However, with a steroid scandal in 1993, Vince McMahon was pinned up against a wall, as the government began to hunt him down over the whole ordeal. Eventually, Vince got away unscathed, but suffered in the long run, as Ted Turner's WCW promotion became a phenomenon as well, stealing stars such as Hulk Hogan, Randy Savage and Bret Hart...they are doing exactly what I did to other promoters, over ten years ago, I did it because I have ruthless aggression...In 1997, rumours began to spread that Vince McMahon was having an extreme amount of difficulty trying to finance what was once the number one company in the wrestling world, and in August of 1997, the company fell from global status down to national, their flagship show 'Monday Night RAW' failing in the ratings against competing show 'Monday Nitro', produced by WCW. WCW were hammering the WWF in the ratings, and how could they not? Whilst WCW had Hulk Hogan, Bret Hart, Sting, Ric Flair, Randy Savage, Kevin Nash and The Giant, the WWF had Steve Austin, The Undertaker, Mankind and Ken Shamrock...I need to prevent this from happening, it's time for change...which made for an easy decision from the viewers to change from being WWF fans to becoming WCW fans. Up next came a horrific sight at November's annual Survivor Series supercard from the WWF, where Owen Hart managed to win his first WWF Championship from Shawn Michaels in a memorable and emotional scene, in front of a proud audience of 9,000 people in Hart's home country of Montreal, Canada. Even WCW's Bret Hart was in attendance for the show, appearing to a standing ovation...I won't let them win...However, the next night was much more surreal, as Owen Hart appeared on WCW Monday Nitro, with the World Wrestling Federation Championship, alongside his brother, Bret Hart. Owen then proceeded to reveal that he had signed with WCW, due to not having an exclusie contract to perform strictly for the WWF. (reports state that Vince's financial problems have gotten to the point of offering pay-per-appearance contracts instead of guaranteed contracts)...this is surely a nightmare...The WWF's final show was held on June 15, 1998 from their home venue, Madison Square Garden, to a crowd of barely 4,000 people. In the main event, Shawn Michaels made his return to the ring following back surgery, in a retirement match, managing to defeat Stone Cold Steve Austin for the WWF Championship...this has to be a nightmare...however, as revealed today, Shawn Michaels was the final holder of the World Wrestling Federation Championship, and a part of the final WWF-produced show at MSG - infamous for being the home of the WWF for over forty years - as the World Wrestling Federation finally filed for bankruptcy today. What does the future hold for World Championship Wrestling? What happens to all of the World Wrestling Federation superstars, personnel and fans? How will this impact the wrestling industry as a whole? Only time can tell...not this easily can Turner beat me, I will die before I hand my company over to the government, or Time Warner itself. I'm Vince McMahon, the year is 1996, and this is not going to happen. The World Wrestling Federation has overcome adversities before...WCW are about to find out the hard way what it's like to cross the McMahon empire.

highlight below note from dan: hi, this may confuse you, but this is just an extra little addition to my diary that i found quite fun and possibly effective in contributing to the story arc of the WWF in 1995-onwards. In these flash-forward posts, we shall see various moments happen in professional wrestling in an alternative universe, and get to know what could happen in the future, given the current direction of the product. Some events may happen, or they may not, dependent completely on my booking. These posts will appear randomly, pay attention to them, as little facts in the post above could happen in the real life universe-version of this diary.i'm wondering if this was a dream lol.

WWF Monday Night RAW - December 18, 1995 Bob Carpenter Center - Newark, DE
Segment | Description | Timeline | 1 | We kicked off Monday Night RAW with a replay from last night's spectacular In Your House event, as Vince McMahon reviewed the action, talking up the fallout from In Your House tonight! The opening video package for Monday Night RAW aired, as we cut to the Bob Carpenter Center for the fallout of In Your House, as pyrotechnics went off, and we went to Vince McMahon and Jerry "The King" Lawler on commentary, as they welcomed us to the show. Vince talked about how we'd have Shawn Michaels on the show in person for the first time in a month, as he plans to address the Newark crowd tonight! Plus, the man who was unsuccessful in claiming the WWF Championship last night at In Your House, the British Bulldog will be in action against the WWF Intercontinental Champion, Razor Ramon!
| 00:03 | 2 | The 1-2-3 Kid (w/Ted Dibiase) def. Marty Jannetty [05:58] [+00:02 for entrances; +00:02 for aftermath] These two have been rivals ever since the 1-2-3 Kid decided to turn his back on his friends in the World Wrestling Federation to join Ted Dibiase in the Million-Dollar Corporation, and Marty Jannetty, the Kid's former tag team partner has not been happy with his turncoat fellow former WWF Tag Team Champion. The Kid started things off in control of Jannetty, but Marty managed to make a comeback quickly, firing away at Kid and attempting to get rid of all of the pent-up frustration in which he's felt in recent months for his former partner. However, when Jannetty nailed the Rocker Dropper, the "Million Dollar Man" got on the apron and distracted referee Tim White, which led to Kid soon getting to his feet and knocking Jannetty out with the 1-2-3 Kick for the victory.
The crowd booed loudly as the 1-2-3 Kid celebrated his win, as the "Million Dollar Man" (wearing a neck brace after being given a Tombstone Piledriver last night, at the hands of the Undertaker) joined him in the ring, raising his client's hand in victory. Ted Dibiase collected a microphone at that point, as he began to talk about the success that the Kid has had ever since he turned his back on the non believers in the crowd, all of the fans and management across the World Wrestling Federation! Dibiase talked about how the Kid was underutilized, and that he sold his soul so that Dibiase could make him a much more valuable performer, almost an asset! Kid talked about how he's all about the recent changes to his career, which is why from now on, he wants to be known by his true name - he wants to be known as Sean Waltman! The crowd booed, as the Kid had seemingly grown into a man, under the tutelage of the "Million Dollar Man"! | 00:13 | 3 | Meanwhile, we went to Dok Hendrix, who was elsewhere in the arena in front of fans in the Bob Carpenter Center, as he was standing by with WWF President, Gorilla Monsoon, as Hendrix excitedly talked about Christmas and the New Year - but also, just as important, the Royal Rumble next month! Hendrix talked about the concept of the Royal Rumble match, thirty men and only one winner, that man going on to face the WWF Champion for the title at WrestleMania! Hendrix asked Gorilla if he could confirm any names for the Royal Rumble match just yet. Monsoon responded, talking about how he can't release any names just yet, as there are a lot of rumours about who could go in, but he stated that there'd be announcements for participants starting this weekend on WWF Superstars!
| 00:14 | 4 | An advertisement aired, promoting the encore presentation of WWF In Your House: Season's Beatings, on pay-per-view tomorrow night.
| 00:15 | - | Commercial Break | 00:18 | 5 | We returned to Monday Night RAW, as Todd Pettingill was standing by with Jeff Jarrett and Dean Douglas, as Pettingill asked for comments from the duo about how the encounter with Ahmed Johnson went down last night at In Your House. Dean talked about how he may have caught him off guard and kicked his butt around the ring, and stripped him of his highly priced clothes - but it doesn't matter, because "Double J" is a country music legend for the future years to come! Douglas talked about how Jarrett was rolling in the cash from "With My Baby Tonight", and how he's started working on another song! Jarrett talked about how Douglas was right, mentioning that Ahmed Johnson tried to get them down and ruin their moment, but how Ahmed would find that karma will have its way in the very near future.
| 00:19 | 6 | Avatar def. "Sparky Plugg" Bob Holly [03:48] [+00:02 for entrances; +00:01 for aftermath] The masked Avatar sported an entirely different look tonight on RAW, as he went head-to-head with "Spark Plugg" Bob Holly in singles action, the masked man wearing black clothes, reminiscent almost of a ninja. Holly attempted to put up a fight, as the NASCAR driver almost got to put Avatar down with the Pitstop Plunge, but Avatar managed to move out of the way, connecting successfully with the springboard splash off the top rope!
Avatar celebrated his win to boos, as the masked man was victorious in this encounter tonight on Monday Night RAW. Meanwhile, Hakushi was shown watching on from the aisleway, as Avatar noticed Hakushi immediately, staring him down. | 00:26 | 7 | We went to the backstage area, where James E. Cornette was shown talking to the British Bulldog, all in an attempt to motivate Bulldog, who seemed dejected slightly after coming up short in last night's WWF Championship match with brother-in-law, Bret Hart. Bulldog reacted with rage from Cornette's words, Bulldog vowing to take down Razor Ramon later tonight!
| 00:27 | 8 | Meanwhile, Vince McMahon and Jerry "The King" Lawler talked about Shawn Michaels and his tragic year in 1995, first going back to the night after WrestleMania XI, where he was put out of action by his bodyguard at the time, "Sycho" Sid. Following that, he made a comeback, reclaiming the WWF Intercontinental Championship from Jeff Jarrett in July, capturing the gold for a third time. He re-enacted a classic match from WrestleMania X at SummerSlam, managing to defeat old rival, Razor Ramon in a Ladder match. However, in October, the "Heartbreak Kid" played victim to an assault at the hands of nine thugs outside of a nightclub in Syracuse, New York; forcing HBK to relinquish his title, and go home to recover. Upon returning, Michaels competed against Owen Hart just under a month ago, where he collapsed on the air, as a result of an enzuigiri from the "King of Harts". Michaels has been out of action ever since, and his doctor even stated that it's unlikely that Michaels could successfully get back in the ring again. But up next, we'll hear from the "Heartbreak Kid" live, when Jim Ross interviews him in the ring!
| 00:28 | - | Commercial Break | 00:31 | 9 | We returned to Monday Night RAW in Newark, Delaware, as the theme of the "Heartbreak Kid" hit to a loud ovation, as the fans cheered loudly for the in-person return of the man himself, Shawn Michaels. Michaels walked to the ring, playing to the crowd, as he arrived in the ring and was met by Jim Ross in the centre of the squared circle. The fans were chanting "HBK", as Jim Ross started off by welcoming Michaels back to Monday Night RAW, before asking him how he's feeling. Michaels talked about how he's feeling a lot better, mentioning how he's not been hallucinating or receiving headaches in the past couple of days, and how he wants to get back in the ring! The fans cheered louder, as Ross talked about how he's glad to hear it, as Ross talked about Dr Unger's comments about Michaels two weeks ago, where we were informed that Michaels' condition was in terrible shape, and that he may have to hang up his boots. The fans booed, as Ross played the audio of the interview over the arena, to Michaels' dismay. Michaels talked about how he wants to get back into the ring as soon as possible, and if his doctor wants to make him do something that he doesn't want to do, that there is nothing he can do! The "Heartbreak Kid" mentioned that he has never been the World Wrestling Federation Champion, and that if he has to retire, it would break his heart. Michaels then talked about how he doesn't want to hang up his boots without accomplishing his dream - he wants to be the man in the World Wrestling Federation, and that he doesn't care what it takes to get to the top of the mountain, he'd do it. And so, he wants to enter the 1996 Royal Rumble! Michaels talks about how he won it last year, and if there is any doubt to Michaels not being able to contend for the WWF Championship, he will win it all over again! The fans cheered loudly, but suddenly the WWF President arrived, Gorilla Monsoon approaching the ring, as Monsoon borrowed the microphone from Jim Ross, and talked about how much respect he had for the "Heartbreak Kid", but that he couldn't let Michaels risk his life going into such a gruesome, enduring match. Monsoon talked about how his body became so broken down from over twenty years of being in the ring, and how he'd hate for that to happen to a man with all of the potential in the world, after competing for only ten years. The crowd booed at the unpopular decision, as Vince tried to defend Gorilla's point, but Monsoon continued, stating that if Michaels would get a positive check-up and evaluation of his condition, then he would re-think his decision and negotiate an entry slot for Michaels. The crowd cheered, but boos continued to scatter from the decision. Michaels' facial expression had changed, as Michaels thought it through for a moment, before telling Gorilla that he would, and that he'd prove everyone wrong, because it's his destiny to be the WWF Champion! Michaels began to leave, as Gorilla and Ross were left in the ring, as Michaels headed for the back...when Owen Hart's theme hit! The crowd booed, as the "King of Harts" headed to the ring with a smile on his face, passing Michaels with James E. Cornette. Owen Hart will be in action next.
| 00:39 | - | Commercial Break | 00:42 | 10 | "The King of Harts" Owen Hart (w/James E. Cornette) def. Matt Hardy [02:25] [+00:01 for Owen's entrance] [+00:01 for aftermath] Back on Monday Night RAW, the "King of Harts" planned to avenge what happened to him last night against Diesel, where he alongside James E. Cornette and Yokozuna were recipients of an attack from "Big Daddy Cool", after Camp Cornette decided to get involved in Owen and Diesel's match. Vince McMahon and Jerry Lawler meanwhile argued about Shawn Michaels and how Owen and Cornette disrespected the "Heartbreak Kid", as Owen mocked him during this match. Owen even did the Sweet Chin Music to young Matt Hardy at one point. Hart finally put Hardy down with the Sharpshooter for the victory.
The crowd booed as Owen Hart celebrated his win, James E. Cornette raising his hand in victory, as the "King of Harts" talked about how he was on his way to the top of the World Wrestling Federation! At that point, Cornette took a microphone, talking about how Camp Cornette are on fire recently, talking about title shots, injuring Shawn Michaels, almost taking the WWF Championship from Bret Hart, and soon, a member of Camp Cornette will definitely win the 1996 Royal Rumble match! Cornette then went on to talk about how he was bringing a friend with him to Camp Cornette, and it just so happens that this man will be debuting at the Royal Rumble...the man they call "Vader"!
| 00:46 | 11 | An advertisement aired, promoting next week's edition of Monday Night RAW, where Vince McMahon and Jerry "The King" Lawler will take a look at the World Wrestling Federation in the year 1995. | 00:47 | 12 | WWF Intercontinental Champion "The Bad Guy" Razor Ramon def. The British Bulldog (w/James E. Cornette and Clarence Mason) [09:23 - exceeded a commercial break] [+00:02 for entrances; +00:01 for aftermath] This was an impactful main event for both men, as Razor Ramon had just come out of WWF In Your House, scoring a successful championship defense against "Sycho" Sid of the Million-Dollar Corporation, whereas the British Bulldog lost to Bret Hart in a match for the WWF Championship. With that, Bulldog desperately needed this victory, as he battled Ramon in this one, trying to attack Razor upon his entrance to the squared circle, but Ramon managed to keep in there, taking it to the Bulldog. Ramon attempted to get a sly win out of Bulldog on two occasions with roll-ups, but Bulldog managed to escape, then taking Razor to work in going after his ribs in an attempt to wind the "Bad Guy". Bulldog taunted numerous times as well, as Bulldog mouthed off about how he should be the WWF Champion. Ramon was in a bad place, as Bulldog managed to lock in a bear hug, but Ramon made the comeback, and almost had Bulldog ready for the Razor's Edge, but Bulldog slipped out and went for the Running Powerslam, prompting Ramon to slip out and once again roll Bulldog up, getting the victory!
The crowd cheered loudly as Razor Ramon had picked up another big victory tonight against the British Bulldog! Bulldog was irate, as were James E. Cornette and Clarence Mason, as Bulldog threw a tantrum and starting tossing the steel steps around outside of the ring. Meanwhile, Razor Ramon was victorious as the WWF Intercontinental Champion! But suddenly, Sean Waltman jumped Ramon from behind, Waltman catching Razor with what was formerly known as the 1-2-3 Kick! The former 1-2-3 Kid then took Razor's WWF Intercontinental Championship and shouted that the belt would be his, before Ted Dibiase got into the ring and held the "Bad Guy" for him, Waltman slamming the title belt right into Razor's face! Waltman and Dibiase stood tall, as WWF Monday Night RAW went off the air! | 00:59 |

In Your House 5: Seasons Beating
A fine way to open the show for the WWF Intercontinental Championship. Glad to see Razor Ramon retain the title, and I liked the further teasing of a championship bout between him and the 1-2-3 Kid. Next, Dean Douglas finally getting his comeuppance was nice. A good victory for Ahmed Johnson. I am curious about Ahmed's direction going forward in the diary. Should be interesting to see. Solid win for Hunter Hearst Helmsley over Henry O. Godwinn. Liked Hunter's fiendish act afterwards with the slop bucket. A great, heated bout between Owen Hart and Diesel. I admired the shirt with the Shawn Michaels reference. Definitely added to the whole scenario. Great ending with Yokozuna's involvement. Following that up with Diesel running through Camp Cornette was fine, though I'm unsure on the lack of momentum balance following a disqualification finish. While the Casket match was definitely not a wrestling spectacle. it did a great job at bringing closure to this heated rivalry. From Undertaker getting the victory to the Tombstone for Ted DiBiase, everything played out very well I thought. The segment between Goldust and Savio Vega was fine, though I'm very confused on this apparent alliance between Goldust and Bob Backlund. Lastly, a great WWF Championship bout to close out the show and the year 1995 on Pay-Per-View. Bret Hart retaining the title was obvious, but the right call as well. The British Bulldog looked great here and I hope to see more from him in the main event scene going forward into 1996. A great PPV outing overall.
Monday Night RAW 12/18/95
A decent opening contest with the 1-2-3 Kid defeating Marty Jannety. A fine promo afterwards, and I loved the mention of Ted DiBiase's neck brace as a result of last night's occurrences. Interesting call to have the 1-2-3 Kid name be dropped in favor of Sean Waltman. Avatar, haven't recalled that character in a while. I see that the Shinobi attire has made its way here. Not a bad victory for him over Bob Holly. Next, a great appearance from Shawn Michaels to address his intentions of winning the Royal Rumble match. I liked Gorilla Monsoon's hesitance to allow Michaels to compete. Owen Hart continuing to gain momentum is nice, as was his victory the young upstarting Matt Hardy. Vader's debut at the Royal Rumble being announced is cool, though I don't see him winning the match. At this point, only Shawn Michaels and Owen Hart seem like plausible winners. Lastly, a fantastic main event between WWF Intercontinental Champion Razor Ramon and the British Bulldog. Razor with the victory was nice to see, as was Sean Waltman's post-match attack. I am loving the build being put into Waltman moving forward in his feud with Razor. A run as the WWF Intercontinental Champion is something I would be in favor of. Another good show. Keep up the good work with 1995 nearing its end.

Nice couple of shows that are a blend of what happened in real life and your own touch. Raw as an interesting show, getting the ball rolling on HBK's return at the Rumble. Don't know if I like Bulldog losing one title match the night after losing another title match. Nice segment between Razor and the 1-2-3 Kid, I wonder if Goldust is going to figure into this somehow.

Raw was a solid show. I really like how youre building up Razor vs Waltman. Im wondering how/if Goldust gets involved. I could see him costing Ramon the title. I like the build up for HBKs return. Im not real keen on Bulldog jobbing in the main event. I thought he came out looking really strong after the fued with Bret and could he a strong heel for the future, but I didnt quite like how he lost to the WWF Champion on the PPV (expected) but then loses to the IC champ the next night. I thought it kinda hurt his momentum.

WWF Superstars - December 23, 1995 Stabler Center - Bethlehem, PA
Segment | Description | Timeline | 1 | The opening video package for WWF Saturday Morning Superstars aired, as we cut to the Stabler Arena in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania for this festive edition of WWF Superstars. Vince McMahon and Jerry "The King" Lawler were on commentary, as they talked about the occurrences this past Sunday at In Your House, where Bret "Hitman" Hart successfully defended his WWF Championship for the first time against brother-in-law, the British Bulldog, as well as the Undertaker managing to defeat King Mabel and lock him away in a casket, as Paul Bearer retrieved his urn from Ted Dibiase. Lawler was fearing for Mabel's life, talking about the partnership that they could have had.
| 00:02 | 2 | Henry O. Godwinn def. Rad Radford (w/Sunny and Skip) [06:21] [+00:02 for entrances; +00:01 for aftermath] The pig farmer from Arkansas was in action this past Sunday at In Your House, as he unfortunately came up short against Hunter Hearst Helmsley, however tonight he was out for revenge against Rad Radford; whom his fellow partner, Skip and manager Sunny, have not been impressed with in recent weeks. Radford tried to cheat his way to victory on several occasions, but Godwinn managed to get back into the driver's seat, eventually putting Radford away with the Slop Drop, as Sunny and Skip rolled their eyes!
Henry O. Godwinn celebrated his victory to cheers, as Rad Radford recovered and rolled out of the ring, the hog farmer happy with himself, when suddenly he decided to slop Radford to the applause of the crowd in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania this morning. Henry left, when suddenly Sunny and Skip got into the ring and stood over Radford - who was still covered in slop and down on the mat - as Sunny had a microphone. Sunny told Radford that he had proven himself to be a Bodydonna, but he was a terrible Bodydonna at that, Sunny wished Radford happy holidays, by firing him! Skip and Sunny left, as Radford shook his head in disappointment. | 00:11 | 3 | Vince McMahon and Jerry Lawler talked about how In Your House was as an event, showing stills of the match between "Big Daddy Cool" Diesel and the "King of Harts" Owen Hart. Yokozuna and James E. Cornette managed to get involved, giving Diesel the disqualification victory - but Diesel wasn't happy and attacked all three of them. The two discussed that Diesel would be in action this morning on Superstars, before also noting that tonight we will see Bob Backlund face Savio Vega; plus, we will hear from the "Bizarre One" Goldust, Razor Ramon, "The Ringmaster" Steve Austin will be in action, as will Jeff Jarrett, plus more!
| 00:12 | - | Commercial Break | 00:16 | 4 | The WWF Royal Rumble report aired, as Dok Hendrix appeared in the WWF media suite, as he stood in front of various television monitors, each showing off footage of in-ring competition from the superstars in the World Wrestling Federation. Hendrix talked about how In Your House was over, and how Bret "Hitman" Hart got the victory against the British Bulldog to retain his WWF Championship. Hendrix then discussed how 1995 was coming to a close, and 1996 was about to beginning, meaning one thing - the start of the road to WrestleMania XII! Hendrix talked about how it all starts with the 30-man over the top rope battle royal phenomenon known as the Royal Rumble - before introducing the first three participants. Hendrix talked about how James E. Cornette bragged on Monday Night RAW about the debut of his next client in Camp Cornette, as the man they call Vader will make his debut - officially confirmed by WWF President Gorilla Monsoon! But so will the British Bulldog, and WWF Intercontinental Champion, Razor Ramon! Hendrix then talked about having pre-recorded comments from the British Bulldog and his manager, James E. Cornette. We then went to an insert promo from the Bulldog and Cornette, as Cornette talked about how outrageous it was for Bulldog to not walk away from In Your House last week as WWF Champion. Cornette talked about how Bulldog deserved it, talking about how Bret Hart had to sly away from a fight to get the victory so decisively, it seemed! Bulldog then talked about how he's not going to let this losing streak slide; he mentioned how close he came to winning the 1995 Royal Rumble match...well, this year will be different, because he will win the 1996 Royal Rumble match and go on to win the WWF Championship once and for all, at WrestleMania XII!
| 00:19 | 5 | "Double J" Jeff Jarrett (w/Dean Douglas) def. Scott Taylor [02:54] [+00:01 for Jarrett's entrance] This was "Double J"s first appearance since his golden record celebration event was tarnished by Ahmed Johnson, six days ago at In Your House, as Dean Douglas and Jeff Jarrett openly complained in an insert promo, discussing how Ahmed Johnson would be going down - but that more importantly, Jeff Jarrett was on his way to greatness in the 1996 Royal Rumble match. Jarrett talked about how he was going to cash in on his fame in country music, and take home at WWF Championship come WrestleMania XII. Jarrett managed to put Taylor away with the figure-four leglock.
Jeff Jarrett and Dean Douglas celebrated their win, as Jerry Lawler talked about how great "Double J" was, going over how successful "With My Baby Tonight" was. Vince McMahon begged to differ. | 00:23 | 6 | From there, we went to Todd Pettingill, who approached the "Million Dollar Man" Ted Dibiase and the "Ringmaster" Steve Austin. Pettingill wanted to get a word with Dibiase, as Todd asked for more information about the mysterious Steve Austin. Austin simply stood still, as Dibiase cut Pettingill off on his quest to speak to Austin, asking Todd about how his Christmas was going to be spent. Dibiase sarcastically mocked him, asking if his Christmas was going to be as rich as his. Dibiase talked to Pettingill about how his client, the "Ringmaster" was going to have a "very" merry Christmas, all thanks to a little "million dollar" present delivered to none other than himself. Austin finally spoke, talking about how Todd better get out of his sight before he stomps a mudhole into him, causing Pettingill to flee.
| 00:24 | - | Commercial Break | 00:28 | 7 | WWF Women's Champion Alundra Blayze def. Tomoko Watanabe [04:04] [+00:02 for entrances] The WWF Women's Championship wasn't up for grabs tonight, as Alundra Blayze simply took on one of the talented female wrestlers from All Japan Women's Pro Wrestling, by the name of Tomoko Watanabe. Tomoko had a fury of offense against the WWF Women's Champion, but Blayze managed to stick in there, eventually making the comeback and soonafter making short work of Tomoko by putting her away with the bridging German suplex! Meanwhile, Harvey Wippleman appeared in an insert promo, formally inviting Blayze to put her title up for grabs against the touring Aja Kong at the Royal Rumble, on January 21st, "if she isn't too afraid of Aja Kong".
Alundra Blayze celebrated her win to cheers, Blayze celebrating with the WWF Women's Championship, as she seemed unknowing of the comments uttered by the despicable Harvey Wippleman, challenging Blayze to defend the championship against Aja Kong at the Royal Rumble. | 00:34 | 8 | Jerry "The King" Lawler then talks about how he has an announcement to make regarding the 1996 Royal Rumble match to Vince McMahon, leading Lawler to stand up and leave his post at the announce table, then proceeding to climb into the ring! Lawler talked about how he was happy to announce that 1996 will be a royal year for the World Wrestling Federation, because on January 21st, "the King" will enter the Royal Rumble match - and he will eliminate 29 other washed-up morons to win the match...before going onto WrestleMania XII and claiming the WWF Championship - bringing the World Wrestling Federation Championship to true royalty! With that though, the theme of "Big Daddy Cool" Diesel hit, and out came the big 7'0 monster himself, sporting not a happy facial expression at all! Diesel approached the ring to loud cheers, as he ignored everyone whose hand tried to touch him, then climbing into the ring over the top rope and towering over Lawler! Lawler was petrified, as he scurried away, Diesel seemingly having his eyes also set on regaining that WWF Championship he lost at the Survivor Series! "Big Daddy Cool" will be in action, next!
| 00:37 | 9 | A vignette aired, showing a tiny Bret Hart, Diesel and the Undertaker playing with action figures as Christmas bells were heard. At that moment, the three children approached the window to see Ted Dibiase outside wearing Santa Claus' costume: ordering Sean Waltman, the "Supreme Fighting Machine" Kama, "Sycho" Sid and "The Ringmaster" Steve Austin to pelt the children's houses with coal! The "Million Dollar Man" cackled, as young Bret, Diesel and Undertaker seemed scared...when all of a sudden, the Undertaker appeared behind Dibiase, chokeslamming Dibiase into the snow! Undertaker then growled "Merry Christmas from the World Wrestling Federation", as the New Generation logo and slogan appeared.
| 00:38 | - | Commercial Break | 00:42 | 10 | We returned to WWF Superstars, as Vince McMahon and Jerry "The King" Lawler talked about how next week, WWF Superstars will present a year in review edition of the World Wrestling Federation and its' hottest moments of 1995! McMahon and Lawler also said that WWF Monday Night RAW this week would also be a Year in Review episode - however, on January 1st on WWF RAW, the World Wrestling Federation will present its' very first 'RAW Bowl'! On this edition, we will see four of the top tag teams in the WWF at this time fight it out in a four-corner elimination tag team match, with the winners being crowned the 'RAW Bowl' trophy! Plus, Bret Hart will also be in action, all on RAW on January 1, 1996 from 9/8 CT on the USA Network!
| 00:43 | 11 | "Big Daddy Cool" Diesel def. The Brooklyn Brawler [02:45] [+00:02 for aftermath] The former World Wrestling Federation Champion was not in too great of a mood tonight, as shown previously - the big 7-footer was still angry about losing the WWF Championship back at the Survivor Series, and he made that clear in an insert promo during this match, talking about how he has no time for Owen Hart, Yokozuna or James E. Cornette - the rest of Camp Cornette. Diesel proved that he destroyed them at In Your House last Sunday...but all he wants now is to regain his WWF Championship that should be rightfully his. He hopes to challenge Bret Hart for the title at the Royal Rumble, in fact! Diesel put the Brooklyn Brawler away with two Jackknife Powerbombs for an easy victory.
The crowd cheered as "Big Daddy Cool" was victorious, not particularly seemingly too happy, however. Diesel was hungry and poised for retribution, and regaining the WWF Championship - and he acted on this in one way...by delivering a thunderous third Jackknife Powerbomb to the Brooklyn Brawler! | 00:47 | 12 | An advertisement aired, promoting the next pay-per-view spectacular, the WWF Royal Rumble, live on pay-per-view on January 21, 1996.
| 00:48 | 13 | Vince McMahon and Jerry "The King" Lawler showed a replay from In Your House, this past weekend, as they showed Goldust appearing as Santa Claus in helping assist Bob Backlund in his rivalry against Savio Vega, the "Bizarre One" helping Backlund out in getting an advantage against the Puerto-Rican supreme superstar in the midst of their feud. Vince talked about how spontaneous it was for Goldust of all people to help out Backlund, as at that time, Todd Pettingill was shown standing by with the "Bizarre One" Goldust, alongside Marlena in a golden area backstage. Pettingill asked for comments from Goldust and Marlena about why they helped Backlund set Vega up like that, as Goldust talked about how it was nothing personal, and that he was just helping out a loyal, golden haired friend of his. Goldust then talked about how Backlund simply wanted to demonstrate how naíve and courageous Vega tries to be, trying to save the day and ruin everybody else's - and it worked, because Backlund took Vega down. Goldust then moved on, talking about how the assist was nothing to do with Goldust's upcoming plans, because instead, he has been sending letters to a certain superstar in the World Wrestling Federation, and he sure hopes that he enjoys them! Goldust laughed, as he placed his arm around Marlena, continuing to draw intrigue to the duo's relationship behind the cameras.
| 00:49 | 14 | Savio Vega def. Bob Backlund by disqualification [07:07] [+00:02 for entrances; +00:01 for aftermath] This was Savio Vega and Bob Backlund's second match into their feud, as the first one occurred two weeks ago on Saturday Morning Superstars, where both men ended up brawling to a double count-out loss. Tonight, Vega attempted to change things, going up against the extremely passive-aggressive former WWF Champion, Bob Backlund. Backlund managed to take the Puerto-Rican Sensation down several times during this match, using the experience factor as the veteran continued to keep Vega well under control. The fans in Bethlehem got behind Savio, as Vega finally reacted from a tease of the Chickenwing Crossface, firing out of it and soon setting up for the Caribbean Kick, just for Backlund to dodge it and lock in the Chickenwing Crossface! But unfortunately, Savio managed to get out of it, then taking Backlund down with a flying forearm and going up top - in what seemed to be an attempt at a diving crossbody! Vega had Backlund, but suddenly Goldust came down to ringside wielding a golden chair, and he slammed it across the spine of Savio Vega! The crowd booed, as the official rang for the bell.
The crowd in Bethlehem booed at another indecisive finish in the Savio Vega and Bob Backlund series, as Goldust continued his attack on the "Puerto Rican Sensation", stomping away at poor Savio! The "Bizarre One" proceeded to help Bob Backlund to his feet, as the veteran proceeded to apply the Chickenwing Crossface on Vega to louder boos! But suddenly, the crowd cheered with delight, as Duke "The Dumpster" Droese hit the ring, clutching a trash can! Droese ran Goldust out of the ring, and proceeded to nail Backlund in the head with it, as Droese aided to Vega! Droese stood tall, with Goldust and Backlund at ringside in almost a state of shock, as WWF Superstars went off the air. | 00:59 |

THE CHEAT SHEET Written by Marc Pearson on Sunday, December 24, 1995
- Happy holidays to wrestling fans across the world! It's been quite an interesting year for professional wrestling in the United States as a whole, filled with outrageous booking decisions, wacky characters and gimmicks, crazy moments that we never thought we'd see before, and a slight downfall in popularity continuing for the wrestling scene as a whole. However, as 1996 begins in a week's time, we are expecting some memorable events in the history of this industry, particularly with the ever-dominant World Wrestling Federation finally being put to the test by a competitor by the name of World Championship Wrestling. In September, the two sides began battling it out on primetime Monday night television, testing out their flagship shows head-to-head against one another. So far, the competition has been unsteady, with no clear advantage for one side. In 1996, we will see how this goes down.
- After the Public Enemy's tryout with the World Wrestling Federation before the Survivor Series this past November, World Championship Wrestling and the Public Enemy themselves have revealed that they have indeed come to terms of negotiating a contract. Allegedly, Rocco Rock and Johnny Grunge were approached shortly following their WWF tryout, leading to contracts being signed for the Public Enemy to go to WCW. It will be strange to see how they do in a corporate environment contrasting from Grunge and Rock's experience with tables and violence in ECW. Additionally, World Championship Wrestling is thinking of bringing in Luke and Butch - the Bushwackers, of WWF fame. This is allegedly as a favor to Hulk Hogan. Luke and Butch were once known as the violent Sheepherders, competing in brutal matches throughout Puerto Rico and Canada before signing with the WWF twenty years into their careers in 1989. However there, they achieved little success, not winning any titles, albeit being a comedy act for their 1989-1994 tenure.
- David "Fit" Finley has reportedly been in touch with the World Wrestling Federation. Previously, Finley worked for and is probably best known for being one of the top stars in British wrestling, spawning from his work in the United Kingdom's ITV World of Sport programme throughout the 1980s. Additionally, Finley has also worked in Europe and Japan, giving him a large amount of potential of being one of the top guys in the WWF. However, given the current format that the Federation is in, with giving outrageous gimmicks to good talent, the Belfast native could easily be given a cheesy, stereotypical gimmick that will cement his tenure with the company.
- WWF Women's Champion Alundra Blayze, has asked the World Wrestling Federation to scout more talent to challenge for her title. Blayze wants to create a more credible women's division - something that the WWF has never had before, properly - and it remains to be seen whether more new women's wrestlers pop up in the promotion that aren't strictly from All Japan Women's Pro Wrestling.
- What's been known as the "Monday Night Wars" is indeed heating up, as head-to-heat rivals from the WWF and WCW continue to battle it out at 9 PM on primetime television across the United States. This week, WCW Monday Nitro managed to score a 2.6 rating on TNT, as opposed to the WWF's RAW is WAR show, which aired a tight 2.5 rating on the USA Network. This marks the fourth consecutive week that World Championship Wrestling has won the Monday Night Wars.
- WWF Monday Night RAW this past week aired on 12/18/1995. In results from the card: - Razor Ramon def. The British Bulldog - Owen Hart def. Matt Hardy - Avatar def. Bob Holly - The 1-2-3 Kid def. Marty Jannetty
- WCW Monday Nitro this past week aired on 12/18/1995. In results from the card: - The Giant def. Randy Savage by disqualification in a WCW World Heavyweight Championship match; Savage retains the title. - Sting def. Robert Eaton - Lex Luger def. Marcus Alexander Bagwell. - Ric Flair def. Eddie Guerrero.

THE CHEAT SHEET Written by Marc Pearson on Monday, January 1, 1996
- Happy new year, folks! We're hoping for a better year for the state of the overall product in the professional wrestling industry, after a depressing year in 1995. In this week's news...
- Allegedly the World Wrestling Federation has opened up negotiations with former women's wrestler, Leilani Kai. Kai wrestled for the WWF in the 1980s, winning the WWF Women's Championship from Wendi Richter at the supercard show "The War to Settle the Score" - headlined by Hulk Hogan facing "Rowdy" Roddy Piper for the WWF Championship. Kai would only hold onto the title for a month however, as she would proceed to drop the title back to Richter at the inaugural WrestleMania event. Following this, Kai began teaming with Judy Martin, winning the WWF Women's Tag Team Championship and holding the titles for nearly three years, being collectively known as the Glamour Girls. It remains to be seen whether the WWF will consider hiring more women's wrestlers or not for Alundra Blayze and the singular-dimensional womens division.
- Following up from last week's news, the Public Enemy tag team of Rocco Rock and Johnny Grunge have officially signed with World Championship Wrestling, after negotiations opened with WCW shortly after the Public Enemy's tryout with the World Wrestling Federation, back in November.
- Bam Bam Bigelow is now officially a free agent, after the World Wrestling Federation decided not to renew his contract this past Fall.
- Whilst the World Wrestling Federation aired a "Best of the WWF Championship Picture" year in review episode last week on Christmas Day over Monday Night RAW's television slot, World Championship Wrestling ran unopposed technically, boasting big competition. (more details below.) WCW Monday Nitro posed a 3.1 rating against WWF Monday Night RAW's 2.2 rating this week, a big jump from last due to RAW being pre-empted for a "1995 in review" episode.
- WCW Monday Nitro this past week aired on 12/25/1995. In results from the card: - Randy Savage def. Ric Flair to retain the WCW World Heavyweight Championship by count-out. - Dean Malenko def. Mr JL. - Sting def. Big Bubba Rogers. - Lex Luger def. Scotty Riggs.
